VOTE MATILDA #40831 COTD ON FRI. AUG
We would like you to meet Matilda, a beautiful 4-yr old Bengal from South Florida. She has been a CC member for nearly 2 years. While she was surviving outside, Matilda met her about-to-be-furever Mom when she kept putting out cans of food to entice Matilda to remain at their house. Eventually, the trust grew between furbaby and human, and Matilda now has a furever home.
Matilda can be a bit fussy, and lets everyone know when not to touch her –by smacking them but not hurting them. She luvs to sit next to the laptop and watch Mom work, and to spend hours lying on sunny windowsills. Mom is very patient and loving with Matilda, and thinks Matilda’s meow is beautiful.

Howdy Samone & Furiends!
I don’t know if there’s a way to say “Thank You!” enough to express the way I feel today. I am very grateful to all of you who took the time to vote for me. I’ve had so many compliments and treats given to me, that I’m truly overwhelmed by it all. I never expected this day would happen for me. I was just happy enough trying Big Head Red’s badge on and playing COTD in the mirror. Now that this for real, I feel like I’m dreaming. Someone pinch me! MOL!
I’d like to dedicate today’s COTD badge to all of you, here at CatChannel because, YOU made it happen! This community is one of the best examples of what everyday life could be like if we tried for little more love, understanding and compassion in our world. How are you today? Long time no meow. You know what my Mom did the other day she brought home a box to put dirt in so she could transfer it to the small garden in the backyard. No sooner did she put it down in the kitchen and guess who was in it, your right ME!!! I have loves boxes since I was a little kitten, Mom doesn't know why but I do. Never take anything out of the closet that is in a box because no matter what size the box is I will try and get in it. I felt bad when Mom took it away she said she had to use it in the back yard and that she would get me another box from work. I've heard that old song before, it is now Friday and I still don't have a new box. Thanks Mom. Hope you are having a great day and here is a vote with catnip sprinkles just for you.
