Iams and Eukanuba pet foods, owned by P&G Pet Care Brands, have earned the Good Housekeeping Seal, meaning that the foods have passed the Good Housekeeping Institute’s rigorous evaluation process. This marks the first time any pet foods have earned the magazine’s mark of excellence.
“Being the only pet food manufacturer to earn the Good Housekeeping Seal is a source of pride for Iams and Eukanuba that we’re happy to offer to our consumers,” P&G Pet Care General Manager Dan Rajczak said. “Dogs and cats are important members of our family households, so it’s only right that we provide families with the ultimate assurance that we stand behind our pet food products.”
The Good Housekeeping Institute aims to inform and educate consumers through product evaluations. The Good Housekeeping Seal tells consumers that the products advertised are backed by a two-year limited warranty against defects.
