Tom    Casper, WY 9/1/2008 12:36:53 PM I think thats its bull to surrender any member of the family to a shelter just because they have 4 feet and don't have thumbs. The same people would have no problem dumping the kids they have if the law would allow. How about getting rid of the kids because the cat is allergic to them ?????
