How are you today.A gloomy dreary day here,rained this morning,then stopped but still gloomy out there,more rain on the way.Got to go out to explore,grass was wet but I went right on.Checked out mousey bushes,went in the tall grass,nothing there,not even a bug,ate grass,same some of those worms climbing up the fench post,ole worms.Did not see the groundhogs,they must have been behind the building playing,you can hear them in the grass out there. Walked more,then mom sat down to rest and let me explore a little more,she lets my lead out long enough for me to look around.Then I watchd Spotty,Oreo,and outside kittys wander around,they sure do not come close to me,wonder why,hehe!Then the wind started blowing the rain drops out of the trees and was hitting me on the head,mom said time to go,I puled her in this time,did not want my fur all wet,those rain drops hurt my little head,hehe!Came in washed off my paws,made rounds through the house,toys,all ok,ate my food,then went sat on my toy rug to look out the door,carried mr.innertube for a few minutes.Mom said Spongie wnat to go down in yor apartment,nope to dark down there and the ole basement,furnace monster is there,so I went to rest with mom,ate my treats on the bed and snuggled up to mom to nap a little while,Wicket was on the other end eating his treats.Its gotten really dark out,looks like we might get a storm,sure hope not,ole thunder scares us all,so now I'm napping on the cat tree.Wicket is napping beside mom,Baby on the other side napping,Missy on her pad,Cindell on the counter so everyone is napping now.Thanks so much for thinking of mom,she did eat some solid food today and her tummy did ok so far,hopefuly its ok,pawhugs,Spongie,Gang,Angels.

Lining the northeast coast are the towering cliffs of the North Shore Pali. At 3,600 to 3,900 feet from sea base to top, they are the tallest sea cliffs in the world; their near-vertical plunge ends 2000 feet below sea level. We step cautiously to the edge to peek over. Whoa, that’s a drop! Later in the day, we do some ocean kayaking along the face of the cliffs; this is amazing beyond belief! We also discover secret, secluded beaches, sea birds, & cascading waterfalls which provide incredible, photogenic scenery

We then hike into the East End’s classic cathedral valley to see Hawaii back in time. It is believed ancient Polynesians settled in lush Halawa Valley as early as 650 AD. This area, half a mile wide and three to four miles deep, and blessed with beautiful vistas and towering waterfalls, is one of the island's most historic areas. Roughly two miles up the trail is the impressive, double-tiered 250-foot Moa’ula Falls. If you’re considering taking a dip into the pool, drop a ti leaf into the water first. Hawaiian legend says that a giant moo (lizard) lives at the bottom of the pool. If the ti leaf sinks, the moo is in no mood for visitors. If the ti leaf floats, it’s safe to enter. Our ti leaves are forming a veritable flotilla, and we slip gratefully into the refreshing pool. Soon we are splashing and playing like … well, kitties.

We have been invited to a luau by the residents of a small village near Maunaloa, birthplace of the hulu. After dining on succulent roast pig, and all the tasty side dishes, we are given grass skirts to put on for a hula lesson. Soon we are dancing and telling the stories of the island, looking almost like natives.

Tomorrow we will head for the island of Oahu, where our Hawaiian adventure will eventually finish.

