What I love about my owners: She took really good care of me and stayed with me 'til the very last breath.
My cat hobbies: She loved to play with her pink mouse on the kitchen floor. It would slide around and she would tear up the throw rugs by the sink.

How We Met

She was born to a neighbor's cat under their house. My husband had to go under there and capture all the kittens Frosty was the last one he could catch. We fostered them and found them all homes, but decided to keep her.

Guess what? We heard that the Catnip Carnival is in town and we were wondering if you might join us fur some fun? Of course, we thought about stopping at Rowdy Rooster first—we love to eat! It’s been a few days since we’ve been there and they serve the best bacon wrapped butterfly rolls. Their omelets are fluffy and full of crunchy proteins like caterpillers and crickets. By the way, we’re feeling a bit lucky this morning so we may even pay a few catbucks and guess your ages at the Fair…MOL. It’s gonna be a fine day in fine company. We cannot wait to get started…meet us there….. Love ya!
Strudel did fine with her surgery. She was wide awake when mom picked her up. She has a rather large incision but mom thinks that doc wanted to make sure that the margins were clear. Poor dear. She seems fine this morning; mom has to give her antibiotics for two weeks and she's on pain medicines for three days. She's in mom's lap this morning. Thanks for your thoughts and prayers as we surely appreciate those. Overcast at the cathouse this morning and we finally got some rain overnight. Looks like more is on the way later. Great that those kitties are still hanging out. That's so mice of your mom to get 'em neutered--so many homeless kitties already. At least these two are males and not kitten factories...MOL. Hope your family has a great Thursday.

wow momma said they had some more nasty storms at home last night and it got one of her outlets that has a breaker and all the outlets on one side of the kitchen dont work and she had to pull the fridge out and run a heavy drop cord to it.
angels ping and et want to take angel gypsy out to celebrate her acotd today with a start at neptune's for brunch and then on to porcupine park and ride the paddle boats. they are bringing lizard lemonade and mousecicle bars and i am bringing some of my bluebird cookies also
momma also said she saw on the news this morning that a lady in oklahoma foune her two precious kitties after searching the debris for hours. one has a broken leg and the other is just fine. sure did put a big smile on momma's face
momma ordered and inspiron 15.6" with touch screen from dell. sure hope she likes it and it gets here soon so we can get to our hockey games again before playoffs are over.

we hit a
record high here of 95 as forecasters (all) said only lower 80s???? no way! janet got a few things done bright and early then in the afternoon got a call from natty as he took master to his eye dr's appt. and he fell on the curbing (like mommy has done twice) and over he went. so instead of coming directly home, he went through is eye exam and then came home. janet was fuming, but took him in backed up traffic which fortunately was at that time mov-ing along to er where they were till 5 and then took the long way home since traffic was backed up and would've taken then at least a half hour to get to where they wanted to go, so janet came home one of the longer routes avoiding a lot of the traffic and a nice scenic drive! have had boomers since midnight and was humid, but now down to 54 and it's already feeling drier and cooler. still going to make 86 here today! sandy,ana,haley,angelsCome visit me, ana, haley, malachi is my boyfriend! whiskerscotm & sandy, angels, vote whiskers cotm!.

♥ She was a beautiful Tuxedo girl who was also the Knight Matriarch! She was brought to us along with her littermate brothers Sam & Sly also littermate sister Aunt Samantha 15442 by their fur mama and fur dad [a Calico as well as a Tabby tom]. We were surprised about the tom helping with baby kittens. Not many toms would help out with kittens!
♥ The two pictures of Baby and me in her gallery is when she was under sedation before her Forever Sleep. That's also the first time I had gotten to hold her during her 12 years of life. Petting was not an issue as she loved that!

Weeeeee.....Morning and a happy Monday to YOU! We're back and we surely missed you loads!
We're so happy to see Angel Chumley in the winner's box this morning as we've been missing the Angel Pawties this past week. We'd love to take Angel Chumley out fur a heartwarming breakfast so let's start out with a stack of crispy catnip waffles with mouse sausage and bat syrup. We've been tasting theese jewels since yesterday. We already made reservations at the Dancing Dolphin and we are ready get this day started. Purhaps we can chase crickets and butterflies at the Grasshopper Greens this afternoon? We're elated to be amongst friends again and we look forward to a pawsome day. See ya soon, love ya lots.
Mom and dad returned home Caturday evening but mom was very busy cleaning house and doing laundry yesterday. Of course mom had to spend some quality time with the Cathouse kitties also. They had a mice trip to Asheville, the weather was great until Caturday when it was pouring. Mom spent one day at the spa as dad had bought her a pass and she really enjoyed that. We're glad to have 'em back home....holy cow, those pepper and tomato plants surely grew the past five days. Amazing what a bit of heat can do. Hope your pawrents have had a great week.

