Good Morning Ben
The private KCK jet has landed in the airport and we are all going to the CBJ game tonight...we can sit on the floor or the rails...or even in the celing rafters for all that matters...we are small kitties and the humans will not be able to stomp us to death...MOL!!!

Ben is all excited to be going to a 'real' Wings game.. Ben grabs his gear, maybe he will play tonight, and heads out with Kapt. Kel and Kali to the Airport.....

The Angels are gonna fly out and meet us at the Joe...we'll do dinner after the game and then I'll nake sure the KCK jet gets you all back home saftly....

Hey, my mom is eating at Bob Evans resturant when she goes to Cleveland in 2 weeks. Cool!!! She is eating at the one in Cleveland though...she said she knows they have good food.

Sunday's, huh??? Cool!!! Mayber we will stop by Sunday night and see you guys! We will definately go and meet Thoth...mom isn't sure how to pronounce that though. Good thing we only have to type the name and not say it...MOL!!!

I have an eye infectgion and have to have drops in my eye 3 times a day for 5 days and warm compresses, too...talk about being tortured...geesh, my eye is closed and red. Mom calls me 'Winky'.

What’s mew with you? I have some very exciting mews! Yesterday we received an unexpected package from FedEx. Inside the box was a letter which said:

✭ “Please find enclosed two courtesy copies of the 2012 Cat Fancy boxed calendar. Sissy is featured on August 28th and Casper Todd is on October 24th.” ✭

What a fun surprise! So maybe I have a career as a "pin-up calendar girl" now! The calendars will be available in stores in early September should you be interested in purchasing a copy or two. They would make pawsome gifts.

Well...Ok then...I will use a pic of my bratty brother, Win. He's such a showoff sometimes....MOL!!!

Practise is every SUN, WED & FRI nights at 7:30pm on page 121904...we have not been to any yet...it has been so nice out that we all stay outside as long as possible and enjoy lour Summer.

Momma has a stroller for us and we have been going to the park by the water and watching the boats on the river...she takes me and Win cause we get along good and Jesse hates the stroller and he hates a harness and leash too and mom keeps me and Win on a leash at the park.

Your goalie will be Ty Conklin...I have no number for him yet as he is new and just a signed a one year contract to be backup to Jimmie Howard as Chris Osgood retired as did Kris Draper.

Say hi to Angel Sam for me and I'll be working on the jerseys soon...Sept. to be exact!

How are you, dear CC furiends and family? We hope you have been very well! Thank you so very much for coming by to help us celebrate our COTD win on June 30th and a special thanks to the kitties who left votes along with their blog the day before. We were so surprised when we saw US in the COTD window! It made us all purr with delight. Thank you thank you thank you again for making our day even more of a one of kind by leaving all those sweet blogs! We had a lot of fun in the spotlight and are so grateful to be a part of this wonderful community of kitties and their pawrents. Ever since we joined we have felt so welcome and appreciated. We are truly blessed by your furiendship! We hope that the kitties whom we were not acquainted with before our COTD win would like to stay in touch. :)
In our last blog we told our furiends how Mickey caught a tiny shrew and mom saved it from him and kept it. Well it only lived until the next day. There was nothing wrong with it. It wasn't hurt at all and before it died it was zipping around all over it's cage, eating, and seeming to be enjoying itself. The same happened with the only other shrew mom hoped to keep as a pet, so mom isn't going to try keeping them in captivity anymore. Oh well. They were fun watching through the cage though. hehe.
How was your 4th? Ours was a quiet one. Not a single firework the whole week. Mom is guessing that was due to them being outlawed or something because of the dry season we've been having. It seemed everyone went with the law so that's good. Not that fireworks are easy to get away with quietly. MOL!!
Last Tuesday mom brought home the most adorable baby bunny. She is around 5 weeks and very small. Mom has been spending a lot of time with Tanya and not to mention taking a gazillion+ photos of her! Today mom put her on Topaz's (our 4-year-old male rabbit sibling) page on SmallAnimalChannel. The first 2 pages of photos are of little Tanya and the other 12 are of Topaz...Told ya mom was a photoaddict!! We must admit there are some purty darn cute shots though so you might want to take a peek sometime. Their page # is 106898. HAPPY SUNDAY MY DEAREST FRIENDS !
For the life of me I can't remember what the first P stands for. Port ? Now you are the C O P, Columbus Ohio Pride. Thank you so much for the Ipod ! It is already a life saver. I don't think I have EVER been this busy in my life. I am so glad you are here at the beach ! Plenty of sleeping places inside and out. Once again you have made me very happy and proud to have you all as friends. Actually I am happy and proud to have you as friends EVERY DAY! But today you have made my beach COTD. I thank you all so much ! Today at the beach along with fine food, drink, music and dancing we have a pile of snorkle gear OR floaties with view screens for those who want to see what's down there without getting wet ! Also kayaks ! Snorkle gear & kayaks provided by Crabbys watersports ( see picture bottom of beach page) There is also a platform at the end of the dock with a glass viewing square. It is right over a beautiful reef.Tomorrow evening we will all be boarding the Roanoak ( see picture at the bottom of the beach page). We will be going to the harbor next to Water Island to get the best view of the fireworks display ! Enjoy yourselves and ALWAYS - Take it EASY !