How are you all.Been a cooler day for us,mr.sun was in,out,rain on the way for tonight.Got to go out to explore,checked out all my usual places,nothing much going on out but those worms crawling all over,when I see one of those worms crawling toward me,I run the other way!Went under all mousey bushes,in the tall grass,I just love doing that,never know what might be hiding in there I can pounce on,ate grass,then we saw the groundhogs out,they saw us and off they went,they sure are growing fast.Saw lots of birds,almost wacked another bee,but mom stopped me,ole bee was buzzing all around my head.Then we went to sit fo a few minutes so mom could rest,she is having lots of pain today,but her tummy is feeling a little better for her,yaaa,she said, so I just sat and looked all around while mom rested,played stick with mom,she gets a small tree branch with leaves on it and drags it back,forth on the ground,I love chasing it,thats fun,got tired of that and lay down and watched a robin getting worms out of the grass,I said hi birdie are you going to sing me a song,ole birdie flew off,hehe!Then mom got up,I know when she stands up its time to go in,I went right in today.Made my rounds through the house,all ok,made sure my toys,mr.innertube were laying on my paper bag,Wicket got on the bag last night and moved all my toys,he got a wack for that!Went to rest with mom after eating my treats on the bed,I heard mom muttering last night about all the treats she lay down on in the bed,then she got up and stepped on some in the floor and crunched them all over,hehe,well gotta have those treats.Now I'm laying on my toy rug lookng out the door,Baby,Wicket looking out the window,Missy,Cindell napping,so pretty quiet right now.Thanks so much for thinking of mom,she is stil eating jello soup to make sure tummy is a better to eat more solid fod again,pawhugs,Spongie,Gang,Angels.

This sweet kitty joined the angels in February 2013 after losing his battle with complications that developed after being hit by a car the month before. He’d survived having both legs broken & surgery, but was unable to walk & had to drag himself to the litterbox. He was very brave & stayed a very sweet boy during all of the pain, infections, examinations & becoming a foster; but the angels knew that his life would not be a full one with his disabilities & thus called him home. Please pounce by to paw ANGEL CRASH #248838 a vote today so that his foster mom will have a fond memory to cherish & so that this sweet angel can earn the honor of making his star the most brilliant in the night sky tomorrow night.

Congratulations to our newest royal cat QUEEN SPUNKY #161265!! Your campaign about the details of cat shows was stupendous & we learned a lot about how things work for the fabulous show cats. We’re looking forward to some California sunshine during May as you reign from your house on the beach & look forward to hearing more letters to God from beloved pets. ♥ WOW!!!! What a MONTH of Adoptiversaries for our family, but luckily, That's All Folks!!!! Tehehehe!!!!

♥ I have been making sure I get lots of mom time everyday. I just love my mom so much!!!! I have been also sleeping by her feet the last week or so at bedtime which makes her real happy!!!!

♥ Mom went to PetSmart this morning to buy [2] 16 lb bags of Friskies Indoor; [3] 16 lb bags of Friskies Surfin Turfin; [1] 7 lb bag of Purina One Hairball; [1] 7 lb bag of Purina One Vibrant & Maturity & [1] 40 lb box of ExQuisiCat Litter. She got [2] FREE toys, too!!!!

♥ Well, mom is upset as my Feline Acne is coming back. She washes my face every morning after I eat my Fancy Feast can food and washes my food dishes alsmost every night before bed time.

♥ UPDATE: SASSEE 10605 seems to be doing better finally with not seemingly in so much pain like she had been due to her arthritis. Mom said the Dasuquin must be finally taking affect.

♥ UPDATE: SYLVESTER 11567 is no longer limping the last couple days. He will, however, will need to see Dr. Liz in a couple months for bloodwork to see how he is doing since his diagnosis of Early Kidney Failure in February.

♥ Mom and dad are set up for another yard sale starting Friday morning and ends on Saturday evening at 5:00pm so we may not get to visit everyone, but we will try!!!! Mom also changed my profile photo today.

