~Earth Angels~ by Zaboo
Angels fly among us every day & not just in the sky,
We only need to open our hearts to know they’re flying by.
These earth angels ask for no reward, their deeds done out of love,
Their hearts are big as their words are soft, like the gentle cooing of a dove.
God has called these angels, their missions stirred by his loving hand,
Their healing ways are as numerous as the grains of all earth’s sands.
Bless these angels each day you wake, sing their praises far & wide,
Their greatest reward will be received when God carries them home to his side.

Time to meet your new Queen!!!
The crowd watches as security personnel bring in a beautifully carved cedar box & place it on a table beside the podium. Queen Trixie comes from the side room with Queen Spunky beside her. They both wave to the crowd before Queen Trixie steps to the podium & puts up her paw for silence.

Queen Trixie gets ready for the big event
Queen Trixie is a little nervous as she races to the door of the Honeywell Center to see if Queen Spunky’s limo has arrived yet. The royal jet took off for CA to pick her up right after dropping her & her sibs at the Ft. Wayne International Airport. The limo ride from there to Wabash was uneventful, although the Hairballz escort did get quite a few curious looks as they flanked the car motoring down the country route that had been chosen to get them to the event center in Wabash.
No sign of the new queen yet so Trixie dashes downstairs to make sure the skating rink & party room are ready for the big bash after the coronation. Patches gives her a paws up sign, tells Fluffers to keep her paws out of the catnip dip, & meows for her royal sister to get back upstairs so she’s not tempted to try skating away some of her anxiety, thus ruining her beautiful gown. Trixie runs back upstairs to the little girl kitty’s room to glance in the mirror to make sure she’s still presentable to the public. She smiles as she turns from side to side. Her golden glittering gown catches the light & flashes with brilliance as intense as the sparkle in her eyes. She has to admit that this particular gown that her brother K Zaboo had gotten for her was purrfect for this special occasion & purrs happily at her reflection. It not only matches her eyes but it also had a very full skirt so that when she spins around it floats outward so she won’t trip. Purrfect for a calico cyclone…MOL! Suddenly the door flies open & Angel Cloudy floats in to land gracefully beside her sister. She flutters her gossamer wings, smiles & asks Trixie to turn toward the mirror so she can add a few finishing touches to her attire. Patches & Fluffinella bound into the room with white & pink roses for her to carry, her red velvet cloak, & the royal scepter. Angel Cloudy places a glittering diamond angel pendant around Queen Trixie’s slender neck, then places a golden crown with a cascading diamond encrusted short veil on her head. Patches steps forward to place the velvet cloak around her shoulders & pins it with a diamond eyed calico kitty brooch & then hands her the royal scepter. Fluffinella grins as she meows how pretty her queen sister looks & then hands her the roses to carry in her other paw. They share a sisterly hug before Patches opens the door to allow Queen Trixie to gracefully greet the gathering crowd outside.

~Queen Trixie's final day in 'office'~ April 30th
Hello & happy Tuesday every kitty! This is the last day that I’ll be meowing to you from the Queen’s chair so my big sis & head chef, Patches, has whipped up a banquet that will amaze your senses & tantalize your taste buds as my way of thanking all the sweet kitties that pounced by this month. At dawn tomorrow we’ll be vacating the cabin with our royal mementos & will say farewell to the beautiful wooded area that I've called my home for an entire month. All kitties that have visited are suggested to make sure everything they brought along has been reclaimed because once I pack away the royal gowns I’ll no longer be responsible for my actions & anything missing may never be seen by you again...MOL...but until then I must remain as dignified as possible & therefore I call my royal criers forth & hand them the final royal decree to announce:

♕ ♕ HEAR YE, HEAR YE ♕ ♕
~*~All CC kitties are hereby cordially invited to attend the coronation of Queen Spunky #161265 on Wednesday May 1st, 2013~*~

~*~ Time: 7am PT/10am ET on the CMR page #46883~*~

~*~This gala event will be held at the HONEYWELL CENTER in Wabash, IN in the Honeywell Room (see pics in my gallery) & will be followed by a roller skating party at their skating rink, where music, skates & the use of the party room are all included. All food will be provided by Honeywell’s famous catering service so come hungry & loosen up those leg muscles for a day of roller skating fun as I say Bon Voyage to royal duties!!~*~

*Formal dress is optional for the coronation ceremony but I highly recommend a change of comfortable clothes for skating if you plan to stay for the party afterward.*

//////////////////////////////////////////////////- ///////////////////

After the pawty is over it’s just a short 14 miles to my home where I’ll unpack & settle back into civilian life with happy, cherished memories to dream about while I take a short break from the blogging scene. Not to worry though because one of my magnificent siblings will pounce into action…& I’m sure they’ll exaggerate my antics like they usually do…MOL! Thank you for being so supportive sweet kitties & I’ll see you bright & early tomorrow morning!

Loving purrs,
Queen Trixie

Storybook Circus transports Guests to another era—a period in time when the colorful big-top tents attracted audiences from far and wide with astonishing stunts, majestic animals and spectacular entertainment. Attractions include:
The Barnstormer -Take to the sky with The Great Goofini on a spiraling stunt plane adventure high above the Storybook Circus grounds.

~Queen Trixie's Final Zoo Trip~ Sat. April 27th
Happy Caturday sweet kitty furiends! I’m sad to meow that this will be our last weekend outing to a zoo. I’ve enjoyed having all of you accompany me & would like to give each of you a musical water globe with a zoo animal inside as a memento of our time together. The melody is “Animal Crackers in my Soup” & you have your choice of Siberian Tigers, Giraffes, Elephants or Zebras.
Today we’re heading south so make sure to grab your sunscreen & climb aboard the plane because we’re taking off to enjoy the warm weather of Florida at DISNEY’S ANIMAL KINGDOM! Here’s the link to check out the gallery before we arrive! (https://disneyworld.disney.
If you thought Walt Disney World Resort's Animal Kingdom Park was the largest animal-themed park in the world . . . you'd be right! Its 500 acres are filled with more than 1,700 animals! The park also reflects Walt Disney’s dedication to conservation and is committed to animal care, education and research. We’ll be exploring 7 enthralling lands: Oasis, Discovery Island, Camp Minnie-Mickey, Africa, Rafiki's Planet Watch, Asia and Dinoland, U.S.A. With myriad rides for all ages, from the TriceraTop Spin, where kids can control the altitude of their flying herbivore, to Expedition Everest, a high-altitude adventure coaster that brings those who dare into the den of the snarling Yeti before sending them careening from the world's highest peak, this park's allure runs the spectrum from young to old with first-rate shows, wonderful rides and of course, some 1,700 beautiful and fascinating animals to encounter along the way. Not to be missed: the Kilimanjaro Safari, an outdoor ride in an open-sided vehicle (with a little trademark Disney drama thrown in for excitement) brings explorers face-to-face with antelope and elephant, cheetah, hippo, Zebra, wildebeest, rhino and more.
We’ll be staying at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge (see pics in my gallery) so be prepared to step into the heart of Africa at the magnificent Resort hotel. Inspired by the traditional African kraal, the horseshoe-curved design provides spectacular views of 4 lush savannas that over 200 hoofed animals and birds call home. Delight in dazzling pool areas, exciting animal programs and one of the largest collections of African art in the United States as you experience your own African safari adventure with a touch of Disney magic.

I’m patting myself on the back for this trip, although it took quite a bit of finagling for mom to arrange everything since we’re cats…MOL! It won’t be long until we touch down kitties so get ready for the most fun trip of the month as I wrap up my time as your queen. Thank you for your fantastic support!

Excited chirps,
Queen Trixie

P.S. Remember that the coronation of Queen Spunky will be on May 1st at 7amPT/10amET so please keep pawing those daily votes her way!

~Queen Trixie's Animal Tales~ April 25th
Good Morning sweet kitties! Thank you for pouncing by my Imperial cabin with your loving support & sweet blogs. Today is supposed to be warmer with highs in the mid-50s so please wear a jacket while you’re out hiking or exploring. *FYI*The coronation time has been set!! It will be on May 1st at 7am PT (10am ET) due to the work schedule of Spunky’s mom.
Today I’d like to meow to you about another special kitty whose daring deeds will amuse you & show just how resourceful a kitty can be when they’re determined.
TOBY (from Timmy #8851)-Toby was a special super smart Manx cat who always seemed to be one step ahead of mom & dad as he thought of things to get them out of bed to feed him. He learned to jump up to turn the bedroom lights on, so dad moved the hamper to impede his access. Toby circumnavigated that obstacle & instead learned how to flip the switch to turn on the clock radio to wake mom up in the middle of the night. That time dad threw a towel over the radio. Not to be deterred on his waking ploys, Toby then learned to roll the bedroom closet doors back & forth on the runners so that mom would reach out & swat at him. Eventually mom or dad would put Toby outside so then he started climbing a tree to get on the roof so he could tap on the window outside their bedroom. They couldn't very well move the tree…MOL! Mom always ended up giving in by letting Toby in. He also fought the neighborhood "bully", a very big, mean German shepherd who had already killed several cats in the area. One day mom heard a noise on the porch & looked out in time to see the dog running up on the porch to grab Toby. Bad move on the dog’s part! Toby quickly turned on the dog, jumped on his neck and started ripping the dog's nose open. Fearing for his face & possibly his life, the dog took off with Toby still riding him. Later that night Mom got a call from neighbors asking them to pay for the vet bills for the dog. Mom said, "I don't think so." & that was the end of that conversation…MOL! Toby also loved to go swimming. One night mom heard coonhounds baying and opened the door to see Toby running across the fields with dogs on his heels, dragging a muskrat trap on his leg. He must have gotten it while swimming & managed to pull it up to get home, but it was a close call. When Toby was 17 he still wanted to go out in the cold sometimes, but spent a lot more time curled up on moms lap. When he became very sick & began having a lot of accidents in the house, loving mom helped him cross the Rainbow Bridge to ease his suffering. To this day Mom always remembers their super smart Toby & the adventure filled long life he lived.

