Nicknames: Bopster, LittleMan, James Dean (I am a cat of few words, and I get this look on my face that reminds my parents of James Dean, but I'm a good James Dean)
Age: 4 years old
Gender: M
Coat: short haired
Education: Chase a ball tied to a string. My mom runs it all over the furniture, but I catch it real quick, then walk with it.
My favorite tricks and treats are: I can sit on command, take treats out of mom's hand, and play catch. I've also been known to do a flip in the air sometimes and Cat Food, cat treats, and anything else that is good for kittens.
Where I hang out: Lately it's sitting on the dining room table looking out the window. Mom put a box there, so I can rest when I get tired.
I can also be found in the bathroom sink or the laundry basket.
My favorite grubs: Purina One Hairball formula
ANY cat treats (I'm not very finicky)
Fancy Feast Primavera (Yellow Fin Tuna)
My pet peeves: Medicine--YUK!!- ! Going to the vet, and being picked or petted unless I want to.
What I love about my owners: I'm now one-year old, and will never forget the day I was adopted. I love my parents SO much! I am just so blessed to have the parents I have, and thank GOD for guiding them to me so they could bring me home…a home filled with love and nurturing, lots of fun, and good food and fresh water every day. I never dreamed that I’d have a home like this; much less, the best fur-friend one could ask for … Izzy.
I don’t think of my life beginning the day I was born. My life began the day I was adopted and brought home.
My cat hobbies: Watch birds and squirrels, and take naps with my pawrents

How We Met
On 11/7/08, BeBop was visited by his soon-to-be parents who were looking for 2 female kittens. Dad spotted BeBop, held him in his arms; it was love at first sight!
I have A BIG covered litter box (mom had to put a box in front of it cause I was too little to reach it); a soft, furry bed for us to sleep in; the yummiest canned cat food I’d ever eaten; and lots of toys. The first night Izzy and I slept together in the bed, and we’ve been best friends since then. I have a secret though: I think I'm in love with Izzy. Since we’re not really brother and sister, that’s okay.
The best toy I had was the “GALAXY”. Mom & Dad got 4 pop cartons and 1 box, cut 4 square holes in the big box and one in the top, and taped the 4 pop cartons to it. Every morning, mom would have her coffee in the dining room and we put on the “Izzy and BeBop Show”, running in and out of the GALAXY and just having a great time. I'm a Toyger, and my paw pads are furry, which makes great for sliding on the floor!
More toys came, but my favorite is the bird feather toys.
A month ago came this HUGE box filled. I helped mom put it together, along with Izzy. It didn’t take me long to realize it was a Cat Tree, and boy is it fun! I claimed the top condo as mine, and sleep in the hammock sometimes.

“THE NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS-GMG VERSION”
'Twas the night before Christmas at the GMG’s house
None of us were stirring, not even a mouse;
Our stockings were hung by the chimney with care
In hopes that Santa Cat would soon be there;
We kitties were nestled all snug in our beds,
While visions of “Greenies” danced in our heads;
With Mom fast asleep and Dad out like a light,
They had just settled down for the long winter’s night.
When out on the lawn there arose such a clatter,
We sprang from our beds to see what was the matter.
Away to the window we flew like a flash,
Tore open the shutters and threw up the sash.
The moon on the breast of the new fallen snow
Gave the luster of mid-day to objects below.
What appeared next (we had to look twice)
‘Twas a miniature sleigh and eight tiny field mice,
With a little old driver, so frisky and fat,
We knew in a heartbeat it must be Santa Cat!
More rapid than eagles the flying mice came,
And he whistled and shouted and called them by name;
“Now Mickey! Now Minnie! Now Fievel and Pixie!
On Stuart, on Jerry, on Speedy and Dixie!
To the top of the porch to the top of the wall
Now dash away, dash away, dash away all!”
As dry leaves that before the wild hurricane fly,
When they meet with an obstacle, mount to the sky;
So up to the housetop, the mice coursers they flew,
With the sleigh full of cat toys and Santa Cat too.
And then, in a twinkling, we heard on top of the house
The prancing and pawing of each little mouse.
As we drew in our heads and turned quickly around,
Down the chimney Santa Cat came with a bound.
He had the most beautiful fur, from his head to each foot,
And his red suit was tarnished with ashes and soot.
A bundle of cat toys, he had flung over his back,
And he looked like a peddler just opening his pack.
His eyes—how they twinkled! His whiskers how merry!
His cheeks were small furballs, his nose like a cherry!
His cute little mouth was drawn up like a bow,
And the “bib” under his chin was a white as the snow;
A sprig of catnip he held tight in his teeth,
And the aroma encircled his head like a wreath;
He had a friendly face and a little round belly
That shook when he purred like a bowl of catmint jelly.
He was chubby and plump, a right jolly old kitty;
And we laughed when we saw him--we could tell he was witty.
A wink of his eye and a twist of his head,
Soon gave us to know we had nothing to dread;
He meowed not a word, but went straight to his work,
And filled all our stockings; then turned with a jerk,
And laying his paw aside of his nose
And giving a nod, up the chimney he rose;
He spring to his sleigh, to his team gave a shout
And away they all flew before we could follow them out.
But I heard him meow as he drove out of sight
Meowy Christmas to all and to all a Good Night!