How are you today.Has been cloudy today and a little cooler here,so I got to explore more since the hot sun was not out.Missy did not want to go out,she stayed in to nap.Checked out my mousey bushes,the tall grass,I love sticking my head in that grass and looking around,saw a bug and tried to dig it out but it got away,then I ate some grass,and mom said watch out,here comes a groundhog,it was running fast around the buiding getting to its hole,we must have scared them,they sure can run fast!I shook my paw at him and keep on eating grass,they better not get in my grass hehe!Saw one of the outside kittys sleeping in the grass,I wanted to go say hi but mom said I don't think she wants a wack on the head Spongie.On we went,you cannot even walk through the grass for all those ugly worms all over,sure be glad when they are gone,ole ugly worms.Then we had to sit down for awhile mom got tired,I lay in the grass and looked around,Oreo lay far away from me today,hehe,Then I lay beside mom and played with a stick,then one of those ole worms was crawling right at me,I sure got up fast.Then mom said time to go in,I did not want to go so I lay down and when mom tried to get me up I slipped out of part of my harness,mom said Spongie now look what you did,you little stinker,she finaly got it back on me,I was hissing,growling really loud at mom,she said you better stop that before I wack your little furry behind for you,ole harness,ole cane looked at me and I got up and came in.Ate my food,then went and got in the open window and pouted awhile.Mom went to rest and I got mr.innertube and went to lay with her,she said well I see you are not pouting at me anymore,I gave her a big ole kitty kiss on her head,she gave me a big ole hug,then I ate my treats,napped beside mom for awhile.Moms ole tummy is still not all better yet,still on jello,soup,I said mom have some of my treats,that will help,hehe!Now I'm sitting in the window in the fresh air eating more treats,gotta have my treats so I can stay big strong to go out exploring!Wicket,Cindell,Missy naping,Baby looking out the window at a pretty red bird sitting in a bush.Thanks so much for thinking of mom,that sure helps,she just hopes this tummmy trouble will go away soon,pawhugs,Spongie,Gang,Angels.

What’s mew with you? I have WONDERFUL mews!!!! Dr. William called - my T4 by equilibrium dialysis thyroid test was NEGATIVE!!!! Thankfully that means I do not have hyperthyroidism.

I have decided that I really do not like to eat the Prescription Diet k/d canned food. I will eat the k/d dry but not the canned food. So Mommy has been busy researching other canned foods with low protein (less than 10%) for me. The crazy woman is also studying our food labels. Do I read the labels on all that junk SHE eats???

Tonight is my last dose of that nasty Clavamox for the UTI. After I have been off it for four days, Mommy will take my urine sample to Dr. William to be rechecked. Hopefully the UTI will be all gone.

Mommy & Nana have a meeting scheduled with Dr. William @ 9 a.m. this Caturday as they have a growing list of questions & concerns. Poor Doc! You would think they love me or something!!!

How are you today.77 here for us right now,sure had to find some shade to sit in out today.Me,Missy,mom went out for a few minutes,Missy lay in the shade for a few minutes then she wantd to come back in,she did not like that hot air.I got to explore in the shady places,mom said to hot to get out in the open sun,so I explored under mousey bushes,Oreo was hid under there and we got into a wacking contest,mom said boys stop that,ahhh mom he is under my mousey bush,then Oreo wacked me twice right on my little head,and ran fast as he could!Mom laughed at the look on my face,I did not think that was so funny mom,he hurt my furry head,hehe!I wil get him when he is not looking!There are ugly looking fuzzy worms crawling all over the yard and the side of the house,they hatched out of huge cocoons in the wild cherry trees,they were getting on mom and crawling on her clothes,she sure was knocking those things off,I will not even look at those ugly worms,mom said they must have a funny smell or something,the outside kittys will not even get around them,mom said she would be glad when they are gone,don't know if they turn into a moth or what.Then it got to hot and we had to come in,mom got to hot,she is still pretty queasy with her tummy and cannot eat much at all yet, mostly just jello for now. We came in no running through the house,to hot for that today,I did not even go rest with mom,I stayed in the open windows,then all of a sudden I went racing through the house jumping way up in the air,a huge fly had gotten in the house,I sure was running after him,mom was getting outta my way,she said hurry Spongie get that ole fly,well I got him and chomped him down,he was tastey,hehe!Now I'm laying on the cool wood floor with the breeze blowing on me outta the windows,Baby,Wicket watching those ole ugly worms crawl on the outside window seal,Missy,Cindell napping.Mom said thnaks for thinking of her,that helps,she just wishes her tummy would feel better,pawhugs,Spongie,Gang,Angels.

