So when everyone walked in after his Mom's daughter'swedding ceremony, there he was on the projector screen..pic after pic of that well known MHL purrsonality..CASEY. .it was a big hit and ice breaker...PRAYERS FOR: .SISSY'S FAMILY #6454 as her Great Grandparents are having bad medical issues.. LITTLE BIT # 82473.. doesn't have ringworm but is not sure what he does have- He got a shot in his rear and the doc gave him meds to take for a couple of days. Thank you so much for voting me COTD and coming by to congratulate me.. We have to keep the party low key though, it is Ash Wednesday. But we are saving all my special treats for thursday. Mom had to work today but we celebrated without her. Tabitha did this amazing pirouette while her tail was chasing her. She always tries to be the life of a party!!! MOL!! We made our own confetti with newspaper and female stuff out of the bathroom cabinet. It was a wonderful time. MOM didn't even get mad. She just wanted to know if we had fun! We all meowed loud that we did!! Thank you all for all the great treats we ate a few but saving some for later too. I have enjoyed my day Thank you all!!! We were all sleeping and dad started making lunch. He turned on the microwave and stove fan so we couldnt hear the can opening. Salmon, mmmm good. The phone rang and he went out in the garage to hear with all the kitchen noise. He came in 10 minutes later and saw what looked like a furry airplane propeller, 4 heads pushing to get in the can. He shushed us away and saw the can was half empty. He gave us the rest but by then we were heading to our assigned nap spots. He made hotdogs instead.Dad was last seen riding off on his bike to the store that sells the big bottles. Dont forget Gabby 59885 and Tina 34216 for cotd. It is rainy and cool here today 40's The derby went well Didn't win big prizes Caught 3 salmon and 2 rainbow trout this week-end Lake was kind of rough i'm still going up and down with the waves! The largest salmon we caught was 9.5 lbs and 8.5 lbs for the trout We may have got 5th place for the trout and 12th place for the salmon Top winning salmon was 15.8 lbs and top trout was 11 lbs. Hope you can all catch some catnaps today since it is a nappy kinda day !Rainbow trout and perch samples for everyone with a vote ! Dad was riding with his biker friends when they stopped for a light. He looked down and there was a stuffed bunny rabbit with big blue eyes looking up at him. He got off the bike and picked it up, the light turned green and beeping began. Dad got on the bike, his friends sat there with him. He turned around and gave the impatient drivers the universal sign and they all pulled away. Well the rabbit was put on the table when he got home. Ole Gray was on the table playing with it. He recently celebrated his 2nd birthday & today is his Dad's birthday. Nappy & his Dad are very close. Nappy loves to watch his Dad lay the freshly caught fish on the counter for Nappy to sniff, waiting patiently for a morsel! He loves to jump on his Dad's lap. His Dad carries Nappy around the house! Funny thing, when Nappy's parents married, his cat loving Mom would wait almost 21 years to get a cat because his Dad always thought he didn't like cats! Of course, that was before he knew Napoleon! Mom just got home and logged on and MUCH to her SURPRISE and ours I am COTD today?! Wow!! We have been voting for all kinds of kitties for COTD but didn't think we could win if we had received a badge (even though it's been over a year). I haven't felt so well today and mom noticed my situation upon returning home. She offered me some extra turkey in celebration (is going to get a fun toy she's had her eye on, but since I can't use it will have it wait)and we're pawing to our friends together. I'm happiest cuddling with mom at night! I am very honored to know so many wonderful fur friends and their parents here on CC and your kindness has meant so much while I've been in my cast. Dear Maxwell Scot, We're coming by with special prayers for you. We wanted to leave you some more Get Well ((HUGS)). Perhaps Mom can wipe you down a little with a kitty clean cloth when you get your stitches out. This way Buddy & Harley wouldn't smell the Vet as much on you. We hope you’re having a day that is popping sweet & munchy fun! We are having a wonderful weekend with our family. We went on several stroller rides, received full spa treatment packages [we don’t like having our teeth brushed!!!] and even dined on fresh fish & shrimp.