I hereby present Angel Toby’s family with the Calico Medal of Ingenuity for his ability to overcome obstacles put in his path & thank them for sharing his touching story.

Soft purrs,
Queen Trixie

WOW…what a surprise for mom to wake up & see our doggie as the DOTD runner for today! If you have a DC profile please paw her a vote & give her a big purr of thanks for working her paws to the bone last month during my catpaign. She spread the word with a happy wag of her tail & lots of slobbery kisses & I really appreciated all the added votes from our sweet doggie pals! She’s definitely deserving of her 2nd badge now that she’s all grown up (she got her first one shortly after joining DC) so I’m happily tooting a horn on her behalf today!

Thank you for pouncing by with your support of me this month! Can you believe the last full week of my reign is already here? I’ve been having so much fun with all of you at the Imperial Cabin this month & it’s great to see the tulips & other spring flowers blooming outside of it. I’ve still got some heroic & unusual CC furiends to tell you about though so hold on tight because my spinning isn’t over yet…MOL! Today I’m featuring a very special kitty in our community that many of you know so grab a plate full of scrumptious flavored muffins & catnip coffee prepared by our head chef Patches & aide-de-camp Angel Gracie & I’ll get started meowing about THOMAS #127574!
Mom was volunteering at a local animal shelter when this little 3 week old kitten was brought in after having been badly abused by some children. The abuse broke his back and resulted in paralysis and no bowel / bladder control. The shelter kept him until he was 12 weeks old & healed an abscess, & because of his incontinence was bathed 2 x/day. They put a cut down litter box in his cage in hopes that he would use it but if he couldn't then he would have been deemed unadoptable and euthanized. Mom fostered him & then adopted him because he was not able to use a litter box, even though he enjoyed rooting around in the litter. Mom had owned a dachshund in the past that ruptured a disc and was paralyzed & a vet taught her how to take care of him, so she knew she could express Thomas' bowels and bladder & take care of him. Sweet Thomas is a true ambassador for the Prevention of Cruelty to animals & I hereby present him with the Queen’s Perseverance Medal for being able to overcome hardships that no baby kitty should ever have to endure! His life is now filled with the love & attention he deserved from the start & is the purrfect ambassador to spread the word because of his purrsonal experience. Thank you Thomas & mom for sharing your story!
Have a terrific Tuesday everyone & I’ll meow at you again on Thursday!

Sweet purrs & calico kisses,
Queen Trixie

~Queen Trixie's Weekend Travel Plans~ April 20th
Happy Caturday everyone!! Are you ready to go on another weekend adventure? I sure am when I look out the windows of the Imperial cabin & see water everywhere, although it is receding! Since all of you really enjoyed the elephant birthday party last weekend I thought I’d give you a little more time with them by flying out of the country to Thailand to spend the entire weekend at the MAESA ELEPHANT CAMP!
Thailand’s Maesa Elephant Camp is a privately owned elephant camp less than one hour from Chiang Mai. It is located in an idyllic forested setting with a waterfall welcoming you as you enter. The camp has over 70 elephants and approximately 80 mahouts (the keeper or driver of an elephant). Although technically owned by the camp, most of the elephants go home with the mahout to their villages each night. Food is supplied twice a day for the elephants at the camp. There is a full-time vet – Ronachid who constantly checks on the elephants. The mahouts are also very aware that the elephants must not be abused and they check on each other to make sure the elephants are all treated well. The villagers are able to generate income at the camp by selling bananas and souvenirs to the guests. Everything is very clean and well managed with concern not only for the elephants and the mahouts, but for the environment and surrounding villagers as well. The more controversial part of the experience are the shows that are staged three times a day. Whilst some animal welfare people would claim that this is demeaning to the elephants, they seem perfectly happy and genuinely do look like they are enjoying themselves. Of course it is this enjoyment factor that creates the revenue stream so desperately needed for the camp to carry on its conservation work. The blunt truth of the matter is that without places like this, these animals would face a much tougher existence, most would not survive. The show starts with a grand parade as 20 elephants enter the arena, trumpeting triumphantly whilst their mahouts sit proudly atop. The trainers slide down the trunks to dismount and are lifted gently back up in a display of understanding between man and beast. Elephants can paint, which is something I had heard about but only half believed. The mahouts hand them a paint brush loaded with paint, steer them in front of an easel and away they go. Trees and flowers soon spring into view and the results can be bought at the shop after the show. One, two and three days courses in the care and training of elephants are available. These mahout courses provide visitors with a completely unique experience and memories to last a life time.

Thank you for pouncing by with your support dear furiends & I hope you have a great time riding, feeding & learning about the elephants this weekend! Time is flying fast & soon you’ll be welcoming a new queen so please remember to pounce over to see SPUNKY #161265 in California each day & paw her a COTM vote.

Big hugs,
Queen Trixie

~Queen Trixie's Tales~ Thursday April 18th
Our thoughts & prayers go out to all the people in West, Texas as an explosion at a fertilizer plant devastated the area around it at about 8 pm last night. Over 160 are injured, at least 3 firefighters are missing & several workers & local residents have already lost their lives in the horrific explosion that registered 2.1 on the Richter scale! Please keep this community in your thoughts & prayers as they continue their search for the missing & try to recover from the shock.
I also send out a prayer request for the people of Boston who are still trying to understand why bombs were set off at the end of their world famous marathon on Monday. Law enforcement is working around the clock to find the cowards that did this & our prayers are also with them for their diligence & determination to bring them to justice!

It’s going to be another stormy day at the Imperial Cabin later today but right now you couldn’t tell it. The sun is shining & we have a temp of 65 BUT the wind is wicked at 21 mph with even higher gusts!! All cabin visitors are requested to stay inside to avoid any falling limbs/branches! Since it’s too windy to be outside safely I’m going to meow to you about another one of our fabulous CC friends. Grab a spot on the plush carpet or one of the luxurious cat beds around the throne room, grab some snacks from the buffet table (prepared by our head chef Patches & top aide-de-camp Gracie) & turn your attention to today’s tale about CHARLOTTE #196844!
The family had an attempted break-in at their house the last week of January. Everyone was asleep when Charlotte jumped up on her mom at about 4:30am meowing very loudly. Mom heard banging & quickly checked to see if her husband was ok since he has medical problems. Nothing wrong there, but the banging continued so she looked out the bathroom window & was shocked to see a man knocking over the garbage cans. She turned on the outside lights, but he didn’t leave, instead he moved to the back door, which leads into the mud room, & started banging on that door. She couldn’t imagine what his intention was & became fearful. The alarm was on at the house so she called 911 & stayed on the line with the dispatcher while he continued banging on the door. Then he managed to push the top window out of the door & entered the mud room by finding the locks & unlocking the door, where he then proceeded to bang on the kitchen door. Just in the nick of time the police arrived at the back of the house & took him down! It turned out that the man was extremely intoxicated & lost but it was a very frightening experience for Charlotte & her mom (luckily dad slept through it) & to this day Charlotte will not go into the mud room, which she previously enjoyed almost daily for a sunbath. I hereby present Charlotte with the Golden Catnip Custer of Heroism for alerting her mom to the danger & thank her for sharing her story.

Loving purrs,
Queen Trixie

~Meows from Queen Trixie~April 16th
Today is a sad day in our nation as we have once again been attacked! I ask that everyone please observe a moment of silence for those that have lost their lives & to send prayers of healing to those that were injured during the terrible terrorist attack at the Boston Marathon yesterday. Gentle hugs & prayers go out to all the people of Boston as they endure the hardships & grief of this unprovoked & senseless attack.
Since this is a very downhearted time for many people in our nation I’d like to try to cheer you up with a couple of heroic doggy tales. The first one is from one of the dogs on DC & the other one is from one of our own precious feline families.

MAX PINKOWITZ is a happy 10 year old doggies that was very happy to find his forever home when he was 2. His mom takes him for walks a lot & gets to meet a lot of his doggie friends. Up their street live 2 very aggressive chi pups that weigh about 3 pounds each, which his mom calls ‘killer chis’. If they’re out with their mom they come running toward the street barking like crazy. Last year they were playing outside with their mom when Max & his mom were walking up the street. Max & his mom saw a car coming & then mom was stunned by what happened next! Max went toward the ‘killer’ Chis and blocked them from running into the street!! Mommy was so proud of him because sweet Max saved the chi doggies that day by preventing them from being hit I hereby present Max with the Queen’s Medal of Gallantry for keeping his fellow canines safe from harm.

This one is from EDDIE #153057. Once a few years ago when mom was on vacation, she left her motel room to walk about a 1/2 mile to a restaurant. The motel had a porch and when mom went out on the porch to leave she saw a large dog and wondered where he came from but took off as planned. She was curious as the dog followed & on the way they passed a field where there was a very scary man walking toward them. Mom felt safer with that dog right near her & the dog escorted mom to the restaurant then left. Luckily Mom’s walk back was uneventful so mom thinks that God sent along an angel dog that night to keep her safe & is grateful for God's care.
We’ll never know this special dog’s name but have to agree that this special canine was indeed a guardian angel sent down to protect mom so that she wouldn’t be harmed by the stranger that thought about approaching her.