well momma is gettin a bit of a break today at work and we gonna visit a bit. we are having great weather now. it is 81 and real pretty day. momma had a good mother's day as she went down and spent the day with gma.
we have been playing and such just being lazy kitties,

hhmmm, me thinks shaddy be kinda strange. he was laying in momma's lap and she was petting him and he wanted to play a bit, but then he started gettin his own tail now, and was grabbing and biting it and he started quarrelling at himself and even hissed at himself and then jumped down to the floor now is that strange or what!!!!!!!

we have missed our friends, but money got a bit tight with daddy out of work a whole month and momma says she has to get it built back up afore the home puter can be seen too

How are you today.Cold this morning but has warmed up a lot.Mom is feeling a little better today,but still weak.We have been taking good care of her.She did get to take me outside to sit for a few minutes today,did not get to stay long but I got to be out.Explored a little under he bushes,in the tall grasss ate some grass,I sure have missed getting to eat my grass the last 2 days,then lay in mr.sun for a few minutes.Then mom said we better go in Spongie,so I came right in with mom,then I took a race through the house,running,playing with all the toys,racing from room to room,mom just watched me and smiled,I sure was having fun,I have been really quiet and good for a couple days and been taking care of mom so I sure had to run and play awhile,Gang just kept right on napping while I was making all that noise.Then I got tired and went to lay down with mom,I took mr.innertube in to see mom,mom said I sure was a great nurse,we seem to all know when mom is not feeling good,we are all good and stay with mom.Mom said I had given her so many kitty kisses she looked like a kitty,hehe.Now I'm laying on my toy rug in the sun napping,well I was napping,the ole grass eating monster is out there making lots of racket,a kitty can't get any rest around here,hehe!Wicket bathing himself,Baby,Missy,Cindell all napping,mom said thanks so much for thinking of her,that sure helps,pawhugs,Spongie,Gang,Angels.

♥ Our SPECIAL Message by SISSEE 11531 tonight!

♥ This year, we would like to do something different with our 10th Year Adoptiversaries by introducing a SPECIAL kitty to you! While mom and dad was cleaning and going thru everything in the back room, mom came across a picture that she couldn’t find for a long time and thought it was gone forever. This picture is of a precious tiny kitten and will remain in mom’s heart♥. This tiny kitten’s name was PRINCESS KNIGHT and she was mine, Suezee’s & Rhoamin’s littermate sister.

♥ When we were just tiny kittens, running wild & free under our fur mama Baby’s 13286 care when PRINCESS found a way to our neighbors’ yard [mid July 2003] who has a Yellow Lab. That Lab was let out in their back yard and he seen PRINCESS. Mom & dad heard the little screams of pain & came running out in the back yard. The neighbor got a hold of their dog and dad went over the fence to get PRINCESS, but it was too late for her as dad handed her to mom. Mom was in such tears. How are you today.Sorry we did not get to come by yesterday,mom has a terrible stomach virus or something and is not feeling good at all,she can only keep clear liquids,jello down on her tummy right now,she sure has had a couple bad days,but we are all taking good care of her,and staying right with her,I will not leave her side at all,I have not got to go out in a couple days now,but thats ok,I can tell that mom does not feel good.So nothing going on here.Hope mom had a good Mothers Day,we will try to be back soon to normal blogging as soon as mom is feeling better.Mom said hanks so much for always thinking of her,that does help,pawhugs,Spongie,Gang,Angels.

Thank you for your kind words, prayers & sweet thoughts. Like many of you, Mommy knows all too well about kidney disease. Her Dot passed away at the age of 17 from kidney disease & hyperthyroidism in October 2000. Mommy had hoped it would be a very long time before she was faced with this awful disease again. She will do her very best to give me the greatest care possible & lots of TLC.

I am eating the k/d canned and dry foods pretty well so far. Mommy says it is extremely difficult having one baby on a special diet. But we are doing our best with this situation & taking it one day at a time.

Thanks again for your prayers & concern. We really do appreciate it. Job 12:10 says “In God’s hands is the life of every creature.” We believe this to be true.

The temperature was high 77 & low was 40 this morning, now it's 77 with humidity 31% & wind is 14 MPH WSW. Monday's suppose to be Showers & High 66.

