My favorite tricks and treats are: I just rollover and hold my front paws up and look adoreable. and I like chicken & turkey and I'm a fiend for homegrown catnip!
Where I hang out: Mom's special spot of couch, so she has to scoot me over to stretch out, my padded fur mat and our cat tree.
My favorite grubs: Science Diet(lite) Iams Multicat. Fancy Feast & Elegant Medleys.
My pet peeves: Dieting and Munchie when he decides to bully me out of a favorite spot and Hopsing when his cute wrestling gets to rough.
What I love about my owners: She always loves me and always makes sure I get my share of attention, even when Hopsing gets jealous.
My cat hobbies: Watch critters and birds from our cat tree, chase toys, share recliner with my daddy, beg treats and snooze.

How We Met
I was volunteering at PetSmart's adoptive cat center where they show cats from two cat shelters and Spunkie was a foster kitten from Helping Paws who had been on display for a couple of months and he was so friendly and always reaching out to me, so I had to take him home. THAT WAS A VERY WISE DECISION, SPUNKIE HAS ALWAYS BEEN THE MOST GENTLE AND LOVING BOY, HE NEVER KNEW A STRANGER AND WELCOMED EVERYONE TO OUR HOME, NEVER FAILED TO GREET ME WHEN I CAME HOME, HE WAS ALWAYS SO SWEET AND FRIENDLY! R.I.P. MY SWEET LITTLE FLUFFY PAWS, WE LOVE YOU SO MUCH! SPUNKIE CROSSED OVER RAINBOW BRIDGE 9/30/2010. WE'LL MISS YOU FOREVER! COTD ON 4/16/08! THANKS & PURRS TO ALL!

♥ We want to share this with you all so you could take precautions. This will be presented to you in parts!!!!
*5 SIGNS YOUR ANIMAL HAS BEEN POISONED WITH ANTIFREEZE
HEAVY THIRST - Animals who have drunk antifreeze typically express heavy thirst and a strong urge to urinate. This can continue repeatedly over the course of just a few hours. The antifreeze is working in their system and causing this behavior, and in turn, this behavior may lead to violent vomiting, where they bring the water back up.
POOR RESPIRATION - As the ethylene glycol starts to break down in the animal's system, the animal starts to have problem breathing. This is something that will come and go, making it hard to track down. The dog or cat will start to pant or to breathe heavily, or it will start to gasp for breath. The problem with this symptom is that it sometimes stops and the pet seems fine.
PAIN - In the very late stages of poisoning from antifreeze, the animal begins to exhibit signs of being in great pain. It may hide and when it walks around, it stays close to the ground, moving very slowly, with its tail tucked close to its body. During this time, a previously friendly animal may be aloof and nervy or a previously aloof animal may be cuddly. A change behavior and signs of pain are indications that you need to take the animal to a veterinarian.
Immediate action is necessary to save an animal's life if it has ingested even a small amount of antifreeze, so don't hesitate. If your animal is expressing any of these symptoms, take them to the veterinarian immediately.

It's nice to meet you, too. Thank you for remembering my crossing date and for the angel food cake; it was delicious! I saved you a big piece of it. Thanks so much for stopping by my brother Spanky's page to wish me well on my 4th anniversary of crossing over the Rainbow Bridge. I was on this Earth for almost 21 years, and I loved being with my family very much, and still miss them. It is so nice here though, and I am glad that I am with my brother before me - Pepper, and that together we can watch over my family. There are so many sweet kitties on CC and I am glad Spanky has so many friends, like you. Come on by Cloud 9 one day so we can toast (along with my angel brother, Pepper) to our families.
