My favorite tricks and treats are: I love all kinds of cat toys -- catnip mice, dangly things, bouncy toys... whatever -- and all treats and tidbits are great!

My favorite grubs: Everything edible and then some
My pet peeves: Other cats! (But I'm working on it.)
What I love about my owners: I was so difficult to deal with when I met Pop, I am lucky I wasn't sent to a shelter for being an undesirable. We know how that would have played out. Pop is patiently working to turn me into a lovable kitty, and I have made significant progress, he says.
My cat hobbies: Eat, growl, eat, hiss, eat, and play with our Chihuahua. (Pop would say I ATTACK the little mutt; I am SO misunderstood!)

How We Met
I was taken off of the street when a very little kitten by a woman who knew little about having a cat. I was played with as though I were a puppy. Pop took over my care and is trying to get me to act like a cat, but I still play too rough for the other kitties. I got used to being a loner in my early months of life. Pop is showing me the benefits of being gentle and friendly. I'm learning, but some habits are hard to break

Rascal here! I guess I am the new team captain of the VFP. We haven't heard from BlackBear or his Mom this past season, so we need to get things in motion to see how many of you on our roster are planning on being a part of the VFP team for the 2012-2013 season. ATTENTION ALL MHL HOCKEY PLAYERS!!
This message is only being posted on one or two pages in each family so I can get it out to more kitties! Please pass the word on to the rest of your familiy as needed.
On Friday July 6th, at 7:30 pm EST (4:30 pm PST) we will hold our annual MHL Hockey Awards Ceremony! We will be enjoying an excellent catered meal in the newly completed Catvention Center at the White Squirrel Campground, page #189629. The menu for the evening will be posted on that page before the event. Following the dinner, the Awards Ceremony will commence at about 8 pm EST (5 pm PST) hosted by our very own Commish, Casey! Don't worry if you can't make it early for the meal, food will be served whenever you arrive. We will have live blogging that night for as long as you want or are able to stay.
On Saturday and Sunday we will have a large number of events and activities available for your enjoyment! Take part in our golf an fishing tourneys, water and small sports, individual games, etc. See the Park page for a list of things you can get involved in! If you wish you can blog with your friends at a time you arrange, or just log in to let us know you are there and participate silently. The Squirrel Box Resturant is open 24/7 for any time you are hungry. The menu is posted on the right side of the page.
Lodging is available for your use if you want to spend the whole weekend. Check the page for details. Anything you need is available at the campground! Just check with the staff in the Country Store.
This weekend event is for all MHL players, their families, friends, and pawrents! Bring everyone and have the best time you can have in the great outdoors! We will have special things to do and chaperones and sitters for the little ones, so bring your babies!
If you want, we can live blog again here on Sunday night, the 8th, and take a short break from hockey to just enjoy each other and get caught up on all the mews we have to share.
One final thing: PLEASE DO NOT VOTE FOR THIS PAGE when you are here. We don't want to interfere with any catpaign or special day that is on the calender!

Hey Brother, Tigre!!!
I saw your post on the arena page, so I thought I would let you know that as of today, YOU are in the lead in overall points with 52 (three ahead of me ) and 4 points ahead in assists (I don't make the top three). We do make a good pair and play SO well together! Overall, the team is doing so well, first in the Northwest Division and first in the Western Conference. Hope we can keep it up!!
Hope things go better for your Dad in getting to the game and finding a browser that will work. We do well with Internet Explorer and don't use any others.

Hey Tigre, I'm Back!
That "award" was added a few weeks ago when the CC had a survey and story-line about two kitties in a kitty litter ad. When you chose which story you liked better, they put the picture in the awards box. They kept changing the story and you could go in and read it every couple of days. But now, I can't find it and the picture is still there! I think the ad was for Arm & Hammer litter. I don't know what CC was doing.
Well Bro, that was really a super game last night! I sure had a lot of fun! I hope you did, too. We play a good game together. Let's keep it up!

I'm not sure I know what you mean about the award -
(Also, could you tell me what your last (7th) award, the picture, is for?) What are you looking at? Maybe I missed something. That's been known to happen a lot!
I must have been typing this as you were finishing the blog on my page, I went back to read it again and you had added more. I didn't know about the Roster Report page, I'm still new with all this editing. That will be a BIG help when I do the edits. Thanks for the heads up and I will try to keep the confusion to a minimum. I do the edits for the home games and kitty-human games and Barney's Mom is still wanting to do the Sunday ones. I don't think BlackBear's Mom will be doing much this season, She has been out of touch for a while now. We just hope things are OK with them.

Just when it seems our pawrents are getting caught up on things in the MHL, the team pulls a new switch. As Mom was doing the edit today, she noticed that there was a new player on the team without a kitty assigned to him so she just went back and used Giovanni as the kitty. Even though Gio doesn't come to the games anymore, he is still on CC with a semi-active Mom. I hope this doesn't mess things up too much.
