good to hear from you again. our 'puter is fixed now. Our NY county is declared in a moderate drought now. We know that our yard is. mom is sad to see some of her shrubs are dried up and of course the grass.
But today is starting cooler and drier so we shall see.
I av busy out back watching the little vermin in my brush pile. If you want to come over and run thru the tunnels we could have some fun.

I can't come play until after July 7th when we have a 'puter. Besides I am enthralled with my Uncle Buddy and seem to have fallen in love with him... who ignores me as ever. I have luved him since I moved to his house when I was a 4 month old wonder kitty. Now, tomorrow, I will turn 2 years old!I am a fully grown up cat now!! I want Uncle Buddy to kis me and hug me and tell me sweet things... he's not interested but he's always mice to me.

Ho hum ho hum, it's outside I go...Oh, yeah...hi. I forgot where I was for a minute....nice to see you.

We had a nice day today, it was 87* and sunny and windy, always windy, everyday we have windy...why doesn't the wind wanna go away from us.

No Charcoal again today, only the kind mom cooks with...MOL!!! Momma had a cookout and she made chops and beans...mom enjoys her Summer cookouts, but tomorrow will be way too hot for us to go outside. Mom said it is supposed to be 104* --oh no...that is the hottest day ever.

Oh mom got a way to Port Huron now. Her bestest friend is gonna drive her there and drop her off and spend the day with her, but she has to drive back to Det as she has to work Tues-Thurs and she gets FRI off so she can go and get mom again...no worries!!! Mom was hoping her friend could have the whole week like she does then tey could share the room, but that's ok.

Mom watetred all her flowers today and her water hose sprung a leak...MOL...it was funny to see..mom was watering and there was a spray of water coming out the middle of the hose...MOL. Mom said she will buy a new hose.

Let me introduce myself...I am Winston and I am a friend of Katya. I saw a blog on Bennie's page about puting phoito's on your page from another kitty's page...I can tell you how to do that...cause our mom does it all the time with our g/f and b/f.

you go to the Kitty's page...in your case, Katya...then you right click the photo, it gets larger in the corner of youer screen...click to save it, put it in a folder you know where it is...then go to your page...click edit, go to the bottom to add the pic and hit save when you are done....it is that simple {or is it?} I hope I explained it right. just remember you have to save the photo to your own computer 1st or it won't work.

Let me know if it works and if you understand.

Yummy... that brook trout was flaky and juicy at the same time. I luvD it and so did my uncles (PD & Buddy Budd). So kind of you and you did not have to give me a treat.
Sorry I didn't get right back to you but on weekends I have to help with the family business. Ever since I helped Uncle Buddy win a small pub in our village I helped out on Friday & Sat. nights. I run a light gambling table in the back room We play the only game I know... Go-Fish. That's how Uncle Buddy won the pub. He bet heavily on me in a high stakes GoFish game and the loser through in the keys to his pub.
Now, he owns it and has changed the name to The White Whisker Pub & Club. It has a cute dining room in the front with blue checked cloths and candles on the tables. There are only about 7 of them. There are a couple of booths too. the mahogany bars in the other room is very long and snack are served in there.
The staff is beginning to shape up so the food is consistently excellent now for two weekends in a row. Miss Ziggy plays her piano in the dining room and seems to be developing quite a crowd of fans. They do not know she's blind. They think she wears those dark glasses for "effect." He huge fursib, Mr. Sniff comes with her for protection. He is also our bouncer and doorcat.
Uncle PD is cashier and bookkeeper. He watches the front end. Uncle Buddy watches everything, not only my gaming area for those who want a friendly card game of Go Fish, but for those who are after a high stakes -- I mean really high stakes cards, they can come by invitation/bribe into the invisible room that is inside the back room.
Anyway, that is why it is Sunday night and I a only just now getting to mew my thanks back to you.

Glad you liked the catnip. We have a newly planted tall stand of it but Mom put a wire basket around it so we cannot kill it to the ground in a day. Me and Uncle Buddy luv this stuff to pieces. We roll in it and nibble it.
But now to the LOBSTER!!
So far we haven't tasted it because Mom says she's taking care of it for us. Ha Ha!
Soon as it arrived she heated a small pot of butter for dipping. We really don't need all that butter (although I like it). Not sure if we are only going to lick the plate...
Are we going to like lobster? Do you like it? Is it only people food like Mom is claiming?

All is Well

I am thrilled that you mewed to me. I have been wringing my paws for worry about hurting you when you are already hurting so much. Thank you for forgiving me.
Loss is a terrible hole to fill.
There are things your Mom is probably trying to do for you at this time when she is also feeling sad. What about King Lettuce-Honey? How's he doing?
We have an offer which you can simply refuse if you like. Our little girl kitten (almost cat) has a natural healing ability that she discovered when Sir Steve got wounded in his eye and nearly lost his eyeball. Do you remember?
Well, she saw his face and what they were doing to him on his profile photo. His pink lips inspired her to go over there and give him a big SMOOCH. This is not to be confused with kitty kisses or licking. She is Steve's furrend but not a girl furrend... and we uncles think she is too young anyway.
So after a few days of Smooch Therapy Steve recovered! Even his Mom gives credit to Gracie T-t for healing her beloved orange kitty. And now she checks how his photo looks and can tell if he needs a little preventive healing. Steve also carries the FIV so he could fall ill at any time.
GT-t has recently been offered a research lab and office space in the tunnels/caves under the Castle. this is specifically for her Smooch Therapy research project. She and Sir Steve went there last week to check it out. The "lab" mostly has sofa sofas and chairs. So, they spent an afternoon jumping from one sofa to the other and rolling around laughing.
GT-t has one other patient who she Smooches once in a while when his depression gets too much for him. He seems to be a little better.
Would you like Grace T-t to send you a mew and arrange for a Smooch?
If you need references she can purrvide them.
In the meanwhile eat well, drink a lot and get some sunshine into your lovely orange stripes.
