How We Met

I was working in a vets office as a vet tech. A gentleman came in one day and said he wanted this cat put down because it wasn't friendly and always attacked him when he tried to touch it. Well, he had just gotten the cat fixed and all her vaccinations, plus an FeLV/FIV test done. I asked him if he would relinquish ownership because she just needed time. He did. Her suture wound from being spayed was infected so she was on antibiotics for a while. I noticed a lesion on her back and had it biopsied. Turned out she had an autoimmune disease. She was put on steroids and it cleared up. She's been off the steroids for a month now and there are no recurring signs.