A CC Christmas Eve
‘Twas the night before Christmas, and all through CC
There was scurrying and hurrying, pawrents busy as can be.

While the kittehs were nestled, all snug in their beds,
Visions of catnip mice danced in their heads.

The stockings were hung on the cat condo with care
In hopes that Santa Paws would soon be there.

The pawrents were tired but looked lovingly at
Their beautiful furbaby, their companion, their cat.

They thanked Almighty God for this furry creature to love,
For they knew their kitteh was a gift from Heaven above.

The pawrents retire after a long, busy day
Of wrapping, decorating and hiding things away.

Now, thanks have been spoken by families for gifts received
The day has gone smoothly, and pawrents are relieved.

Christmas day is done, it is late on Christmas night,
Festivities are over, kittehs from catnip highs sleep tight

But not losing sight of the true meaning of the day
Of little Lord Jesus, asleep in the hay...

KITTY RECIPE #27 ~AND~ HUMAN CAKE RECIPE

Since alot of you wanted to try the BESTEST, EASIEST made from scratch cake ever, Momma is adding that recipe to the blog today too! Please try it. It takes about 5 minutes (not including the baking time). You WILL NOT be disappointed! First the kitty recipe:

KOOKIES FOR KITTIES

1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp catnip
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup powdered milk
2 tbl butter or vegetable oil
1/4 cup Soy flour
1 egg
2 tbl Wheat germ
1 tbl Unsulfured molasses
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients together. Add molasses, egg, oil and milk. Roll out flat onto oiled cookie sheet and cut into small, cat bite-sized pieces. Bake for 20 minutes and let cool. Store the cookies in a sealed container.

NOW FOR THE HUMAN CAKE RECIPE:

DUMP CAKE TO DIE FOR

2 Cups Flour
2 Cups Sugar
2 tsp. Baking Soda
2 Eggs
16oz. Can Crushed Pineapple (not drained)
nuts (optional...I use chopped walnuts)

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. (I spray a casserole dish with pam) Dump mixture into casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

C- REAM CHEESE FROSTING

1-3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Stick Margarine
8 oz. Cream Cheese

Mix with mixer until it looks like frosting. FROST WHILE HOT!!!! After cooling, Refrigerate! (This is a recipe that tastes even better the next day, by the way!)

Enjoy! I know you will just love this recipe. I take it to picnics and even used it for an anniversary cake, by request. You can also substitute other canned fruit for the pineapple (just make sure it's crushed) but I really like the pineapple best.