Thank you for sharing your special stories with me Max & Eddie & thanks to all of you that pounce by to visit me at the Imperial Cabin. I’ll be back again on Thursday to visit you.

Loving purrs & a chicken strip vote,
Queen Trixie

WAKE UP KITTIES!! It’s time to get cleaned up so we can head to the OKLAHOMA CITY ZOO!! ( I hope all of you slept well. I know I did even though I’m not used to the noise of a big city. I see that some of you have already bought souvenirs so I hope you brought a large enough bag to carry home those Native American novelties that seemed so popular…MOL! As we’re walking to the zoo I’ll tell you a little about it so you can get right to checking out all of the fabulous habitats.

The Oklahoma City Zoo and Botanical Garden is a zoo and botanical garden located in Oklahoma City's Adventure District in northeast Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The zoo covers 119 acres and is home to more than 1,800 animals. In 1902, the Zoo received its first donated animal and opened as a small menagerie. On Labor Day 1903, the Zoo had a formal dedication at Wheeler Park & celebrates 1904 as the Zoo's first full year of business. It is a fully accredited member of the Association of Zoos and Aquariums and the American Association of Museums as both a living museum and a botanical garden. The Zoo participates in numerous cooperative Species Survival Plan projects and is dedicated to the conservation of rare and endangered wildlife. Awards include being named the Third Best Zoo for kids in the nation in May 2004 by Child magazine after an extensive survey of over 150 zoos belonging to the AZA. In November 2005, the Zoo was named one of five finalists in Microsoft's "America's Favorite Zoo" contest. In 2012, the Zoo was voted the Third Best Zoo in the nation by

Now some of you may be wondering why I planned this on Sunday instead of our usual Saturday trip so now it’s time to spring the surprise. Today is the 2nd birthday of MALEE the baby elephant & the zoo is having a big bash in her honor from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. with cake for thousands, party favors for guests and our elephants, and more! The first 5,000 guests will receive a pair of commemorative birthday elephant ears! The celebration kicks off at 1 p.m. in the Zoo’s Global Plaza with free giveaways and delicious treats provided by local bakeries. At 2:15 p.m. (a special time just for the birthday girl,) guests will want a seat at the free daily elephant presentation in the Elephant Habitat’s pavilion as the party continues. Join Zoo staff and News9’s Bobbie Miller in singing “Happy Birthday” to Malee and watch as she blows out the candle on her own cupcake custom made by Johnnies Sweet Creations! After the presentation, watch as all the Zoo’s Asian elephants including adult females Asha, Malee’s mom, Chandra and bull, Rex celebrate with specially made, Zoo-approved cakes courtesy of Johnnies Sweet Creations, in their yards. Pics of the zoo entrance & Malee’s birth announcement are in my gallery!

Now that you know let’s go pawty & see if we can get those elephant ears they’re giving away…MOL! Have a pawsome day dear furiends!

Happy purrs,
Queen Trixie

~Queen Trixie's Tales~ Sat April 13th
Good Morning & happy Caturday kitties! We’re taking another long weekend trip so I hope you packed your overnight bag. The plane is ready & we’ll be taking off at 8am toward the Sooner State (Oklahoma) to meet Brina & Sheba before checking into the Best Western hotel located near downtown Oklahoma City. It’s conveniently located near the city's best attractions, food, & entertainment plus has a pool & free wi-fi so we can check in with our pawents when we arrive! Since I’ve got the zoo trip actually planned for tomorrow, because of a special event they’re having, we can spend the day exploring the city. We can walk through history at the Amateur Softball Association Hall of Fame, explore Bricktown & downtown Oklahoma City, pay our respects at the Oklahoma City Bombing Memorial, enjoy horse racing at Remington Park or visit the Oklahoma State Capital after we arrive. DID YOU KNOW? The state's name is derived from the Choctaw Indian words okla and humma, meaning "red people". Established with a Land Run (April 22, 1899) it was designated a state in 1907, making it just over a hundred years young. Oklahoma is the winter quarters for more circuses than any other state, their state capitol is the only one in the world with an oil well drilled beneath it! From Indian heritage & Viking explorers to land runs & oil booms, Oklahoma has a history unlike any other state. You can check out all they have to offer at I’ve posted pics of their state flag, which is an Osage warrior shield on a field of blue, with the shield crossed by a peace pipe and an olive branch, plus one of their state seal, which shows a pioneer & an Indian shaking hands beneath the Scales of Justice, centered in a star. (The star's five rays each contain symbols of the Five Civilized Tribes.) Time to board the plane now kitties so pounce on board, fasten your seat belts & get ready for a trip to Oklahoma. On the way I’m going to meow about two more of our special CC furiends but tomorrow I’ll present the Oklahoma Zoo info to you before we leave the hotel.

From KC #21110-Mom and Dad had a former feral cat named Mars who once scared off someone who was trying to break in. First they heard her yowl in the basement while they were upstairs. When they started down to investigate they found her sitting on the kitchen table growling at the sliding door. When they investigated they found evidence that someone had first tried getting in the basement window and then started to open the sliding door. They left it open a little, but it seems that Mars' yowl and growl were enough to scare them off!

PRINCESS #4817 Princess has a pretty amazing talent too. She knows when her Mom's sugar levels drop too low when Mom is sleeping. She will wake Mom up by purring and meowing very loudly, and then head bonk's Mom's hand. It wakes Mom up really fast when she does that!

Loving purrs,
Queen Trixie

~It’s a shout-out for ERNIE #200361 so please pounce on his votey button today!~

It was a dark & stormy night in my neck of the woods & we lost power in the middle of the night & when we woke up our clocks were all flashing so we were lost in time..MOL! Since it’s so muddy & water is standing everywhere I’ve decided to take a road trip to see the LAPORTE COUNTY HISTORICAL MUSEUM! ( It has over 100,000 items on display. Many are family heirlooms brought into the county by the original pioneers. They include furniture, household items, tools, memorabilia, antique toys, rare dolls is on display as well as one of the largest and finest collections of antique weapons. Many products manufactured in the county by local industries are also displayed. Period room settings showcase much of the museum collection. A pioneer log cabin, Victorian parlor with a unique square grand piano, 1920's kitchen, a business office and a dentist office of the past typify this aspect of the museum displays. See the pics in my gallery to catch a glimpse of what we’ll see today but let’s get on board the Calico Express Tour bus & as we motor down the road I’ll meow to you about one of our special CC furiends!

SNUGGLES’s #124534 mom is really proud & has learned to trust her magnificent hearing, especially since mom is somewhat hearing impaired. One cold winter night the neighbors lit their wood stoves to keep warm while mom had gone to her bunk bed. Snuggles smelled the smoke & thought something must be wrong so she knew she had to wake her mom up. She tried several time to wake her by putting her nose on hers but she kept pushing her away. Finally she jumped onto the top bunk & jumped down on mom several times until finally the pouncing & nose nudges of Snuggles woke mom up. She smelled the smoke & put Snuggles in a pillow case(she was the only cat at the time), woke up GM & called the fire department. When they came to check it out assumed it was that the smoke from nearby being been drawn in by their heat pump, making Snuggles think the house was in trouble. The fireman said that Snuggles was a true hero for waking up her family! Another time Snuggles also alerted her mom when a neighbor came to the door, which mom didn’t hear. Sweet Snuggles thought he meant trouble and started growling and even pointed like a dog toward the kitchen. This heroic & brave kitty got lots of treats for her actions to protect her mommy & she was very deserving of them! Today I ask her to step to the front of the bus to please accept the award of the Calico Medal of Defense for her exceptional determination to protect her beloved mom more than once.
Thanks for pouncing by my unique royal residence this month sweet furiends! Have a terrific Thursday & I’ll see you bright & early on Caturday morning as I head you off to another animal related trip!

Sweet purrs,
Queen Trixie

The Tales of Queen Trixie
Happy Tuesday everyone & thanks for stopping by the Imperial Cabin! Okay kitties…today we’re touring my home state a little bit & taking a trip to Michigan City, IN to see the OLD LIGHTHOUSE MUSEUM! At the bend of Trail Creek in the Michigan City harbor stands an historic old structure whose beacon served as a guiding light for Great Lakes sailors for more than 100 years. Michigan City's well-lighted port has a long and interesting history, bound to Lake Michigan with all its mysteries and beauties. Michigan City's first light was a simple "postlight"( lantern on a tall pole) located approximately 100 feet west of the present lighthouse. In 1837, Jeremy Hixon, Sr. and his son were contracted by the U.S. Government to build a permanent lighthouse in Michigan City. That structure consisted of a keeper's dwelling with a 40 foot high whitewashed tower topped with a lantern to house the light. As shipping in Michigan City increased, primarily grain and lumber, a brighter light was needed to guide ships into the busy port. In 1858, the U.S. Government constructed a lighthouse using Joliet stone for the foundation and Milwaukee or "Cream City" bricks for the superstructure. On November 20, 1871, the first beacon light was installed on the east pier. (
The Old Lighthouse Museum opened officially on June 9, 1973 & has guided tours Tues-Sun from 1-4pm so that’s where we’re going today kitties! I’d originally planned to meow to you about another of our CC furiends while we’re traveling on the Cyclone Express bus today but I’ll do that on Thursday instead since this article about my home state caught my eye this morning.