♥ Well, mom told Callie 239447 that she met her match!!!! Saturday morning mom just happened to look over at the end of the couch to see Sassee 10605 sitting on it, which mom thought was awfully strange cuz she never gets on that end table then she seen Callie hunkered down under the top shelf of the end table. Mom told Sassee to leave her alone then mom had to pry Callie out from under that shelf part!!!! That's the first time Callie's been scared. Mom told Callie not to mess with Sassee especially when Sassee's in pain!!!! Sassee is the ALPHA girl inside!!!! No one was hurt!!!!

♥ Mom opened dad's window after she finished her kitty chores so we could go out in the cattery. Funny thing is though, she had it boarded up with plywood as it's suppose to rain today and she didn't want everything getting wet. At least we got the fresh air as well as relaxing out there!!!!

♥ Mom and dad didn't do much xcept relaxed and watched a couple movies on tv then some recorded shows on the DVR.

♥ Mom took the first cuttings of two roses today from her rose bushes. One is of her Angel Face which has a beautiful fragrance and the other is Jacobs Coat.

Well,mom had the gbaby yesterday and today,so mom played with the G'baby a lot and dad rode her around in a little cart full of hay pulled by the lawn mower! She really loved that,and while mom waited for them to come back,I got lots of lap time and petting! Later,mom made triple chocolate fudge cupcakes,loaded the G'baby down with a couple,and is sending her home...hyper!,Hehe!! Hope your day was good!~Purrs,Bart

The temperature was high 84 & low was 49 this morning, now it's 82 with humidity 46% & wind is 0 MPH. Sunday's suppose to be Rain & High 74.

♥ After mom finished with helping Sausha 22506 & Teakee 25544 with their Adoptiversary Thank Yous last night, mom changed my profile photo then afterwards she got off the computer then she sat on the couch so I jumped up on her lap for my lovings.

♥ Mom and dad did a BIG SURPRISE to all of us inside kitties today. First thing this morning after mom got her kitty chores done, she went to The Veterinary Hospital to buy a can of "Siphotrop Plus II" spray @ $28.00 then mom made us all go out in the cattery [xcept for Callie, Kittzi & Sylvr Tuff] then she closed dad's bedroom window so we couldn't come inside. How CRUEL is that???? Then after mom got everything put up and away, she put Callie 239447 in a carrier then out in the back room and then she put Kittzi 160203 & Sylvr Tuff into their carrier then in the back room also. Mom made dad go out to the back room as well then mom started the spraying process then she. too went in the back room.

♥ While the spray was drying, mom & dad came in the cattery with stuff in their hands and closed the cattery door when they were in with us. Dad held us one by one on the bench while mom sprayed us down with Frontline Spray and worked it into our fur with her fingers then when she was done she brushed each of us!!!!

♥ Mom also washed all the beddings and such from dad's bed, the couches and kitty beds which was about 7 loads of wash!!!! So, we have all been flea sprayed in between our monthly flea treatments plus the main part of the house has been flea treated as well. This year is really bad for fleas.

How has your day been.A gloomy cloudy day here for us,no mr.sun,he must have ran awhile for awhile I guess,ole sun.Got to go out to do my daily exploring,checked out all my usual places,nothing much going on out today.No mouseys or anything,groundhogs were out,but they hid when they saw us.Then I played in the tall grass,Spotty was hid sitting there and I sneaked up on him to see what he was doing,but he saw me and he ran also,guess he thought I was going to wack him,but I just wanted to say hi,walked a little more,then we sit down for a few minutes,mom was watching Spotty turned around and I was chomping on something,mom said Spongie spit that out but to late I already had ate it,must have been a bug mom said,hehe.Then mom said time to go in,she has not felt good today,so in we came.Made al my rounds through the house,then went down to my apartment to explore,mom said you better not eat anything down there little man,I did not stay long,to gloomy down there,the ole basemnt monster might have been hid somewhere and chased me,so I came back up. I went to rest with mom,she gave me,Wicket treats on the bed,then I went got mr,inntertube and brought him back to visit mom,and gave her a big ole kity kiss.Now I'm laying on my toy rug looking out the door at some birds,guess I will nap awhile,mom keep me up all night,every time she was up,I was right beside her,Cindell eating,Missy napping,Wicket looking out the window,Baby wandering through the house.Mom said thanks for thinking of her,that helps.We hope mom has a Happy Mothers Day,you all give her lots of kitty kisses,purrs,pawhugs,Spongie,Gang,Angels.