Hello sweetie!! This is your friend Lady Lucy blogging for you today from warm and sunny Buenos Aires. Sorry this is a cut and paste.
This has been a definitely busy week at home for Meowmmy and Daddy and they had not much time left to help us to write our kitty letters... My sister Lola and I have not been feeling very well. This afternoon our pawrents took us both and baby Sally to the Vet. That wasn´t funny at all; I have to say. First of all; none of us like our Dad´s car. (MOL!!) I have been going to the Vet quite often lately. First, I caught some kind of virus that made me lose my voice and sneeze and caugh. I am now recovered from that and my Mom is sure very happy about it. But I still have been having some checks and tests because I have a little ball in one of my breasts. Mommy and Dad were very concerned about it. Our doctor,Mónica,told them that after she has the results of the last tests she wants to schedule a date for a surgery to remove it; maybe after Christmas and New Year.
My sister Lola wasn´t feeling too well either. She started to feel bad last Monday and had an ultrasound of her belly done today. They found some liquid in her uterus that has been causing her troubles and the doctor scheduled a date for a surgery for her too next week. We still don´t know if Wednesday or Friday. She also got some antibiotics shots because she had fever.
She still have to have some meds during 7 more days.
Doctor Mónica told Mommy to be calm because she was too upset about these news. She said everything should be fine and that it´s going to be a simple surgery. She also said she will be able to take Lola home in a couple of hours after the procedure. But Momma is still very worried about both of us. We´re her babies and she feels very bad when we´re sick.
We may not be blogging much these days,dear friends,because Mommy is taking care of us and we´re keeping her busy right now. But she will be writing to tell you how we´re doing every time she has the chance.
Baby Sally got her vaccines today too. Everything is fine with her although she hissed to the doctor and wanted to bit her hand too!! (MOL!!)
After being good kitties ( we all behaved well with our doctor... except by the hissing and such things...) Momma bought us a new catnip bee toy from the Vet´s toys shop. We all were happy about it.

I am glad you enjoy being the Goalie...they switch off and on between the 2, so you'll play. Tell big brother Sammy to eat before the games...he got hungry tonight and ate a puck...MOL!!!

How are you all enjoying the colder weather??? It's too cold for us and we all stay inside now, we do not like the cold. We cuddle with mom or sleep by the heat. It's 28* right now and dropping to 23*...burrrr!!!

How are you,dear Benjamin and all the kitties in your family? I was so very glad to hear from you all!!
Guess what,furrfriend? It´s raining again!! (MOL!!) And little Sally is absolutely curious about it!! Lola taught her how to climb over Mom´s bedroom´s window this morning and she has been sat by the window watching the raindrops falling outside since then...
I haven´t been feeling very well over the last couple of days and Momma is quite worried about it. She said I will sure visiting the Vet´s before the week ends.
Have you already decorated your Christmas tree,honey? Here in Argentina will doing that next Tuesday 8th December. That will be a very good day because people has holiday in Argentina and Mom will be staying home with us all day!! Woo-Hoo!! She´s hoping to write all the Christmas card on that day to send them during the week. And... needless to say... We´re all ready to help her!! Christmas ornaments are always great fun!! (he,he!!)

I have to wheel and deal here and do some trading off of players...2 of the Bruins are no longer with the team and I did not know this..it was Scooter who told me, so I will have to have another back up goalie...would this change be ok with you??? Being Goalie is not to hard according to Jesse who used to be one...all you have to do is keep the puck from getting into the net...you think you can do that??? Your new player would be Tuukla Rask {the Bruins 2nd Goalie}, and they use him quite a bit, so you will still play...I look forward to seeing your family back...we all miss you very much...please let me know if this change is alright with you, if not I'll have to arrange something else...thanks Ben...purrs~~~Capt. kel=^..^=

♥Tuesday Mews From Buenos Aires!!♥
Hello precious Benjamin and family!!
This is your friend Lady Lucy writing to you.
The rains are all gone after a lot of humid days and Mr.Sun is finally back again with us in Buenos Aires!! Yeah!!
Mommy had a very busy day and my sissy Lola and I stayed in charge of the apartment today!! (he,he!!) Mom went to the Super Market together with Granny for their monthly shopping. Momma was supposed to do this during the weekend but it was imposible because of the bad weather.
She came back from work and left again. But Lola and I were very good girls and waited for her. Mom always brings us a little gift when she goes to do some shopping!! We got a yummy chicken kitty dinner and a new mouse toy. That was sure great!!
After the Super Market Mommy and Grandma went to the Abasto Shopping Center. Mom went to Yenny (her favourite store ever) because she knew the 2010 Kittens and Cats Wall Calendars were already on sale!!
She bought two calendars full of cute pictures. She was very pleased about it. After all that Shopping Mom and Grandma went for some burgers for dinner.
I have been playing with my new toy and Lola has been also enjoying it. We´re all ready to go to bed now. I send you lots of kitty hugs and kisses. I hope you all have a very nice night.