~Dachshund Adopts Abandoned Kittens~
In a story originally shared by Fox 59 in Indianapolis, four kittens were born on the front porch of a local couple, right before an early spring blizzard brought more than nine inches of snow to the area. The couple found the kittens alone and brought them inside to care for them. Little did they know it would be their Dachshund, JOJO, who would do much of the caretaking! The dog immediately took over mothering duties, including producing milk to nurse the kittens. The couple told Fox 59 that JoJo “acts as if she birthed them herself.” The kittens, who are all boys, are named Poseidon, Hephaestus, Pan and Zephyr, also known as the “blizzard kittens.” They’ll be available for adoption when they’re old enough.

Now that’s another true awww moment! They have their own FB page but for those that don’t go there I’ve also posted pics in my gallery so you can also get that warm fuzzy feeling from seeing this pawtastic doggie with her ‘kitty pups’. This family gets the Calico award of excellence for cuteness!
*Please remember to pounce by & put a vote into SPUNKY’S #161265 collection dish in California each day while you’re roaming CC!*

~Queen Trixie's Tantalizing Animal Tales~April 7th
Happy No Housework Day everyone! It’s the day to take it easy & enjoy some family time…or kitty time! I’ve been playing with my snake toy with dad this morning. In fact, I insisted that he played with me by dragging it to him & dropping it on his feet…MOL! I’ve flipped over every rug in the imperial cabin, whacked my sis Fluffinella into submission, pounced on Zaboo, grabbed Patches tail, & generally wreaked havoc since I woke up. Hmmm…guess that’s why they call me the calico cyclone queen…MOL! Now that I’ve gotten that out of my system for now I can get out of my play clothes & put on my royal gown for the day & get down to business…cyclone business that is…MOL! Since I’m only doing daily voting & won’t be pouncing by your pages again until Tuesday I thought I’d bring you a little more Northern Indiana info & a special animal tale until I twirl your way again. Please remember to pounce by & paw your daily COTM votes to SPUNKY #161265 aka ‘the white tornado’ so she can whirl into the crown of May as our next queen!

Home to native families for thousands of years, Northern Indiana was a well-known trading route. Travelers navigated from the east coast to the Mississippi River and beyond via the St. Joseph River and the Kankakee River. It began as an area well known to fur traders and missionaries; the home of 1920s gangsters like Al Capone and Bugsy Malone; one of the leading agricultural places & a region woven with deeply-rooted Amish traditions. As pioneers and farmers from around the world chose to settle here with their families, Northern Indiana unassumingly became a true melting pot of international cultures.
History is captured and remembered in our buildings, our communities and our traditions. Stories of the past can be heard through the music of annual festivals and traces of history are still etched in our traditional handcrafted products.
Now on to one of our own CC furiends that has proven his empathy & heroism toward his mom Nancy.
OLLIE #211317: Mom is an insulin dependent diabetic and her sugar fluctuates a lot. Last summer while sleeping, her blood sugar plummeted WAY too low. She was sound asleep and did not realize it until Ollie started jumping on top of her at 3:00 AM in the morning. She immediately woke up and knew something was wrong so she grabbed the glucose meter she keeps beside her bed & checked her level, which was an extremely low 45! Luckily she keeps her glucose tablets beside her bed too or else this sweet lady could have gone into a diabetic coma if it had continued to drop. Thank goodness Ollie was there to save her by waking her in the nick of time. This wasn’t the first time Ollie had proven his deep empathic foresight & he sleeps with her every night to ensure her well-being.
To Ollie I bestow the calico queen’s badge of boldness for emergency response along with big purrs of appreciation in showing just how smart we cats can be!

Soft purrs,
Queen Trixie

Wake up sweet kitties because the sun is coming up & Zaboo has the bus warmed up for everyone since it’s still rather chilly here in the woods. It’s supposed to warm up to the mid-60s today with some windy conditions, but hopefully we’ll be able to shed our jackets as we head south toward the center of my home state to visit the smaller than you’re used to, yet very nice & extremely friendly, INDIANAPOLIS CHILDRENS’ ZOO! ( I was going to take you to the Ft. Wayne zoo since it’s closer to my cabin but found out their official opening day isn’t until the 20th. You’d think that getting a request from a queen would prompt them to open early but no such luck! Hmmm…guess they don’t take orders well from animals…MOL! Well off we go kitties!! Anyone not awake in time to catch the bus will be stuck gathering firewood for our bonfire tonight so you’d better get your paws pouncing because Zaboo is revving the engine & is ready to go! Don’t forget to paw SPUNKY #161265 her daily vote before we go so that she can wear her own crown next month as our May queen!

The Indianapolis Zoo was the first attraction triple accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA) and the American Association of Museums as a zoo, an aquarium and a botanic garden. The Indianapolis Zoo is located in White River State Park downtown, and since opening in 1964, it has grown into a world-class facility hosting a million visitors each year and playing a major role in worldwide conservation and research, including accomplishing the world’s first successful artificial insemination of an African elephant. White River Gardens is part of the Zoo and continues its tradition of connecting animals, plants, and people. This stunningly beautiful 3.3-acre landmark botanical attraction combines the best of gardening ideas, plant information and inspirational design to serve the needs of all visitors. At the Zoo, you can visit each of their five biomes: Encounters, Forests, Oceans, Deserts and Plains. The newly redesigned Encounters Biome features the Flights of Fancy: A Brilliance of Birds exhibit that features family-friendly, interactive exhibits and amenities — including a 4D Theater (currently showing Ice Age Dawn of the Dinosaurs), a Nursing Moms' Nest, feeding opportunities in two different aviaries, and a charming little Tots Treehouse play area. You’ll also enjoy the shows, the shark touch pool, Race a Cheetah, White River Junction Train ride, & the Carousel, (which features many different hand carved animals), & the Kombo Family Coaster! It’s not a big zoo so it won’t take the entire day but I know we’ll have fun so let’s pounce aboard the Cyclone Express Tour bus & get rolling down the road!

Thanks for accompanying me today sweet furiends & I hope you all have a pawsome Caturday!

~Queen Trixie's Tantalizing Animal Tales~April 4th
Good morning from the imperial cabin in the woods of Northern Indiana! It’s still a very chilly morning with temps below freezing but it’s supposed to be warming up nicely later with highs topping out in the mid to upper 50s. That means we can put away the winter woolies & just wear a jacket or sweatshirt if you’d like to go exploring today…woohoo! Just what is there to explore around here? LOTS!! We don’t have just corn & bean fields…MOL! We take pride in our heritage, and we cherish our Midwest traditions, our Hoosier hospitality and our hard-working Heartland values. You’ll cherish them too as you wander down quaint downtowns that retain the charm of a simpler time. You’ll be inspired by the faith that led to the founding of Notre Dame in 1842 & the simple courage that brought the first Amish settlers in 1844. We also take pride in the dedication of the largest remaining mounted cavalry unit in the United States, the ingenuity that led Orville Redenbacher (born in Brazil, IN) to launch his first gourmet popcorn product in 1971, the creativity of the Garfield creator Jim Davis (born in Marion, IN) & the determination of the farmers that have worked this land for generations. You’ll discover a myriad of activities and delightful secrets throughout the seven counties found in northern Indiana ( so take some time to explore the wonders & you’ll understand why I’ve chosen a cabin as my royal abode instead of a damp, cold castle…MOL!

Now that I’ve peaked your curiosity (MOL) I’m going to spin you all the way back to California to meow about a very special & heroic bird that was owned by SABRINA’s #11187 mom a long time ago, (B.C. before cats)! OBIE was just a common yellow parakeet but he was very special and spoke 3 languages...English, Italian and Spanish. Obie lived in a cage in the living room but he liked to stand on top of the cage, on mom’s shoulder, or flew around during the time he was out every day…but never leaving the room. One day, his mom reached into the top cupboard to pull out a crock pot and lost her grip and it came crashing down on her head. She’d never in my life experienced this sensation & truly saw stars and felt herself losing consciousness. All of sudden, Obie flew into the room and landed on her shoulder and started chirping "pretty bird", "Ciao Bella", "Que Paso" into her ear as she gripped the countertop. (Obie never had been in the kitchen before and it was a completely separate room as the living room) She later went to the emergency room & found out she had a concussion. She believes Obie & his act of heroism prevented her from being knocked out cold that day.
I proclaim & dedicate the royal calico crest for gallantry today to sweet OBIE the parakeet & special thanks to Sabrina for sharing her story! Have a pawsome day dear furiends!

Soft purrs & loving hugs,
Queen Trixie

Queen Trixie's Tantalizing Animal Tales
Good Morning dear furiends! Thank you for stopping by with your sweet catgrats yesterday as I was officially pictured as the COTM queen! I’m going to step aside for just a moment to let yesterday’s birthday girl (Patches) meow while I warm up by the fire since it’s a very chilly day in the woods! If you plan on hiking, fishing, or sightseeing today please dress warmly because we’re only supposed to reach the mid 40’s…but we do have lots of sunshine to help warm your fur. Now I’ll let big sis meow….