How are you today.Was a nice day here for us but is pouring rain now.Glad mom got me out to explore before the rain.Missy did not want to go out,she just wanted to nap.Went to all my usual places,checked under mousey bushes,in the tall grass,ate grass,then a huge bumble bee got after me,mom,it was flying all aournd moms head,she tried to shoo it away but it would not go,then it flew down close to me and I wacked it with my paw before mom could stop me,it landed on the ground,then flew off,scared mom cause she thought I might have got stung but I didn't,ole bee,scared mom so bad she started crying,thinking I had gotten stung,she finally got calmed down enough to see that I kept on walking and did not show any signs of that ole bee stinging my little paw,mom was so scared she could not walk for a minute,she hugged me all over,then I said awwww mom I'm ok,lets go exploring more,so off we went.Then we saw the groundhogs sticking ot thier heads from thier hole,they saw us comming and back in they went,I said hi all groundhogs how are you on this nice day,hehe.Then mom let me go into the tall grass just far enough to play like a tigger in the grass,hehe,thats what she calls it.I love to hide in there and look out over all the grass,I saw one of the outside kittys sleeping in the grass but mom would not let me go visit,she knew I would wack it and make it run.Then I watched Oreo having fun in the grass,he was jumping all over the place,mom said he sure does look funny doesn't he Spongie.Then mom got tired and we had to sit down for a few minutes,I liked that,got to stay out longer and watch all the birds,a huge crow flew right over our heads,mom said whew,sure glad he did not poopie on us,hehe.We just sat and listed to the birds singing,watched a yellow butterfly fly right over Spotty's head,he ran after it,it got away.Then mom got rested and said ok Spongie,time to go in,well I lay down and would not move,she tugged and said lets go,nope not going in this time,but ole cane sure gave me a mean look and up I come,one day I will hide that thing.Came in,made my rounds all ok,then mom heard a bang,and I had wacked Baby off the cat tree,I got scolded for that,so I gave mom a mean look,got mr.innertube and went to pout on moms bed,she came in to rest and gave me and Wicket some treats,then I napped.Now I'm napping on my toy rug,sure dark,gloomy in here,ole rain,Gang are all napping also,mom said its to quiet in here.Thats terrible that the bank was not taking deposits,I bet that did make mom angry after she needed to go shopping,pawhugs,Spongie,Gang,Angels.

How are you? Yesterday I visited Dr. William for my annual checkup, blood work (CBC, 6-panel, T3 & T4), shots and 3-month Schirmer eye test. First the good news – my eyes are doing well.

Mommy’s intuition told her something was going on with me, so now the not-so-good mews. I am in the very early stages of kidney disease:
My BUN level = 38 (normal is 16-36)
My Creatinine = 2.6 (normal is .8-2.4)

Dr. William says we caught this early. For now, we are going to treat it by changing my diet to Prescription Diet k/d. So far, I am eating both the k/d canned and the k/d dry food. We will recheck my levels in 3 months.

I also have a UTI, so I am taking Clavamox, the wonder drug. My thyroid level (T4) is in the “grey area” so Dr. William sent some of my blood to Texas A&M so they can run a test called T4 by Equilibrium Dialysis. We should receive those results next week.

As you can imagine, Mommy is very upset, stressed, & worried about me. Please keep us in your prayers.

♥ We got to stay out in the cattery til about 10:30 last night then mom made us come back in. This morning after mom did the kitty chores, she opened dad's bedroom window so we could go out in the cattery again for the day.

