Send us two photos of your cat to document the change: one from before you began a safe, veterinarian-approved weight-loss program, the other after the weight was lost.

By e-mail: Copy and paste the form below into the body of your e-mail. Type in all the required information, attach your cat’s before and after photos (300 dpi at a minimum of 4 inches wide), and address to CatChannelEditor@bowtieinc.com with the subject “Biggest Losers Contest.”
Photo attachments should be greater than 200KB but less that 6MB.