~Thankful purrs from Patches~
I want to thank all of you for the lovely gifts, sweet hugs & kisses..& most of all the visits you made on my birthday yesterday. It’s always great to see so many of you come by on special days because it makes it a lot more special & also make me purr with sincere happiness. Thank you so much for sharing my birthday with me dear furiends but now I’d better get back to the kitchen so her royal highness can have her daily catnip tarts or she’ll throw a hissing fit…MOL! Have a purrfect day dear furiends!
Big paw hugs,

Hmmm…I think my big sis just got a quick jab in at my demanding catitude along with thank you meows...MOL! Today I’m bringing you a heroic story that is on the freekibble site after you answer the cat trivia. No pic today though since it wouldn’t let me copy it.
Stationed in an Army base in southern Afghanistan, Sgt. Knott noticed one day that a feral cat who roamed around the base was limping and bleeding heavily. He lured the cat into his office with a piece of steak and spent the next seven months caring for the cat he named Koshka. The two bonded quickly. Sgt. Knott nursed Koshka back to health, while Koshka comforted Sgt. Knott during the certain danger and emotional toll of war. When it was time for Sgt. Knott to return to the states, he wouldn’t leave Koshka behind. He explained to KPTV how he worked with a local Afghan interpreter who agreed to, in an extremely risky transport, take Koshka to Kabul. Weeks later Sgt. Knott learned that the cat (and his Afghan chaperone) made it safely across “God knows how many Taliban check points,” to Kabul, where Koshka boarded a plane bound for the states. The $3,000 Sgt. Knott’s family forked over to fly the cat home was worth every penny, they said. While Sgt. Knott is currently stationed in Washington state, Koshka is now safe at home with Sgt. Knott’s parents until the pair can be together again. The Oregon Humane Society recently honored Sgt. Knott and Koshka with a 2013 Diamond Collar Hero award for their incredible story of friendship.

Thank you for your sweet & generous support dear furiends & don’t forget to pounce over to vote daily for beautiful SPUNKY #161265 so she can wear the crown next month! Have a purrfect day!

Thank you for the beautiful crowning ceremony Queen Josie Mae & a big welcome to all of my dear furiends! You did a fabulous job as our March queen & I hope that you made lots of happy & momentous memories during your time catpaigning & ruling. Enjoy your days of retirement dear friend & thank you for being such a compassionate & down to earth queen!!
Congratulations to my dear friend SPUNKY #161265 on being nominated as the next COTM candidate!! I know the white tornado will keep all of us spinning with her spirited catitude during her catpaign & look forward to watching her continue the windy action you’d gotten so used to with me whizzing around the community…MOL! Please pounce by to give her the same fantastic support you gave me each day so she can earn the title of our May queen! Good luck Spunky & count on me to be by to see you every day in April!
Now I’d like to thank all of you for your wonderful support of my catpaign this month. I know I’m not your typical kitty blogger & tend to get a little ‘long-winded’ in my presentations so I also thank you for bearing with me as I meowed about special animals. It’s something that’s near & dear to all of the NICE Crew’s hearts & as you probably guessed they’ll continue while I’m your queen…MOL! I’ve collected lots of stories from furiends on CC & DC that I’ll be sharing on my blogging days of Tuesdays & Thursdays & will also continue to take you on Zoo trips on the weekends. Be prepared to be swept up in the winds of a calico cyclone queen that palace walls cannot confine because I won’t be there! Instead I’ve opted for a luxurious 3 story cabin in the northern woods of Indiana. There will be plenty of extra room for any visitors that want to get away from the chaos of daily life so they can step into the quiet, peaceful realm of nature. You’re welcome to stay as long as you want & enjoy time hiking, visiting our IN culture in nearby towns, or relax beside the bank of one of our many great fishing sites. I hope to see you there & thank you in advance for your continued support during my time as April Queen!

Thank you again for your loving support for me this month dear furiends but now I’ve got to make a quick getaway so mom can continue cooking Easter dinner for the family.

Trixie's arrival at the coronation
Trixie was nervous at first when the royal jet touched down & the family got off in Queen Josie Mae’s home state of GA. Now that she’s been in the area for a few hours though she’s much calmer & has definitely enjoyed the different scenery where the coronation will be held at Amicolala State Park, which is located in the midst of the Chattahoochee National Forest. At 729 feet, Amicalola Falls(named by the Cherokee Indians meaning, "tumbling waters) is the tallest cascading waterfall in the Southeast & is one of the state’s most popular parks! She & the family have enjoyed their time in the warm state of GA & are overwhelmed by the hospitality & friendliness of the local citizens. Zaboo looks at his watch & tells Trixie it’s time to get rolling. Nerves on edge once again she & the entire NICE Crew (including dog Sammie) plus some very special guests, all climb into the waiting limo as the Hairballz Riders roar into action as the security escort for the procession that will take them to the Amphitheatre near the falls overlook. She rolls down the window & waves to Pete, Whiskers & the other air support staff as the limo begins to roll. It comes to a stop in front of the walkway leading to the Ampitheatre & Trixie can see lots of her very dear friends already gathered for the ceremony. Zaboo, Patches, Fluffinella, Joseph, Monster, Sassee & Sammie dog walk gracefully toward the front row of seats & take their places in the section saved for the soon to be royal family while Angels Sherman & Cloudy find a place on the roof with the other angels & wait for Queen Josie Mae & her family to make their entrance.

Thank you for pouncing by to paw me a vote yesterday & HAPPY EASTER!!!!
WOW…that was a pawsome time at the San Diego Zoo yesterday & Anthony’s Star of the Sea restaurant was a delightful & beautiful ending to the day’s activities! Please give her the same outstanding support you’ve shown me this month on her quest for the May crown!
Well kitties, how did you enjoy the Purring Parrot avian & feline resort? Did you explore them thoroughly this morning when you woke up? If you didn’t then you’d better look again because the Easter bunny was busy during the night & hid eggs with kitty treasure inside all around…MOL! I found three & Fluffers found 2 so we’re enjoying the fresh catnip, tuna treats, & tiny rabbit cookies we found inside of ours while we hunt for more!
( Didn’t you just love how they could connect our themed suites with kitty walk through areas so we could see each other whenever we wanted? (Check out all their suites at their website to be truly amazed!) And the complimentary tissue paper amenity…truly the most pawtastic thing I’ve ever seen during any of our hotel stays this month! Oh…I do ask that some of you please help clean up the confetti we created though so we don’t leave them with a bad impression of CC kitties…MOL! Ahhh…I hate to leave the luxury of this hotel with its designer furnishings designer litter boxes, mats, food bowls, “Drinkwell” pet fountains, cat lounging trees, kitty beds, simple toys, cat nip/grass for nibbles, housekeeping twice daily, and a kitty turndown service. This is what I call royal treatment of guests! The best part though had to be that each room had its own "mouse on a string" butler, which each kitty could treat as kitty pleases. Okay…it is pawsitively official…I feel completely spoiled…MOL! Unfortunately it’s time to pack our bags & head to the airport for our flight home so I can get ready for the coronation this afternoon at 3pm ET.
I know that many of you have other obligations to fulfill on this blessed Easter holiday so can’t attend but I know I’ll feel your spirits there with me as Queen Josie Mae #193862 places the crown on my nervous brow. After I post my portion of the ceremony I too must depart the festivities so mom can continue cooking their Easter dinner, plus I’ll be anxiously waiting for the midnight hour to strike to make sure I’m ‘official’. Thank you SO much for coming by each day with your sweet comments & special thanks for those noteworthy kitties that also helped add a little more zest to some of my daily blogs…MOL! Have a beautiful & blessed Easter dear furiends for it’s time to look to new beginnings & rebirth & this calico cyclone will do her best to help it along next month!

The sky is still dark as the kitties gather at the airport, wave good-by to their parents, & climb aboard the plane. Trixie is already aboard with her kitty sibs & as soon as everyone takes a seat & buckles in, they lift off. The pilots for our trip this week is Whiskers & Pete plus we also have the pleasure of Boo Kitty & our new kitty friend Armani as the flight attendants. We’ll be met at our destination by my dear friend Sabrina so she can show us around her city & take us to an urban paradise I know we’ll love! We’re heading toward the Golden State sweet kitties…straight to southern California & the famous SAN DIEGO ZOO!” We’ll spend the day monkeying around in the tropical oasis as we visit amazing habitats for animals such as gorillas, tigers, sun bears, flamingos, mandrills, polar bears, birds of paradise, giant tortoises, leopards… and more! We can take a Panda Trek to visit the giant pandas and other animals that share their bamboo forest habitat, go back in time through Elephant Odyssey to discover what animals used to roam Southern California & see a herd of Asian elephants. We can also enjoy a guided tour on a double-decker bus or an aerial view from Skyfari, plus we can dine in the peaceful surroundings of Albert’s Restaurant & see animals up close in the Children's Zoo. It will be great to discover the wonders of wildlife with animal encounters, interactive experiences, & keeper presentations! A leader in animal care and conservation, the San Diego Zoo is at the heart of the San Diego experience. Founded in 1916, the Zoo has been an icon in San Diego for nearly 100 years & is open 365 days a year. Located adjacent to downtown San Diego in Balboa Park, the Zoo is 100 acres in size and is home to more than 4,000 animals representing more than 800 species from around the world. The Zoo will be a unique walking experience that exhibits animals in the most natural way possible, adding shows & animal presentations throughout the day for additional enjoyment. The San Diego Zoo also offers a variety of education programs & tons of other fun things! We’ll be arriving when it opens & will stay until it closes at 7pmPT! After we leave Sabrina has recommended Anthony’s Star of the Sea for our dining pleasure. It’s perched over the sparkling waters of San Diego Bay & should have that soothing sleepy atmosphere we’ll need so we can make it back home to get ready for the coronation ceremony at 3pmET (noon PT) tomorrow. Buckle back up kitties because we’re landing. We’ll take our bags to the Purring Parrot Avian & Feline Resort before we head to the zoo so I’ll tell you more about it tomorrow, but do have space to meow…THANK YOU FOR ACCOMPANYING ME ON MY FINAL CATPAIGN ZOO TRIP DEAR FURIENDS & FOR THE FANTASTIC VOTE SUPPORT!

