Cat Diary Part III
DAY 771 - There was some sort of gathering of their accomplices. I was placed in solitary throughout the event. However, I could hear the noise and smell the foul odor of the glass tubes they call "beer." More importantly I overheard that my confinement was due to MY power of "allergies." Must learn what this is and how to use it to my advantage.
DAY 774 - I am convinced the other captives are flunkies and maybe snitches. The dog is routinely released and seems more than happy to return. He is obviously a half-wit. The Bird on the other hand has got to be an informant. He has mastered their frightful tongue (something akin to mole speak), and speaks with them regularly. I am certain he reports my every move. Due to his current placement in the metal room his safety is assured. But I can wait, it is only a matter of time.

Cat Diary Part II
DAY 765 - Decapitated a mouse and brought them the headless body, in attempt to make them aware of what I am capable of, and to try to strike fear into their hearts. They only cooed and condescended about what a good little cat I was... Hmmm. Not working according to plan...
DAY 768 - I am finally aware of how sadistic they are. For no good reason I was chosen for the water torture. This time however it included a burning foamy chemical called "shampoo." What sick minds could invent such a liquid. My only consolation is the piece of thumb still stuck between my teeth.

Cat Diary Part I
DAY 752 - My captors continue to taunt me with bizarre little dangling objects. They dine lavishly on fresh meat, while I am forced to eat dry cereal. The only thing that keeps me going is the hope of escape, and the mild satisfaction I get from ruining the occasional piece of furniture. Tomorrow I may eat another houseplant.
DAY 761 - Today my attempt to kill my captors by weaving around their feet while they were walking almost succeeded, must try this at the top of the stairs. In an attempt to disgust and repulse these vile oppressors, I once again induced myself to vomit on their favorite chair... must try this on their bed.
DAY 762 - Slept all day so that I could annoy my captors with sleep depriving, incessant pleas for food at ungodly hours of the night.

Happy late fourth!

Little Miss
How sad, 3 kitties in one year. Gabby was diagnosed w/kidney problems about 1-2 years ago. She now eats special food from the vet and with the Maalox 2 x's per day she seems to be doing fine. I'm sorry to hear you have kidney problems. That's what happened to my little boy, Buster. Mom and dad did all they could but it wasn't enough. They sent him over Rainbow Bridge on March 16 this year. Then we lost Louie 5 weeks later. He broke his back somehow and severed his spinal cord. The vet said there was really no practical treatment for him, and gradually the paralysis would move forward to his heart and lungs. It broke mom and dad's heart to lose them both so close together. They lost old Rocky in January, so it's been a real sad year for them.
The vet gave my little Buster something called Epakitin. It's a phosphorous binder. Since his kidneys were failing he wasn't metabolizing phosphorous and it could reach toxic levels in his blood. Also she had us give him Pepcid AC (Famotidine) for the same reason, and also because he was nauseated a lot and had a hard time holding food down. Buster survived nearly 2 years after he was diagnosed with kidney failure. Everyone tried their best, but finally poor little Buster's system had had enough. The vet said it was time to let him go and so we did.

Little Miss
Thanks for all the votes. Gabby is getting her Maalox twice per day and her special kitty food from the vet, because she has kidney problems and she needs to be weighed next week, otherwise she is doing okay. Angel sleeps a lot on the stove, because he is over 14 now and likes to be warm and we think he has lost some of his hearing. Jude is his usual 3 year old self and Pio, my Mia More is doing fine. He could stand to lose a little weight. Red Dawg will be 12 on 7/4 and she could lose a little weight also. Mommy has been dieting and has lost a lot of weight and needs to lose some more. Daddy and Mommy are going through some medical problems now, but as far as they know, it isn't Cancer so they will be just fine. We just keep praying every day and we also pray for all the people and animals of the Earth to protect us all from evil and harm. We also pray for any 4 legged children that might need prays. Have a nice evening. Jude just tried to probably do something to Gabby, but she isn't interested.
