Firefighters in Canada Get Training on Pet Rescues
Firefighters now are better able to take care of Fido and Fluffy after they've been rescued from burning buildings. Working with city animal and bylaw services and two volunteer veterinarians, the fire department has trained its staff to perform CPR on animals, the Calgary Herald (Canada) reports.