♥ Mom bought her a new weedeater at Wal*Mart since her other one quit early last year. This morning about 8:00 mom went out in the back yard to use her new weedeater for the first time and got the whole back yard done. Most of the grass was about 4 feet tall so the weedeating took longer. Mom got it done in about 2 hours. She said she will do the mowing tomorrow back there. Sissee 11531 watched mom and mom told her she was surprised she didn't run into hiding like all the other outside kitties!!!!

♥ UPDATE 5/09: SASSEE'S 10605 front legs are swollen pretty good again from her arthritis. Mom thinks maybe cuz she goes out in the cattery which means walking down and back up on the ramp at about a 45 degree climb!!!! She loves being out in the cattery as well. She also gets her daily dose of 2 pills of Dasuquin. She's pretty good at taking them for mom!!!!

♥ SYLVESTER 11567 has been limping the last few days on one of his front legs. Mom has brought him in the back room yesterday to check him out good, but couldn't find anything so he may have jumped wrong and hurt it. Mom's keeping watch on him closely!!!!

How are you today.A warm day for us,it was almost 70 out there,but the breeze was a little cool.So Missy did not want to go out again,she naps lots now.Mom thought the dryer warmer weather would help her ole pain,but has not yet,ole pain she said,hey mom want me to wack that ole pain away for you,I can wack good,hehe!Got to go out to explore,went to all my usual places,ate grass,gotta have my grass,makes me have strong muscles like popeye,hehe!Checked out all mousey bushes,nothing there,lookd in the tall grass and a grasshopper jumped right over my head,I took after it but it got away,I wanted to chomp it down,I like to eat grasshoppers,mom always tries to take them from me,but I eat them before she can.Then we saw the groundhogs sticking thier head out of the hole,mom spoke to them and they went right back in,they sure are fast.Mom noticed that when Oreo walks by that hole he goes way arond it hehe,guess he don't want ole mom groundhog after him.Then I tried to sneak up on 2 robin birds in the grass,but they flew away,ole birdies,I just wanted to play with them.Walked some more,sat in mr sun for a few minutes,thn mom said time to go in,I hissed a little but I came on in.I ran through the house did not mess anything up,moved the condo across the floor,carried mr.inntertube,looked out the windows ate treats,then went to rest with mom.Now I'm laying in the window in the sun,ahhh that fresh air sure does feel good on the ole fur,hehe,I'm watching all the outside kitties and some birds flying all around,there is a bird thats singing really loudly to me,mom said she might take me back out since its warmer,yaaaaa,outside here I come again,hehe.Baby playing on the cat tree ,Missy,Cindell, Wicket are all napping,they are missing all the fun looking outside.Mom said thanks for thinking of her,that sure helps,pawhugs,Spongie,Gang,Angels.

♥ Mom was busy this morning with cleaning the house, washing & drying laundry then folding and putting away before their purr*sonal Bible Study this afternoon.

♥ After they left then mom made a couple cheeseburgers. Dad had a Medicare Practioner Nurse coming here at 3:30 this afternoon, but she arrived a half hour early so dad only got to eat half of his sandwich. She just did some first time things with dad since he HAD to sign up.

♥ Mom opens dad's bedroom window so we have been going outside in the cattery everyday. We get to stay out til about 7:00 or 7:30 in the evenings then mom makes us come back in so she can close the window. A couple times when it was hot here, we didn't have to come in til about 10:30 at night!!!!

