My favorite tricks and treats are: I'm not really a trickster - the best I do is play flopcat whenever Mommy & Daddy try to pet me and my favorite treats are Kitty Kaviar, Liv-a-Littles salmon treats, and Pounce crunchy treats...I don't like the chewy ones...YUCK! I also LOVE whipped cream (I come running when I hear the sound of the can!) and I like to lick the cheese off Smartfood popcorn and Cheetos! Mom says I'm wierd...
Where I hang out: Anywhere that's warm and comfy, but especially Mommy's white blanket on the bed, and the back of the good couch in the living room.
My favorite grubs: I love Fancy Feast, and the new Sheba tuna and chicken fillets!
My pet peeves: I don't like it when Mom & Dad close doors. I like to be able to get into the closets whenever I want - and I won't let Mom go to the bathroom alone...ever!
What I love about my owners: My mom and dad totally spoil me! I have so many toys, and I even have a cat tree right at the end of their bed! I know they'll never let me sleep out in the cold again!
My cat hobbies: Give Mommy "the kneader" on the couch, and try to steal food off of Daddy's plate while he's eating dinner!
Pet motto: It's good to be me!!!

How We Met
When we lived in our condo, Jasmine (then Meow Kitty) used to hang around. She was so skinny and sad...we decided to start feeding her. She'd come running when she heard the food container shaking! She wasn't afraid of our dog or anything! We couldn't bring her in right away because our other cat was very sick with lymphoma. After Lucy passed away, we decided to make Jasmine part of our family!

I am sorry it has been so long but my mom was ill for 3 weeks and she is just now feeling better. How are you doing? My dear friends, Please know that Skeeter's family is so deeply touched by all your kind words & support. When Violet is able to sit and read the blogs on Skeeter & Peanut's page she will. Until that time please know that she great appreciates all the love & encouragement that you have sent their family. Skeeter was Violet's life. A bond that is formed and nutured from the deepest love that one can offer another. A mother's love... Their family will be at the candle lighting ceremony at 9PM EST (adjust your time accordingly). To participate all kitties would light a real candle with their owners wherever they were and say a prayer (real prayer or real thoughts) on Monday, May7th at 9PM EST time for Skeeter. I'm sure you are right. Luckie and Lucy are probably running and playing and eating anything they want. I also think you are right about letting us know its time. My little sweetie seemed different those last few days. I didn't notice it at first but when I think of it now, I think she was trying to tell me it was time. I miss her so much but she will always be in my heart and I will always cherish everyday we had together. I hope you are doing okay with your FIV. We were gone to long!!!
Jasmine, we were happy to hear from you!!! We have not been around to much either!! We have FINALLY returned to Planet Earth from our trip to the MOON!!! We had a great flight and we had a great time playing with all the “little green men”. It was so exciting to be able to see a new planet BUT guess what, there were NO kitties on the MOON!!! Imagine a planet with NOT ONE kitty!! We had to return because we missed you all so much, besides, the space suite started to rub our fur the wrong way and left us with “Helmet Head”!! Jasmine, you went outside too!!!! YEAH!!!! We lol about your dad shaking the food up and down the street!!!! We can imagine!!!! That is how we got Kinser back in the house!! You are really right, it is too cold and scary out there for me!!! I told him that I was a stray and it is no fun being out on the streets by yourself so stay in!!! Hi Jasmine, thanks for visiting with me!!! You are right, my haircut is much shorter that yours :) :)We finally got a little snow 2 nights ago. And guess what KINSER did, He escaped out the sliding door when dad went out!!! Mom was so mad at him!! She had to chase him through the snow in her BARE TOES!!!! When she got close to him, he would take off another few feet!! Just out of her reach. and he is white and tan and that made it very hard for mom to see him in the white snow!! Mom yelled for human sissy to shake the treats and when she did, he ran back to the house!!! That is just typical of him, worried about feeding his fat belly!!! Well, she finally got her toes defrosted and my dad said that she has lost he mind when she is willing to chase him in the snow with no shoes or socks!!! Kinser is just a selfish boy, I would never do that to mommy!!! Love Nix Come visit me, "Onyx" & "Kinser".

Jasmine, I just voted for you! Thanks for the visit!! I LOVE ALL pounce!! The problem is, the stupid diet!!!! I only get treats once a day now, but I use to get them all the time, I really miss my treats :( I was put on the diet because I got kidney stones and UTI!! They said that I shouldn't weigh 19 pounds. Why not??? I did weigh 19 and now I am down to 15 pounds, so I guess the diet is working and I NEVER want to go back to that hospital and stay again, so I will listen to the vet!!! I guess. "Flopcat" we would love it if you would teach us how to play, it sounds FUN!!!! Come visit me, "Onyx" & "Kinser".