I’m on the final lap of my catpaign sweet kitty furiends yet my cyclonic spins are still going strong thanks to your loving & generous support! Thank you for pouncing by with your comments on the critically endangered animals I presented yesterday plus the votes you pawed my way!! Today I’ll wrap up the top 5 list of these beautiful creatures that inhabit our planet that could use help to save their species & don’t forget that you can see their pics in my gallery!
Javan rhinos were killed by trophy hunters during colonial times. They were also killed as agricultural pests and for their horn, a highly prized commodity in traditional Asian medicine. Indonesia is home to the only population of Javan rhinos left on the planet. Only about 40 of these rhinos exist there, making the Javan rhino one of the rarest mammals in the world. The population in Ujung Kulon National Park represents the only hope for the survival of a species that is on the brink of extinction. Until the late 19th century and early 20th century, Javan rhinos existed from northeast India and the Sunderbans , throughout mainland Southeast Asia, and on the island of Sumatra. If we lose the population in Java, the entire species will disappear.
Hawksbills are named for their narrow, pointed beak. They also have a distinctive pattern of overlapping scales on their shells that form a serrated-look on the edges. These colored and patterned shells make them highly-valuable and commonly sold as "tortoiseshell" in markets. Hawksbills help maintain the health of coral reefs. As they remove prey such as sponges from the reef's surface, they provide better access for reef fish to feed. Like other marine turtles, hawksbills are threatened by the loss of nesting and feeding habitats, excessive egg-collection, fishery-related mortality, pollution, and coastal development. However, they are most threatened by illegal wildlife trade.
Vaquitas are most often found close to shore in the Gulf's shallow waters, although they quickly swim away if a boat approaches. Rare and elusive, this little porpoise wasn't discovered until 1958 & little is actually known about them. Vaquitas have natural predators such as sharks, but their main threat is from the fishing industry. They often die after being caught in gillnets, a problem known as bycatch. The Vaquita is the most endangered cetacean in the world with fewer than 200 left & the species may go extinct without further protective measures.
Okay kitties…that’s a wrap on all of my animal series for my catpaign. Now that I’m finished I want all of you to head home & pack an overnight bag because we’ll be flying out bright & early tomorrow morning for our next zoo tour & will be staying overnight again! Thank you for helping me on my quest for the April crown dear furiends! Have a pawtastic Friday & I’ll see you in the morning!

WOW…this month has flown by faster than I’d ever imagined! Thank you dear furiends for supporting me by pouncing by with your votes & wonderful comments each day! Queen Josie Mae & I have decided that we’ll have the coronation at 3pmET (noon PT) on Easter Sunday, which should fall in between most church services & also won’t interfere with our queen’s secretary’s work schedule the following day. Please plan to attend this gala event but please dress casual because we’ll be having the ceremony outside since we’re both country girls!
Okay sweet kitties…Today & tomorrow I’ll be meowing to you about the 5 most critically endangered species of animals on earth to wrap up my catpaign & you can see their pics in my gallery. These creatures can use all the help they can get to preserve their way of life so they can continue to grace our planet with their presence. Please note that the WWF (World Wildlife Fund) has sponsored many animals in over 100 countries for nearly half a century & gladly accepts donations for specific species if you want to help ( WWF fights to secure a future for animals on the planet we all share but their work is far from done, and WWF constantly strives to protect the species we all care about.
Leatherback turtles are named for their shell, which is leather-like rather than hard like other turtles. They are the largest marine turtle species and also one of the most migratory, crossing both the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. Although their distribution is wide, numbers of leatherback turtles have seriously declined during the last century as a result of intense egg collection and fisheries bycatch. Though the species has survived for over 100 million years, these marine turtles are now on the brink of extinction because many of their offspring won't be able to reach maturity due to numerous threats including fishing practices and pollution.
Penguins are a family of 17 to 19 species of birds that live primarily in the Southern Hemisphere. They include the tiny blue penguins of Australia and New Zealand, the majestic emperor penguins of Antarctica and king penguins found on many sub- Antarctic islands, the endangered African penguin and the Galápagos penguin—the only penguin to be found north of the equator. Climate change is again the reason why this species is threatened to disappear. The migration of fish caused by warming currents makes it harder for them to find food and could result in the extinction of the Magellanic penguin. The Antarctic Peninsula, where half of the world’s emperor penguins and 70% of the Adelie penguins can be found, is heating up faster than the global average and melting the sea ice that the penguins depend on for places to breed and access to food.
Thank you for your loving support of my COTM catpaign dear friends & I’ll meow at you again tomorrow.

Gentle hugs & a catnip filled vote,

~Visit & vote for OLLIE #211317 today as he celebrates his adopty day!~
Happy hump day everyone & thank you for your visits, comments & votes you pawed my way yesterday! Fasten your seat belts kitties (MOL) because there will be a strategic bump & hairpin turn in the campaign trail today as I navigate away from the lane of recently discovered species into the realm of the recently extinct, which will then carry me into the courtyard of some of the most endangered animals on our planet starting tomorrow to wind things up before our final campaign zoo trip this weekend! Everybody bucked in? Okay then…let’s get rolling!
Every day, a few plants and animals go extinct! The time has come to think about this even more as humans & climate changes continue to destroy the concept & natural flow of nature’s food chain. The creatures I’ve featured today all went extinct since the year 2000 so are only a sample of what can, or has, happened when their habitats are changed, food sources disrupted & ‘alien’ animals enter their once tranquil territories. You can see their pics in my gallery!
~MADEIRAN LARGE WHITE BUTTERFLY~ (extinct: 2007) Once upon a time, this magnificent white butterfly flew in the humid subtropical forests of Portugal's Madeira Islands. The gorgeous butterflies had a very limited distribution, as they lived in a very rare type of forest. Researchers believe that pollution from agricultural fertilizers and deforestation could be the reasons for their extinction.
~SPIX'S MACAW~ (extinct: 2004) The spix’s macaw, the world’s rarest parrot, disappeared from the wild recently. Also known as the little blue macaws, it was the only member of the parrot genus Cyanopsitta. This magnificent bird, which came in various shades of blue, was endemic to the state of Bahia, Brazil and the Caraibeira Riparian Woodland. Though some of them are still participating in captivity breeding program, they have been declared extinct in the wild.
~PO'O-ULI ~ (extinct: 2004) The po'o-uli, or honeycreeper, was endemic to Maui, Hawaii. Predators, a decline in food sources and habitat loss are all thought to have been responsible for the beautiful bird‘s demise. By 1997, only three individuals were known to exist. Later, in 2004, the last known male bird also died in captivity.
~PYRENEAN IBEX~ (extinct: 2000) In 1980, about 30 Pyrenean ibex were reported to exist. With the death of their last family member in 2000, they were declared extinct. But, this was not the end. Scientists worked hard and brought them back into existence through cloning. Sadly, the cloned ibex also died due to lung failure. Native to the Pyrenees in France and Spain, no sightings of the ibex have been reported in recent years.

Thank you for your support of my COTM campaign dear furiends & I hope I didn’t depress you too much today. Giving each one of you a soft purr of thanks for enduring my twists & turns (MOL) along with a catnip muffin to re-energize you!

Loving hugs,

Thanks for pouncing by with your vote support yesterday! I see that some of you were just as freaked out by that giant spider as I was so today I thought I’d present some of our favorite hunting…err, watched entertainment sources of frog, bird & fish (MOL) that have recently been discovered on our vast planet. You can see their pictures in my gallery!
~PINOCCHIO FROG~ Found in the remote Fuja Mountains of Indonesia, the Pinocchio frog is a strange little creature which was only discovered by accident in 2010, after wandering into a research camp and perching itself atop a bag of rice. The animal’s most obvious distinctive feature is the odd protuberance on the front of its face – most often referred to as its nose. The strange nose-like thing is a feature which only the males have, and becomes erect when they are making excited calls, returning to its standard position when they are not. The exact purpose of the ‘nose’, and the frogs’ ability to manipulate it, is as yet unknown. ??
~WATTLED SMOKY HONEYEATER~ The wattled smoky honeyeater is a species of honeyeater endemic to the Foja Mountains of Indonesia. This particular species’ most distinctive feature is the reddish-orange facial skin around its eyes. Discovered in December of 2005, the wattled smoky honeyeater was the first new bird species discovered in New Guinea since 1939. In addition to the brilliant orange skin around the bird’s eyes, it has the curious characteristic of walking with a ‘wattle’. The honeyeater was one of over twenty new species discovered in a single expedition that took place in 2005. The shade of the bird’s facial skin changes slightly when flushed. ??
~PARACHEILINUS NURSALIM~ ?First described in 2008, paracheilinus nursalim is a new species of flasher wrasse discovered in the Bird’s Head Peninsula in Western New Guinea. The fish’s most distinctive characteristic is of course its incredibly bright, vibrant colors. Given the recent nature of its discovery, little is currently known of the creature. To end on a cheery note: the future for the paracheilinus nursalim looks quite a lot brighter than can be said of some other animals on this list. The fish’s primary habitat is located within already-protected waters, meaning that it’s safe from external factors which may otherwise have put it at risk.

That’s going to have to be the end of newly discovered creatures series so that I can meow about some of the recently extinct animals I found to share with you before my campaign ends. Thanks for pouncing by with your vote support for my COTM catpaign dear furiends & I’ll spin your way again in the morning!

