Sad news
It's his birthday today. We're taking him to the vet. He's not really coming home afterwards. We've already got a hole in the backyard; we were going to put a rosebush there. We're going to make it deeper so the fox doesn't dig up his body, and then we'll plant the rosebush or a tree on top. He's been creaky for a while now, and a few months ago he lost a lot of weight, but he was still spry and happy and ate like a pig. Now, though, he wobbles when he walks, and he's stopped eating. He won't eat, and it's not fair to make him starve to death. What kind of thanks would that be for eleven years of unconditional love? It's just not fair. It's his birthday today.Come visit me, Angel Little Man.