PLEASE VOTE WHYSKRS #10378 SAT 12/11
Just about every kitty who’s been around CC awhile—or even a short time--knows of the Knight Gang from Eugene, OR. Mom Lillian, the Knight Gang’s Secretary, is one of CC’s most active bloggers, and today it’s our pleasure to ask you to vote for one of the handsome members of the Gang--Whyskrs #10378 on Saturday, so that he can be Sunday’s COTD.
Whyskrs came to be part of Knight Gang after being found at a loading/unloading area of a local supermarket when he was just a kitten. Even though Whyskrs’ Mom and Dad already had a large number of kitties, Dad had fallen in love with this cute little guy, so his Mom agree to take him as a surprise for Dad!
Whyskrs is a kitty who knows what he does and doesn’t like. He really likes lying across Mom’s chest, sleeping under the covers and playing with a peacock feather, but he hates having his tummy touched or getting his nails trimmed. What kitty likes nail trimming thing anyway, right?

RELIEF! WHEW!!
Oh, what an ordeal for everyone. Mom is so afraid that the baby will suffocate, Jezebel is screaming in pain and trying to bite Mom, and the dogs burst into the room to see what’s going on. It’s a nightmare! Trying hard to stay calm, Mom uses a cloth and gently takes hold of the baby’s torso, pulling ever so gently whenever Jezzy has a contraction and trying to keep from getting bit. It works! The baby is out! Jezebel isn’t exactly in the best shape to take care of baby, so Mom breaks the sac and encourages Jezebel to care for the kitten. Jezzy’s instincts take over and she does the rest, as she is supposed to do. YAY, One baby girl kitten born! Two more to go! (First baby picture now at bottom of Miss Millie's page)
Congratulations to none other than our good friend KAPT. KELSEE for getting her COTD! Way to go, girl! Today is another free vote day, so go make someone else a happy camper!!

I'm glad that you came by to visit. I hope that you will come back again. Have you been reading Jezzy's story? If not, all installments are on my page and on the CMR page if you'd like to catch up. Here is today's installment: Oh, Oh! HELP!!! Not only is Jezebel about to deliver, she won’t let Mom out of her sight. Have her babies in a nice soft nesting box? Heck no! She is determined to be on or as close to Mom as she can get. So Mom grabs the nearest thing she can use as a drop cloth to cover the futon and changes into shorts that won’t suffer too much from the ordeal, and starts her vigil. Almost immediately, there is a little black tail visible. OH OH! Breach kitten! Mom was so scared, and Jezebel was panicking herself. This kitten wasn’t going to come easily. After about 45 minutes of little or no progress, Mom calls the Vet. She’s told that she might have to try to get a hold of the kitten and help deliver it. But hold it how? There’s nothing there but a tail! WAIT! There’s a paw… Finally, some progress! Mom starts talking soothingly to Jezzy, rubbing her belly and giving her encouragement. Jezebel does her part by pushing through the labor pains, and after another agonizing half hour, all but the baby’s head is out. And it’s stuck! HELP!!