Thank you for your visits & votes yesterday sweet furiends! I’m sorry our departure from Austria was slightly delayed but at least the questioning of Fluffinella, Mallow, & yours truly was fairly short once the Austrians got their cherished bell back. How did it get to the hotel in the first place? Well, our ornery friend Mallow is the only one that can truly answer that question but she’s been put in time out by her brother K Mike & won’t be available for questioning until he lets her out…MOL!
Okay now it’s time for that twist in my catpaign I promised you on the plane yesterday. Most of us share a fascination with the unknown. Thanks to this, as well as tremendous advances in technology, most of our planet has been quite thoroughly examined but some areas remain which are home to creatures that science has yet to encounter. Recently discovered animals number in the thousands but since I don’t have time for that I’ll be meowing about just a few that caught my interest & will include pictures too!
~GOLIATH BIRD EATING SPIDER~ I’ve opted to put this monstrous creature in for one very simple reason: it terrifies me!! The species was officially discovered in 2006 during an expedition to Guyana. It is a burrowing spider, feeding primarily on invertebrates, though it has also been observed eating small mammals, lizards, and venomous snakes (surprise surprise). Fully grown specimens can reach a horrific weight of around six ounces. Thankfully for us – and for any other creatures too large for the spider to eat – the goliath bird eater is a species of tarantula, and has relatively weak venom, which causes mild swelling and pain for a few hours. But the thing that poses the biggest threat to humans is the goliath’s ability to expel hairs from its body. These tiny, nearly invisible hairs float through the air, and have an awful tendency to stick in the eyes. EEEEK…can I open my eyes yet? (Shivers) That critter sends cold chills up my spine & makes me poofy! I think we need a cute animal to counteract that one…MOL!
~WALTER’S DUIKER~ Walter’s Duiker is a fascinating little creature, officially discovered in 2010 in the Dahomey Gap, West Africa. The species made its first foray into the world of science in 1968, when Walter Verheyen retrieved a specimen in Togo. This species of duiker is native to Togo, Benin, and Nigeria. One of the most interesting characteristics about the species is its small stature, measuring an average of only forty centimeters (sixteen inches) in height and typically weighing four to six kilograms. In addition to its small height, the duiker has hind legs which are longer than their counterparts up front. This is particularly interesting given that the duiker is not a grazing animal, and typically feeds on berries and other similar items of nourishment, which grow on plants.
Thank you for your generous & loving support of my COTM catpaign dear furiends! Have a magnificent Monday & I’ll see you again in the morning! ~Trixie~

**It’s a shout-out for IZY #199475 today so please paw her a vote**

Yawn...Trixie is in a pawsomely good mood as she wakes up at the Hotel Bergwert in Austria . The day before had been a magnificent at the Tiergarten Schönbrunn (the Zoo), Schonbrunn Imperial palace & gardens, the Gloriette gate, the labyrinth, & the Palm House…but the best part is that everyone seemed to have had a great time! She hears a door down the hallway open up, followed by giggles & the single clang of a bell, which was quickly cut off by someone. Trixie pounces toward the door, flings it open & has her ears almost blown off by the very loud & constant clanging of the now familiar closing bell (Kaiserglöckerl bell) of the places they’d been to yesterday. “Oh no…not again”, moans Trixie as the other kitties throw open their doors in astonishment. She can hear whomever it is pouncing down the hall yowling “WAKE UP…It’s Sunday kitties, which means we need to check out of the hotel & catch the flight home!” Just as suddenly as the clanging had started, it stopped. All the kitties standing in doorways exchanged glances as they heard muffled voices downstairs, followed by complete silence. “I think we’d better get to the airport as soon as we can”, meows Trixie in her sweetest voice. “I have a feeling we’ve just been checked out …MOL! I’ll start on this week’s amazing animal tales once we’ve boarded the plane. “
Every kitty goes back to their rooms, closes their doors & gets ready for the trip home, but they keep their ears perked for any sign of whom the culprits(s) could be. “I know they have their suspicions”, Trixie meows to herself,” but that will have to wait until we land in the US…MOL!”
Later on the plane…Trixie stands up & clears her throat. It’s time for me to turn on my cyclonic spins & twist you in another direction sweet furiends…MOL! I’ve wrapped up my unusual animal friends series so next week we’ll delve into the newly discovered, recently extinct &, if space allows, species on the brink of extinction series. Since uhm…certain events (MOL) have taken up most of my blog space for today I’ll start meowing about them tomorrow. Have a pawsome Palm Sunday sweet furiends & thank you for your generous & loving support of my COTM catpaign! Your comments about the content of my blogs make me purr with happiness because you’re enjoying them. That’s always a goal for the entire NICE crew & we always appreciated the feedback we get. I’m sending gentle loving hugs & a plate of catnip cookies home with all of you as we leave the airport & will see you again tomorrow.

Happy Caturday everyone & thank you for your vote support yesterday! Are you ready for another zoo trip? I hope so because this is going to be a big one & you’ll be exhausted by the time we’re done walking around. I’ve taken the liberty of reserving rooms for us to stay overnight & have assured the hotel manager that all of us will behave. That’s a hint for anyone with unusual ideas again this weekend…MOL! Okay, I just got the green light for us to board the Cyclone Express tour plane so let’s get aboard because it’s going to be a long flight to Vienna, Austria to visit one of the must see places of the area, which is the Tiergarten Schönbrunn (the Zoo)!
Vienna's Tiergarten Schonbrunn offers one of the most unique and refined zoo experiences in the world. Originally constructed around the turn of the 17th century, this Austrian landmark is often considered as the world's first modern zoo. The zoo was founded by the husband of Empress Maria Theresa and was often frequented by members of the Hapsburg dynasty for their summer retreats. Today it still retains much of its original beauty and tranquil charm with magnificent 18th century buildings and a stunning botanical garden. The Tiergarten Schönbrunn was voted the best European Zoo in 2010. What makes this Zoo so special is the location, as it’s found inside the Schönbrunn imperial palace and gardens domain, so there’s plenty to see in the few square kilometers of open sky, trees, elegant gardens and magnificent architecture. The best things about Tiergarten Schonbrunn Zoo is the vast open space where animals roam almost free, with just a few cages for birds that would fly away if not restricted this way. If you bring the kits with you they’ll be delighted by the peacocks roaming at their feet and other curios animals that are walking together with the visitors. There are even visiting hours for feeding the animals! That’s the best thing about the Tiergarten Schonbrunn Zoo: it doesn’t look like a Zoo in most part, but more like an interactive educational school. If you don’t feel like visiting the Zoo you can always visit the Schonbrunn gardens because I guarantee you’ll like them too. Just make sure you don’t stand in the way of those practicing Yoga or jogging between the perfectly cut trees. There are other things to see at Schonbrunn domain besides the Zoo, imperial palace and gardens. On my list there’s the Gloriette gate, the labyrinth and the famous the Palm House. I don’t know about all of you but I’m excited to be going to Austria! We’ll be staying at the Hotel Bergwirt, which is pet friendly & enjoys a privileged location directly next to Schönbrunn Gardens. The unique character of this hotel, the informal atmosphere and the impressions of a beautiful city will make our visit an unforgettable experience. Thanks for coming along on my trip this weekend dear friends & for the wonderful support you’re giving me on my COTM catpaign.

~Trixie's Tantalizing Animal Tales~ March 22nd
Happy Friday sweet kitties!! Today I’m doing a quick pounce through the community because mom has errands to run so I won’t be leaving any purrsonal notes. Get ready friends because I’m taking us to the dogs today with 3 tales of doggie furienship that will make you scratch your heads in wonder but also bring a smile to your face. Remember the biggest rodents in the world from the beginning of my catpaign? They’re featured again, only this time you can see what one looks like…MOL!
When a sea otter pup was found abandoned on a building site in Wales, it was taken to a wildlife reserve to be fed and treated and returned to full health. The aim was to heal the otter and set him free again. After a few months at the reserve, the pup’s handlers decided he needed a playmate to use up some of his boisterous energy. Since otters have a nasty nip and are very inquisitive it was thought the perfect playmate for the pup would be a puppy. An eight month old Labrador called Molly was brought in and the two played together while the otter was taught to swim. The otter, called Geraint, is due to be released in the very near future.
Capybaras are the largest rodents in the world. Looking something like giant guinea pigs, they are native to South America and live in herds. At a tourist lodge in Peru, two animals – a capybara called Charlie and a dog called Pacho – were rescued at about the same time. Until he was rescued, Charlie had been kept as a pet by a local family. Capybaras, though cute, make poor pets, and so it was the intention of his rescuers to release Charlie – but he kept returning to the lodge in search of Pacho. These days Charlie and Pacho are inseparable companions. If Charlie goes too deep when the two are swimming, Pacho saves him – and in return, Charlie often scavenges food to share with Pacho.
Suryia, an orangutan, and Roscoe, a dog, were raised together in a South Carolina sanctuary. The two met when Suryia spotted the homeless Roscoe wandering into an animal centre. The keepers decided to adopt the dog, and allowed him to spend time with Suryia to give the primate some friendship. Orangutans are very intelligent, and prefer not to be on their own. The orangutan takes the dog for walks around the enclosure on a lead, and swims with him. There are also pictures online of the pair being taken for a ride on the back of an elephant, which also lives in the sanctuary. The two animals have become the subject of a book being used to raise money for their shared home.

