it's been a while again since we've heard from you. we hope all of you and your mom are doing ok. i know things weren't easy for your mom last time we talked. Just wanted to let you know we are thinking of you.

ButtonBlue here. So sorry about Chaos, Dobby is no longer with us either. He didn't visit the Rainbow Bridge like poor Chaos. The last two years mom had been working with the vet to try and get Dobby to stop being so mean to me and Puzzle. He was biting us really hard, even though we didn't do anything to him. She tried everything but nothing worked and for the first time in her life she had to give up a pet. She was horribly sad, but said she just couldn't let him keep putting holes in us and believe me it hurt really bad. so she called the rescue group that she had adopted him from (a no kill group) and they agreed to take him back and find him a home with no other cats. Mom cried the whole day she had to take him and for weeks afterwards.
Finally we got a new friend her name is LiLi who came from a rescue group too. Sometimes she does really dumb things but mom says it's because she's only a kitten and she will out grow it.
She's sweet though and Puzzle and i really like her. Mom said she's going to be putting LiLi on cat channel soon.
Poor Audrey, i hope you are helping her find her way around. It must be scary not to be able to see.
That's terrible about the horses. Isn't there somewhere people could take them rather than turning them loose. They'll be hungry and have no shelter. I agree with your mom, horses are such magnificent animals. They deserve much better than this. I hope some one in the state steps up to help them.
Mom says the economy here is terrible too. Lots of people out of work. So far our Daddy has been lucky and still has a job but sometimes there's not as much work as there used to be. Mom has been trying but can't find a job. She says she'll just keep trying and something will come along. Our mom likes to think "happy", even in bad times. She says it makes the bad times easier to take. We sure hope your mom finds a permanent job soon so she won't have to worry so much.
Mom lovvvvvvvvvves Christmas time and she has the house all decorated and the christmas tree up. Mom puts all the shiny glass ornaments high up on the tree so we can't get to them. Me,Puzzle and LiLi like playing with the ornaments on the bottom. Mom doesn't seem to mind when we bat them and make them rock back and forth.
It's when we knock them off the tree and chase them that she takes them away from us. It's ok though, because we just start all over.
I heard mom and dad talking about the economy again the other day. i'm not real sure what the economy really is, but i do know it means less of everything. I was worried so even though i'm not supposed to i peaked in our stockings and there were toys. I guess the economy doesn't affect kitties like it does people. :)

Hi Tater,
I haven't been on the computer for a long time either. Maybe a day here or there, but that's it. Well your last letter was from March, so are you moved yet? Is it NY or Florida. We don't go outside either, but we love Florida because the weather is so nice most of the time that there are always plenty of birds,squirrels & butterflies to watch out the window. Most entertaining, i must admit. They do the funniest things. Not dignified like us cats, right Tater. Is your Mom happy about moving again? I hope so. Not too much is new with us. Mom says we are struggling alittle with the economy but can't complain. It can't be real bad because she still brings us toys when she goes
shopping:) Does your mom know what she's going to do for work in Florida or NY? Which one would she like better? Well keep in touch buddy.

Hi Tater,
It's been a long time again since i could write. So sorry about your mom loosing her best horse buddy. It's always sad to loose any four legged buddy. That was terrible about your mom's truck. Thank goodness that no one was hurt. Has your mom tamed the wild kitten yet? Did you name it? Is it a Jack or a Jill? And what does it look like? How is the new job going?
My mom's mom went to the "people's rainbow bridge, so she has been sad for awhile but thanks to me and button and puzzle and Liebchen and Marilla(her tortoise)we've all managed to help her smile again. She's also getting ready to paint her bedroom and the den and what used to be a guest bedroom but is now a kind of work area/storage room. We all want to help paint, but i don't know if she's going to let us because when she painted the kitchen, livingroom, and diningroom last year, puzzle ran through the paint tray and made "kitty prints" all the way down the hallway. Daddy is not allowed to help paint because he's really really bad at it. well tatafornow....we'll all leave all of you another vote. We're baaaaaaaaaaack

Sorry, i know it's been a really long time since we talked to you or Marshy but it's been hectic to say the least. Mom was feeling lousy for a while(she's better now), we had to put a new roof on, buy a new car, family visting (and again in January), and oh yeah, mom got it in her noggin to adopt a dog. she said too many people were loosing their homes and had to give their pets up to shelters, so she decided we would take an older dog that might not otherwise get a home. Well we got a 90 lb. German Shepherd. she's ok i guess, i just ignore her but Puzzle and Button just love her. Mom says we couldn't have gotten a better dog if we had her custom made. Like i said, i guess she's alright for a dog. Thanks for continuing to keep in touch. Your mom in the movies, how cool is that. I'm going to tell my mom and tell her to watch for your mom when the movie comes out. Mom loves horse movies. She watched The story of Seabiscuit about 30 times, and now she's watched Flicka(the newer version) about 10 times. Not to mention some of the old horse movies. Actually she'll watch any horse movies, just to see the horses. It doesn't matter if the movie itself isn't that good.
Are you still in the same place? and is your mom's job going ok? I'm going to go now and send a vote to all of you because it's been so long.

Thank you so much for your kind words. And I am sorry for your losses too. It is very hard to lose a pet especially when you treat them like your children. I also have a 10 year old cat named Buddy (He has his own page too). He is a little upset about the kittens, hopefully he will get over it soon . We both miss Cleo very much. And I love the kittens too, I guess I just feel like I am betraying her. I am glad she is ok in heaven. Tell Her I lover her and miss her. Thanks again. Keeping horses in all day is horrible. They should have a pasture to roam and run and kick up their hoofs. Your mom must be very sad. Tell her we are so sorry that it is not what it appeared to be and that we hope she finds another job that she can love real soon. Hope you get your computer straightened out, you didn't try to bite the wire, did your tater? Because you're not supposed to do that. One time i tried and my mom said "that was very very bad". sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you. i have lots of questions for you. have you moved yet? if not when are you moving? is your mom still worried about crackers? are you looking forward to moving to indiana? are you sad about leaving n.c.? has your mom finished her training yet? my mom is jealous of your mom's new job. she says it's a wonderful job for someone who loves horses. is your mom excited about her new job? it's nice that audrey will get to see an old people friend(Peggy). have you been busy with the clan stuff? our mom's been really busy with yard stuff. you know, it's that time of year when people clean up the yard, pull old plants out and put new plants in. our mom was a little sad because she lost three of her hibiscus bushes, two palms, and three other shrubs because of a frost. she's putting four or five new hibiscus in though. our dad doesn't understand why we loose three plants, but must replace them with four or five. anyway he doesn't care because he knows how much our mom loves flowers. are you going to have flowers where you are moving? if your mom doesn't care for flowers, maybe you could just ask her to plant catnip. well, tatafornow and i'm leaving all of you a vote.

Haven't heard from you in a while so,I decided to stop by and tell you what I've been up to. My Mom and Dad take me out in a mini dress on a leash and,I caught on to the leash right away! The second time I went out to play with dad's daughter Carly and,I sat next to her in her motorized barbie car but,she wouldn't let me drive!
