The Richmond, Va., Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) invites animal lovers to celebrate “Howl-O-Ween” at the Cat Tales and Cocktails event at the Robins-Starr Humane Center, Friday, Oct. 27, from 7 to 11 p.m. Highlights of the evening will include live music from the Bluz Cats and a silent auction of more than 50 items.
Pets are welcome and can participate in events with their owners. A pet photographer will be there to take portraits, and owners can get in touch with their pets’ feelings with the help of a pet psychic.