Pics of these friends can be seen in my gallery! Thank you for your daily support of my COTM campaign dear furiends. Each vote you leave me is precious & most definitely appreciated. Make sure to get your comfy clothes & cameras ready sweet kitties because tomorrow we’re off to another zoo! Have a purrfect Friday!

Loving purrs,

Happy Thursday everyone! Thanks for stopping by to visit me & paw me a COTM vote yesterday! Please pounce by to visit RICKY #106695, our one & only birthday boy today & our beautiful hillbilly Queen Josie Mae #193862 as often as you can to see what she’s got going on! Each day brings me a little closer to the finish line but there are still a few twists & turns for me to make & I’m very happy to be taking you along with me…MOL!
It’s still a very cold 18 at our house today but the sun is shining & we may actually see above freezing temps later this afternoon. That could mean that the silly dog will be allowed to stay out longer. Keeping my paws crossed on that one…MOL! Today I’m still meowing about unusual animal friendships & the one I’ve got for today is very well known on the internet via YouTube.

One day in 1999 in Massachusetts, a kitten in a state of some distress walked onto the property of the elderly Collitos. At first they were concerned that the kitten might not survive – but before long, they noticed that the cat had a strange nurse. A crow was seen bring the starving kitten worms to feed on, and ushering the kitten away from harm by cawing at her. The crow, given the name Moses, and the cat, called Cassie, became internet sensations when the Collitos put videos of them together on YouTube. Eventually, the Collitos were able to coax Cassie indoors with cat food and she spent her evenings enjoying the luxuries of indoor cat life, but every morning at 6 a.m., Moses would peck at the screen door looking for his friend, and Wallace and Ann let Cassie out to play. The unlikely friends spent hours frolicking and wrestling outside and the Collitos filmed the playful pair’s escapades for five years until one day Moses quit showing up. American crows live only seven to eight years in the wild, so it’s thought that Moses passed away. Ann died in 2006, but Cassie, who’s now 12 years old ,still lives with Wallace in their Massachusetts home. Cassie and Moses’ story will continue to touch lives and teach lessons about friendship for years to come, thanks to a children’s book by Lisa Fleming. The 48-page book, “Cat and Crow: An Amazing Friendship,” shares the story of Cassie and Moses’ special bond and includes newspaper clippings and photographs of the two.

Now that’s what I call a true furiendship of different species! I checked out the videos & they’re absolutely adorable the way they play together. Thank you for your furiendship & your visits to paw me a treasured COTM vote! Have a pawsome day & I’ll meow at you more tomorrow.

Purrs & hugs,

It’s the official start of spring today dear friends so help me wave good-bye to old man winter & welcome in the time when worms begin to emerge from the earth, ladybugs land on screen doors, green buds appear, birds chirp, and flowers begin to bloom. So far this week our weather here in northern IN is no indication of it arriving anytime soon though with the bitter mid 30 temps & strong winds. In other words I’ll be happy when they start reporting our weather without a wind chill attached…MOL!
Thank you for pouncing by with a COTM vote for me yesterday as I twisted my way into another area of unusual animal tales. I know that yesterday’s animal friendship stories were bittersweet to read about so today I’ve found two that have much happier endings & you can see their pics in my gallery.

Owen the Hippo was separated from his parents when a tsunami wave washed him out to sea. After being found by wildlife rangers, he was taken to an animal sanctuary in Mombasa, Kenya. Owen’s handlers decided that he would share a habitat with an ancient 100-year-old tortoise called Mzee. It was reported that Owen behaved towards Mzee, a male, as if the tortoise was his mother. The hippo and tortoise would bathe and sleep together, and Owen would lick Mzee’s face and become protective if anyone approached the tortoise. Hippos generally remain with their mothers for four years, and Owen stayed with Mzee until 2007 when he was introduced to other hippos.♥

In 2011, at Forest Lawn cemetery in Buffalo, an unlikely partnership sprang up between a nesting goose and a deer. The Canadian goose laid her eggs in an urn and settled down to incubate them. At some point a male deer joined the female goose and began to act as a guard. Whenever people approached the nesting bird he would interpose himself protectively to ward off the threat. This strange behavior continued for three weeks until the goslings hatched. As soon as the mother goose began to move around with her babies, the deer wandered off into the forest, job well-done.☺

Those are some truly tantalizing tales that make me flip my paw at the naysayers that say animals don’t have souls or are stupid. These touching stories show intelligence, empathy & love that go beyond the boundary of species differences & shows that dissimilar purrsonalities can get along. I know I truly appreciate each of your distinctive purrsonalities when you pounce by to visit me & I look forward to your comments & updates. I’m sending each of you loving purrs of thanks for your support of my COTM campaign & will spin your way again tomorrow!

Thank you for your visit & vote yesterday! Please remember to pounce by to visit Queen Josie Mae #193862 to see what’s going on at the royal hillbilly mansion each day while you’re prowling the community & keep our dear CC furiends & families in need in your prayers. Okay kitties…it’s time for me to move on to a different type of animal tale today so to begin I’ll paraphrase Thomas Hobbes: life in nature is a war of all against all – and it is (in general) nasty, brutish, and short. Competition between animals drives evolution, and will never be removed from life. Yet there are softer sides to be being alive. Many animals are sociable – at least with their own kind. Occasionally, however, bouts of sociability break out between animals of different species, against all the laws of nature. Got you curious yet? MOL! Well this week I’d like to touch on some special animal friends that you wouldn’t normally think of’ hanging out’ together. Get ready for cuteness to go off the charts sweet furiends because these best friends are unique, unusual, & their stories (although short due to space) will touch your hearts!
Koko the gorilla is one of the most studied primates in history. Her handlers have been examining her remarkable ability to understand language. Koko communicates in American Sign Language, and has been known to create her own terms for new items and ideas using signs she already knows (calling a ring a ‘finger-bracelet’ for instance). In 1984, Koko asked her trainers whether she might be allowed to keep a pet cat. She chose a grey kitten and called it All Ball. Koko nurtured All Ball as if it were a baby gorilla, and would appear distressed when parted from it. When All Ball was knocked down and killed by a car, Koko was seen to mourn the cat’s death, and use signs for ‘sad’ and ‘frown’ to describe her feelings. She has since had several more pets.?
When Themba the elephant was a calf, his mother fell to her death. The orphan elephant was found and rescued by rangers at the Shamwari reserve in South Africa. At the reserve Themba was placed in a pen to protect him from other animals. Since elephants are social animals, it was decided to place a sheep called Albert in the pen to offer Themba companionship. At first the elephant made a game of chasing the sheep but the two eventually bonded and could be seen sleeping together at night. When it was time to begin preparing Themba for release, Albert was removed from the pen and Themba was introduced to more typical animals from South Africa but before Themba could be released he succumbed to a disease of the intestine. Albert the sheep has remained at the reserve.??

Let’s have a group awwww…MOL! I’ve posted pictures of these special animal friends at the bottom of my page & will keep them there until the weekend so you can see their special friendship in action. Thank you for your support of my COTM campaign sweet kitties!

*Please paw COTD votes to PERCY #245206 today*
Good Morning & happy Monday everyone! Thank you for pouncing by to paw me a vote yesterday & for your great comments. After reading some of them I now understand why the police dogs were watching us so closely. I thought I was a kitty that created havoc but it appears that I was surpassed by a couple of you this weekend on the Brookfield Zoo adventure…MOL! These ornery kitties wandered into the new, but still closed, animatronics display & caused an uproar with the staff & other zoo visitors. Guess you did make a lasting impression with your antics though because they put red marks beside your names & faxed them to all other zoos around the world…MOL! Okay kitties…I saw several of you swimming with the dolphins after their daily shows so thought I’d wrap up my hero animal series with two stories starring our aquatic mammal furiends.
On Oct. 30, 2004 a group of lifeguards swimming off the coast of New Zealand were protected from a shark attack by dolphins. Lifeguard Rob Howes and three female lifeguards were on a training swim about 100 meters off Ocean Beach near Whangarei on the North Island. While they were swimming a pod of dolphins suddenly came steaming at them and started circling them. The dolphins bunched the four swimmers together by circling about 4-8 centimeters from them, and slapping the water with their tails for about 40 minutes. Owes drifted away from the main group when an opening occurred, it was then he saw a great white shark about two meters away. When the shark started moving toward the women the dolphins went into hyper-drive. Howes said, "I would suggest they were creating a confusion screen around the girls. It was just a mass of fins, backs and human heads. “The shark left as a rescue boat neared, but the dolphins remained close by as the group swam back to shore.
In March 2008 at Mahia Beach, New Zealand, a dolphin named Moko guided 2 stranded Pygmy Sperm Whales to safety. The two pygmy sperm whales, a mother and her calf, were found stranded on Mahia Beach. Rescuers worked for more than an hour to get the whales back into the water, but the whales kept getting disorientated and stranded themselves four more times on a sandbar. It looked likely the whales would have to be euthanized to prevent them suffering a prolonged death, and then Moko came to the rescue. She approached the whales and led them 200 yards along the beach and through a channel out to the open sea. After the rescue, Moko returned to the beach and joined in games with local residents.

That’s it for hero animals right now kitties but I’ll meow more next month starring our own CC & DC furiends when I’m wearing April crown. Thank you for your solid & loving support of my COTM campaign dear furiends! Have a pawsome Monday!

Purrs & hugs,

Come visit me, Q Trixie, Piggy & Sneakers, Monkey, Fluffinella ♥Joey, ♥Angel Sherman♥, ♥Angel K Zaboo♥, ♥Angel Cloudy♥, Special Memories page & Patches.
