Education: Since a wee baby Lovey has loved to be "pouched". Inside a sweatshirt, etc. Also, for years every morning she waits on the sink for her daddy to finish his shower. If he is not up at the right time in the morning she sits on his chest and stares at him.
My favorite tricks and treats are: Lovey doesn't know tricks but she thinks just living about 8 of her nine lives is sorta special. We praise her for just being such a devoted sweetheart furry kitlet. and We give all our cats "treats" which are actually variations in dry cat crunchies, shhhh don't tell.
Where I hang out: On the back of the sofa or in a sun ray that shines through the window. That makes me lay on my side and wiggle.
My favorite grubs: Ocean whitefish, chicken dinner; those fancy new small canned gormet foods with spinach etc.
My pet peeves: When my brother Malibu sneaks up and takes a cheap shot at me, scaring the bejeebies outta me. Then he runs and hides and doggone it, he does it again....makes me literally scream and hiss and my fur sticks up on my back. Malibu just goes and does it again MEOW!
What I love about my owners: For 18 years I have been an indoor cat, and thats why I have lived for so long. Thanks mom and daddy. Talk baby talk to me forever!
My cat hobbies: Lovey just loves to watch bubbles when mom blows the catnip bubbles. She motions to catch one but never does bless her little senior heart.
Pet motto: "look up at your folks and tilt your head, they will do anything in the world for you"

How We Met
A nurse I worked with found a momma cat who was pregnant and took her home to nurture her through the pregnancy/deliv- ery. We decided we had to have a little sweetheart from that litter. Lovey was spoken for before she was born. We were so excited waiting for her to be weaned and brought home with us. Momma kitty stayed with the nurse's family and was loved and nurtured in the best of environments. My teacher husband (Lovey's daddy) was producing/direc- ting a play at the time Lovey joined us and the play had a song in it called "Wouldn't It Be Loverly", so we named Lovey "Loverly", eventually it became just "Lovey".

Hi Precious Angel Lovey!
We are so sorry to hear of your crossing, we hope you didn't suffer, but were just gently led by your Gaurdian Angel across the bridge and into the beautiful gardens and meadows on the other side. Where there is no old age, or pain and sickness. Everyone is renewed and young and frisky again. By now you have met lots of new Angel friends who have shown you all the pretty places to frolic and play and most important they have shown you how to blow your soft angel kisses in the soft breeze to your family. I know you miss being with them and how they dearly miss you and will always cherish their memories of life with you. You are a very pretty Angel kitty, you had a long and wonderful life with family who gave you a beautiful home. When you know it is time, you will be purring right there on your side of the bridge as your family makes their journey over, until then may they feel your warm smile in their hearts. Let's say prayers for: Sylvia Seville #78824 just diagnosed with liver cancer and has a short time left; JayJay #78486 who has cancer; Delphine #38649 sick with a nasty URI; Taffie #27315 has eye surgery soon; Poochi #57587 had tests done with news not as good as xpected; Scruffy's #32181 Grandma is very ill; Lola Kitty's #2860 momma has surgery on June 16th; Timmys' Tucker #42738 escaped outside; Casper Todd Lee #6451 wasn't feeling well on Thursday; Evil's #4624 momma who recently lost her Uncle and has been having terrible migraines. ~ The kitties who recently went to sleep furever are: Kay #60171 (Duckie's sister) on June 4th; and Arslan's #12935 feline dad on June 4th; Lovey #10857 on May 5th. ~~ Sly #33464 is doing purr*fect after his xtensive dental surgery of six teeth now gone. MOMMA SHARIE, WE ONLY SPEAK THE TRUTH AS IT SHOULD BE WITH ALL. MOM KNOWS HOW SAD YOU ARE WITH THE HOLE IN YOUR HEART. IT WILL EASE UP BUT NEVER GOES AWAY FOR THE ONE YOU LOVE. SIX #10139 WAS MOM'S BABY AND SHE STILL MISSES HIM VERY MUCH. ~~~ Well, the vaccine shot that dad and mom gave Pappoose must have taken affect as all day on Tuesday she did nothing but sleep. She never got up to eat, drink or go potty til mom went and gave her livings' to wake her up. Then mom gave her some kibbles on the couch then she got down and went potty. She got on the rattan bed of ours and went back to sleep. ~ Monday night late, she heard one of the kitties outside meow like a fight so mom checked it out to see Samantha #15442 out of bed and a raccoon leaving off the table on the patio which is where Samantha's bed is. Mom checked Samantha out to be sure she was ok and she was, just scared. ~ Ebbonny is doing purr*fectly wonderful and back to himself. ~ Please remember to vote every day this month for RHOAMIN KNIGHT #2921; Hey, that's ME!!! That's my name!!! Is someone using my identity to get COTM??? Yes and it's none other than ME!!! Lovey! Believe me I think of you often my friend. I have a little sister, Storm. I love that you have my pictures! If you don't mind, I'd like to do the same with you. Mommy hasn't really left us along yet but we are doing better together. Storm has been with us 6 weeks now and I'm not totally thrilled yet MOL. We did have lots of fun playing together last night which was good. Mommy has our Christmas stockings up and we sure can't wait to see what's in them. It has been a bit hectic for mommy with all her spare time going to decorating, shopping, and getting us together, but this weekend she will give a call.
