How We Met

Someone placed Dickie at my apartment door when he was just 5 weeks old. He was very angry and determined not to love or be loved. My 15 year old neutered male, Tiddles, adopted him & they became inseperable. It took a couple of years but Dickie finally realized he had a good thing going. He was a 1 person cat and that person was me. Before we moved to Phoenix in January 2008, we made 6 hour road trips there to visit my Mom. Dickie rode in an extra large carrier and didn't mind the ride because we were together. I called him my little Road Warrior. In April 2008, he was diagnosed with renal failure and passed away the morning of July 19, 2008. Fortunately, I was there with him when he passed.