So nice of your Mom to offer to help. Mom did like her therapist. But she said she had taken Mom as far as she can go. Now Mom needs to use machines. So very sorry there was so much rain at your home. Certainly hope no one had flooding! That is very upsetting. Another rainy day here. Guess the grass will be growing fast again this week! MOL. Recently a cat loving family had their red female cat, Angel Rhuby cross over the Rainbow Bridge. The cat mom of this family decided she would like to adopt another red female and as luck would have it, there was Rosie at the Petsmart Adoption Center. Rosie #252822 and her new mom bonded instantly and Rosie came to her new home that day. Rosie was at the shelter for over two months and was a bit wild. She didn't like being kept in a cage and would fight with the shelter workers when they tried to put her back in her cage. This was a big reason why Rosie #252822 wasn't adopted sooner; she was scared and the people looking at her were not patient with her until her new mom came along. Now at her new home Rosie #252822 is a cuddle cat with her daddy and loves to play with her brother Yogi. She gets along with the rest of her furry siblings and is a happy cat. Rosie #252822 will not eat dry food but she will eat any kind of wet food. She doesn't like dry treats either! Rosie loves to play with her furry mouse and the laser light. Rosie #252822 is happily spoiled now in her new home and we are very happy she has found a wonderful loving home. Rosie would be so honored to have a COTD badge to display on her page. Yes it is a bit of a hassle that Mom is having trouble getting to out patient therapy. The girl from Workman's Comp has not called back yet since Thursday. Taxis are expensive & the bus would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours both ways. That is too much time. Hoping Mom can get this straightened out Monday! Dreary day. Weather fore cast for the upcoming week looks like rain every day. Makes it hard for Mom to get out. She has to walk to get the bus and some of the places she wants to go to are within walking distance. Oh well. Hopefully there will be nice weather amongst the rain. Leaving a vote. Peace & love. Thanks for the Angel Dust for Mom. No she is not driving yet. She has a stick shift. She isn't even sure she can get her left leg into the front of a car yet. Got pretty warm today! Think it got up to 80*. But there was still a nice breeze and it was a pleasant day. Mom walked to the Post Office and drug store. She had her last PT session today. She has to arrange for out-patient therapy now. She is checking to see if Workman's Comp will pay for a driver but she figures she will probably get stuck taking buses. Leaving a vote. Peace & love. Glad your birthday was nice. We love to help friends celebrate! Getting a late start again today. Mom saw the surgeon this morning. He is pleased with her progress & will see her again in six weeks. ITALIAN CAT BRINGS GIFTS TO HIS LATE MASTER'S TOMB –

ROME - The story of a cat who visits his master's tomb and brings him little presents on an almost daily basis a year after the man's death has moved the inhabitants of a village in central Italy.
"He brings little twigs, leaves, toothpicks, plastic cups. A bit of everything really," Renzo Iozzelli's widow Ada told AFP from Montagnana, a mountain village near Florence.
"Sometimes he comes with me and sometimes he goes on his own. The whole town knows about him now!"
Toldo the cat -- a grey-and-white three-year-old tomcat -- followed Iozzelli's funeral procession last year and has continued going to the cemetery ever since, a habit usually ascribed to dogs.
"He loved my husband. It was something else! Now it's just me, my daughter and my son-in-law and he's very affectionate with us too," she said.
Ada said the journey to and from the cemetery each day had tired Toldo out in the cold winter weather.
"He's not going out so much these days. He's caught a bit of bronchitis so he's sleeping next to me."

BRAZIL INMATES TRAIN CAT FOR PRISON BREAK –

BRASILIA - A cat trained by prisoners to deliver cell phones and tools to dig tunnels was caught at a jail in northeastern Brazil after sneaking in with forbidden items strapped to its body.
"An agent saw the cat and went to look at it closely because something about it seemed wrong," Marcelo Avelino, the head of the prison guards' union, told the O Globo newspaper.
The agent found a bag tied to the animal's body filled with saw blades and drill parts for concrete drilling and digging tunnels, along with a cell phone complete with battery and charger, Avelino added.
The cat had often been seen coming in and out of the Alagoas jail.
Prison officer Luiz de Oliveira Souza told the G1 news website that prisoners had raised the cat and that relatives would often take it home after a prison visit.
"We were very surprised by this new tactic of prisoners, who trained the animal so that it returned to the prison and even managed to carry materials,” the agent added.

Dearest Angel Frosty
Hi beautiful angel. sorry we are so late, but we are here on your cloud with a tray of Angel Sir Leo's famous seafood from his Crab Shack beautifully prepared just for you. Angels Lily Rose and Rani carry the tray over to A. Frosty and sit it down in front of her on the cloud. We also brought you some spring flowers for your dear mom, who loves and misses you so much. A. Sir Leo spots A. Red and goes over to where he is sitting and gives him a big hug telling him, "How is my guardian angel these days?" "I've missed you." Sometimes our moms get so busy that they don't realize that they are keeping us away from our dearest and bestest furrends but it's always so wonderful when we finally do see each other. Angel Red spreads his wings and lifts himself up to hug his dear furrend, A. Sir Leo." Angels Lily Rose and Rani are listening to Angel Frosty muse about her earthly home and mom and how loving it was. They all decide to stay a while longer and share more stories. Happy, happy Birthday precious Angel Frosty.

With a crunch of gravel, 10 Harleys of varied colours are roaring up to the Rainbow Bridge. Don’t worry, it’s just Zoe Monique & the Hairballz Rainbow Riders, come to help you celebrate your big day in style with balloons bobbing from their saddlebags and two flags flying from each bike for their honorary members Angel Doodlebug and Angel Yum Yum.
The helmets come off and reveal Zoe Monique, Thunderfoot, Q. Lola, Ammie, Cyndee, Dasher, Talley, Kali, Elvis and Mallow. Happy Birthday, sweet Angel Frosty, they call as they release the balloons with gifts & goodies attached. Angels Doodlebug and Yum Yum take it from here, and deliver the package to Angel Frosty's cloud.
Then the Hairballz wave goodbye and roar off, looking for adventure ... or whatever comes their way.
