Where I hang out: We lay her fleece blankie on top of the mantel and she naps up there, so she can see everything that's going on.

My pet peeves: Our dog, any dog, loud noises, strangers, sudden movements

What I love about my owners: My family loves me to bits, especially Mommy and Sarah. Even though I'm about as bright as a walnut nobody really cares. I've got a permanent spot with the Palmer's forever!

My cat hobbies: nap, meow for food that she thinks she needs so badly (even though her dish is already full), beg for treats, torture the fish in the tank

How We Met

My mom and sister went to Petsmart to buy dog food, and we didn't even know that it was Adoption Day. There was a program called "Home for the Holidays" that tried to get dogs and cats a permanent home by Christmas (as the adoption program was in November). Phoebe stuck out because she was just so aloof and looked like she had not idea what was going on. We figured everyone else would want a smarter kitten, and that if we didn't pick her out no one really would. :) Jk. But we loved her, and she was spayed and ready to go, and we just kind of brought her home then and there.

PLEASE VOTE ANGEL PRECIOUS #36141 MONDAY 12/15 WE ARE HAPPY TO RE-CATPAIGN FOR THIS SWEET ANGEL TODAY! SHE DID NOT GET HER BADGE A COUPLE WEEKS AGO(TO NOBODY'S FAULT) AND HAS WAITED PATIENTLY ONCE AGAIN! ANGEL PRECIOUS #36141 adopted her forever Mom at an event at PETSMART! She chose her by sitting in her lap! After overcoming anxiety problems, she became a very loving kitty, who loved to play with toy mice by tossing them in the air. When she was finished she would lick and fluff their fur and sit proudly by their side. She would bring them to Mom in her mouth and deposit them on the bed at night. She loved to sleep on the bed, a warm window, winged back chair or the ottoman. When she was sick with kidney disease, she purred each time her Mom petted and held her. She knows her Mom adored her, and misses her! She is now with her two Angel siblings at the Rainbow Bridge. She would love to be able to clasp paws TUESDAY evening with them and shine as bright as they do!
