Nicknames: Mr. Purrbox (since he purrs so loud that most of the time I can hear him OVER THE TV... even when it is turned up fairly loud!!!)

Education: Avery has done wonders for our other 2 cats. Pumpkin is our Grandma cat @ 14 yrs old and she is usually a rather lazy girl that sleeps on my bed all day but since Avery came to us about 2 months ago, even Pumpkin has been getting up & around and even playing w/ some of the cat toys and chasing the other 2 around!!

My favorite tricks and treats are: I have actually seen him do most of a backflip when he is playing with the mouse toy that hangs from my bedroom door!! and By far... Meow Mix Market Selects. His favorite is the Shrimp one but he & all of my cats will eat any flavor I have!! or if he's really good (and if I have a few extra $$) the Fancy Feast Elegant Medley canned treats

Where I hang out: On top of me when I am laying down in bed!!

My favorite grubs: Anything that humans eat! Avery was a cat that was rescued from euthanasia at our local animal control by another local animal rescue. I am sure that before he landed @ animal control that he must have been roaming on the streets forraging for food b/c he likes to eat ANYTHING & EVERYTHING that I am eating!!

Just because he TRIES TO EAT MY FOOD, doesn't mean that I let him... quite the opposite I try mightily to keep him from eating human food that would make him sick but sometimes I don't have any luck!

My pet peeves: A dirty litterbox and not having my undivided attention

What I love about my owners:

My cat hobbies: I think his favorite pastimes are 1)Curling up to me and purring 2) Walking across my computer keyboard when I am working from home and 3) Playing with the mouse on the end of a (toy) fishing pole. (It is one of the toys from Petsmart... not a real mouse or a real fishing pole!!)
