How is everything going with you and Jacob? Hope all is well with you both. I'm fine but I think I am in big trouble with my Mom. Well I let my Mom sleep until 3:00 am this morning and I couldn't wait another minute for her to get up feed me and maybe play a little. She got up and fed me and then locked me out of the bedroom so I cried and cried. She got up and opened the door and I strolled in like nothing was wrong. Mom was not happy but I climbed into bed and we cuddled until the alarm went off. I think she got enough sleep don't you!!!! It is very humid this morning but the temperture and the humidity are changing and it is going to get more like fall. It is going to be a chilly night tonight and all next week. Mom said she has to hurry to get the patio cleaned off and ready for winter weather. Is it winter yet???? I hope not because I don't go outside in the winter. How are things going with you and Jacob? Still being a big sister and showing him the ropes? Hope the weather is nice where you live. It is cloudy and chilly today in Connecticut and it is going to get down right cold at night. It's going to 40 tonight according to the weatherman. Oh well summer is over but it wasn't really a summer it was so fast. Mommy is taking me to Dr. Jeff Friday because, when Amy went to cut my beautiful nails, she discovered an ingrown nail or maybe a growth. Pam the Vet Assistant said it doesn't sound serious but my Mom wants everything checked and Pam agreed. Let you know what Dr. Jeff says. Don't worry I'm not. Went to see your new brother Jacob and you are right he is cute. Hope you are being a good big sister and showing him the ropes. You know how to be a cat and do cat things. How are you today sweetie? It it getting chilly where you live? It is so chilly here today, it was 42 degress when Mom and I got up. The sun is out and the sky is blue but it is windy and chilly. I slept cuddled up next to my Mom last night it was so chilly in our bedroom she left the window opened and never got up to shut it. She stayed under the covers and so did I. It is suppose to be raw and rainy tomorrow a good day for Mom's next project cleaning closets, yeah. I love it when we clean closet I get to see all the stuff that is behind closed doors. It's Monday but not like any other Monday my Mom is home, yeah. We had a good time too, she cooked for the week we went outside and it is a beautiful day just like early fall. Then she went out back and moved some herbs around and harvested some for the next few months. She washed them twice and keep only the good ones and but them in the freezer. What a nice day we had. How are you? I went to see Dr. William this morning for my Schirmer Eye Test. Since I have the feline herpes virus & it affects my tear production, I have this test every three months. I was very quiet in my carrier on the long 30-mile (each way) trip. But I did not want to get out of my carrier once I got there. I got a good report and everybody there said I was beautiful. Thankfully in 2005 Mommy & Nana took me over 180 miles to see a feline ophthalmologist who prescribed lysine instead of those awful eye drops I was getting. Now I take lysine powder in my Fancy Feast or my new lysine treats twice a day. Hope your Tuesday is terrific. How are you? I am feeling much better from that nasty bacterial infection. I still sleep a lot but that is probably because I am bored since Mommy won’t let me go outside yet. It has been 13 weeks since I have played in our backyard. Mommy said let’s wait until it gets a little cooler weather & then I can go out. So I am waiting patiently, playing with my toys, & watching the birdies from my windowseat. My pretty white fur is growing back nicely too, just my tail is still skinny but hopefully it will be full & fluffy again soon. Have a meowy Monday. Wow! I can’t believe a little kitty from a barn in West Virginia has grown up to be Cat of the Day! WOO HOO!! Mommy always said I could grow up to be anything I wanted to be…except a giraffe.