Great hearing from you! That is great that Mom has found an apt! We hope it all works out well for her. that is a very long drive. Just Mom and three cats? Yike! I think something to help you kitties sleep is a great idea. We have never been in our carriers more than a 1/2 hour to the vet and then 1/2 hour back. That is enough. Hope it all goes well for Mom. ♥Hello Again My Precious Friend!!♥
How are you and all the kitties in your family doing?
I´m so very sorry because it took me such a long time to write back to you. My Meowmmy wasn´t feeling very well over the last couple of days. She had an awful pain on her neck and shoulder. She went to the doctor and he told her it was a muscle contracture. He gave her some pain pills and she also had some massage sessions done. That sure helped a lot. My sissy Lola and I also gave her lots of purrs therapy. She´s feeling much more better now. I have missed all my kitty friends so very much!!
We´re having lovely Spring weather over here. The temperature even reached *28 on Friday and it kept very warm during the entire weekend. Lola and I have been enjoying of nice sun baths almost every morning.
There are lots of butterflies visiting our patio every day. They like the tiny pink roses from our Grandma´s mini rosebushes. Lola chatters at them and she moves her tails from one side to another every time she sees them!! Momma says she´s funny doing that!! I prefer watching at them. They´re cute.

HEY FRIENDS!!!
Well, first of all let me con-CAT-ulate all of the recent COTD, COTM and any other award winners the past few weeks, and welcome to the newbies here to the channel as well. And let me leave my condolensces to the families of those who have passed on over to the beautiful Rainbow Bridge. May you find your peace.
Now on to my weekly blogging and well, let me apologize for being so very late once again. Mommie & Poppie just seem to have more issues than they can handle these days. They put Poppie on BP meds but the rest of his blood work and lab works all came back really well. Mommie however is a different story. She had to have an ultra-sound done on her "female organs" because the doctor told her that even though the PAP and all came back okay, there was still unresolved problems that cant be detected except only by ultra. Mommie was very upset because having no insurance well, she knew she couldnt afford it but Poppie told her to go and have it done that she has went this far already. Luckily the PAP & stuff were covered by the BreasTest program through the HEalth Department here. Any way she got the results back on that yesterday which to Mommie was no shock at all because she already knew she had endometriosis and fibroids all around and about in there. But they want her to go to her regular gynecologist now for further reviews and possible surgery. Mommie has no clue what to do. A friend on FACEBOOK suggested she try to go to the DFCS department and try to sign up on Emergency MEdicaid. Mommie says she has never heard of that before. lets keep our paws crossed this helps. She also went for blood/lab work last Friday but almost passed out in the process so went back yesterday to have it done and after an hour and a half of her lying down and being poked more than 5 times in different places on her hands they finally managed to get enough out, or so we hope. She drank water and all until she was water logged but apparantly that did not do any thing for her tiny and deep set veins. *SIGH* Well, Saturday she has to go to her Great-Nephews 3rd birthday party. It isn't until November 3rd but due to Halloween and his birthday falling in the middle of the week they are having it early.
Now as for me and myself and I, well, LOL! I am just trying to keep Mommie from getting all tense and upset over her situations and all. I seem to be having an allergy to either the food I am eating or something and may have to see the vet for that. Sometimes I run and make a leap out the door when Mommie & Poppie go outside or something and they have to run me down and get me back in. Mommie says she just does not trust me enough like she did all of her other kitties to let go in and out. She thinks I will tend to venture off. I get to watch them cover the air conditioner today for winter by sitting on the back of the couch and sticking my head through the blinds since I cant go outside with them. Mommie says it is something that should have already been done but wi

Hello my friend This is My Buddy. I sure hope this finds you and your family doing just fine.We are all about the same here in Ohio.. You asked me what you where in for when you move to OHIO well Up where you are moving it gets more snow than we do because like I said we get a lot of Ice storms.Our storms usually come out of Indiana.And those are the bad ones.But around OHIO State they get more snow. But they also get some of the Ice.If you are not use to snow then get ready because at times you might get up to 12 inches or more.But in the big city's they clean the roads pretty good and fast.Any ways when are you guys going to move to OHIO??Well I guess that is enough about that.How is your weather?? Today it is so nice out side.It is in the sixty's.They are saying tomorrow it will be in the 70's how nice. My Mommy has been outside with me almost all day. I just love it when she comes out and pets me.we sat in the swing and I just purred and purred. She rubbed my belly and every thing.I just love that.I went to eat a little some thing a while ago and guess what I had a grasshopper in my food. It came to me I didn't even have to chase it.
