Thanks not only for a speedy reply, but a complete one, as well. Usually it doesn't take this long to put kitties on a team, but I was extra careful in your case. I hope you like your local NHL team, because I assigned you and Buffy to Bailey's Heartbreakers, which bases its results on the Edmonton Oilers. Since you doubt you can make the games, I couldn't match you up with the primo players, but they all have a chance to be in the game results report. You will reflect the play of #24 Steve Staios, defense, while Buffy is matched with back-up goalie #38 Jeff Drouin-Deslauriers. We are trying to get the team captains to set up a team home page, where they would regularly blog the detailed results of each game. That way you could easily check to see how your kitties and the team are doing. To try to look back on the MHL game pages is a really ponderous undertaking. The team rosters are listed on page 83562. You are welcome to blog your teammates when you have time. If you are displeased with any of my actions, let me know. Thanks for your interest in mouse hockey, and have FUN!... Sorry for the C/P but Mom got a migraine yesterday & was still not feeling well today. She stayed home from work & cuddled with me all day. SPECIAL NOTE: Due to CC being down for maintenance for a few hours tomorrow, we are coming by early with our ANGEL CATPAIGN for FRIDAY 9/26! PLEASE wait until CC is back up and running tomorrow to vote for ANGEL STRUMMER!!..ANGEL STRUMMER #36001 has been waiting patiently for 15 yrs at THE RAINBOW BRIDGE, never complaining or trying to push ahead of any deserving kitty for his badge!! He is the angel brother to MOOSE #30118!! Angel STRUMMER's Mom tells his story-I was working at a local restaurant right after college, living at home agian. One of my co-workers momma cat had just had kittens and she offered me one of them. I said yes and just over six weeks later I went to pick my new kitten up. Her? name at the time was "Screamer" because she? meowed a lot. It was only after a visit to the vet that I found out she was a he. He was such a cute little guy and fit into the household very well. It took me a long time to come up with a name for him, not really liking "Screamer". I finally settled on Strummer, after a member of the band "The Clash" (It was the 80s after all). Strummer grew up to be a big strong tom and he loved to catch birds, especially the Stellers Jays that we have in Washington. From those bird he got Lung Worm, and the drugs they gave him to kill the Lung Worms altered his health and his personality. I had to put my Strummer to sleep after he managed to get diabetes and an incurable urinary tract infection. It's been over 15 years, and I still think of him and I hope he is waiting for me at the Rainbow Bridge... Please stop by tomorrow FRIDAY 9/26 and give a vote and honor him SATURDAY with his deserving badge! He will light the evening sky and let his loving Mom know he is still waiting at THE RAINBOW BRIDGE!!!