How are you today.A cloudy day here for us but mr.sun did come out for a few minutes,so mom took me out.Still a little to cool for Missy to go out,so she just naps.So off me,mom went to explore,checked out all mousey bushes,nothing there,I crawled into the tall grass to look around,not even a ole bug out today for me to chase.So I ate grass,then mom said Spongie lets be quiet,the groundhogs are out by their hole,so we walked real quiet,but they saw us and off they went like a streak intot thier hole,ole groundhogs,I wanted to tell them good morning and ask them how they were,hehe!They sure are growing fast,we love watching them and seeing them grow.Then I watched some crows flying all over,they sure were squaking loudly as they went over.Then I looked behind me and Spotty,Oreo,Little Girl were all following me,mom,we were all walking in a straight line.I will turn around and look at them and they just stop still,hehe.Mom said she would be glad when it was warm enough for us to sit out again.The ole grass eating monster was sitting in the yard,so I hoped up on it and sit in the seat for a minute,that thing looked scary so off I came,it might start up and get me!Then mom said time to go in, I did not want to then a biG puff of wind came and I pulled mom in,I don't like that ole wind.No running today but I made my rounds through the house,all ok,carried mr.inntertube for a while,lay on my toy rug and looked out the door,got tired of that,lay in the kitty cube,then went to rest with mom for a few minutes,she gave me,Wicket some treats on the bed,Wicket tried to eat my treats so I had to give him a little wack,then I lay down with mom,napped for a few minutes.So now its raining again,so guess I will go nap some more on moms bed,Baby playing on the cat tree,she is running up down the tree,then jumping on the table,Missy,Cindel,Wicket napping,Baby likes to play when we all nap,gues she knows she can play without getting a wack,hehe!Yaaa,thats great that mom is getting you all a new cat tree,bet you all cannot wait to play on it,Pawhugs,Spongie,Gang,Angels.

♥ Mom opened dad's bedroom window this morning so we could go out in the cattery. Then mom went out in the front yard to dig up a rose bush that died and replaced it with the new one that came from the Big Brown truck (UPS) on Monday. This is a SPECIAL Rose Bush sent to mom in Memorial of PAPPOOSE'S 10366 Forever Sleep on 4/24/2012 from our sweet friends Mouse 219407; Tucker 219145 & Momma Lynn. The Rose is called "Always & Forever" and the flowers will be Red!!!! Mom then watered all her flowers.

♥ Mom and dad then loaded the truck with more scrap metal then while dad hauled it off to the scrap yard mom did some weeding in the front yard. Then they loaded up aluminum so dad hauled it off while mom did more weeding and finally they loaded up more scrap wood then dad hauled it off. Mom wasn't in to anymore weeding or work!!!!

How has your day been.A nice day for us but is raining now,glad I got to go out earlier,well mom had to get me out,I was tearing down the house,running,scooting on the floors,tearing up the rugs and throwing things all over the floor,I was running so fast,I jumped up on the counter right into the water bowl turned it over,water was going all over the place,got my little pawsfur all wet,I shhok off my paws and wet mom all over,mom said Spongie stop right now little man,look what you did,she just shook her head and cleaned up the water,the ole pinching stick cleaned up the floor.Mom said ok lets get you outside now,I sure know how to get mom to get me out,hehe!Out we went,I explord in my usual places,ate grass,then mom said shhh lets be very quiet,I see the groundhogs,we slipped up on them and yaaaa,mom finally got a few pictures,not very good but you can see one of the babies with its head looking out from the hole,mom put them on my page,then you will see one of me standing right on the groundhog hole in front of the building,mom let me stand there just long enough to get my picture,then we were outta there before mom groundhog came out,hehe.Mom was so glad to get the pictures,she was giggling the whole time she was taking them,I said mom be quiet you will scare them,hehe!Then I found a hole with a bug in it and was digging after him,but ole bug got away from me,I was going to eat that ole bug!Then I saw Oreo,Spotty hid in the tall grass,I slipped up real quiet and jumped at Spotty,scared him so bad he took off running and did not look back hehe,that was fun.Then it was time to go in,I hissed and lay down,but ole cane gave me a mean look and I hopped up and came right in.I ate,then carried mr.innertube for a few minutes,no more running,I was tired so I went to rest with mom ,I hopped up on the bed and licked mom right on the head,mom said Spongie you slobberd on me,hehe!Now I'm napping on the cat tree recharging the ole Spongie batteries,Gang are also napping,its raining,gloomy dark in here now.Mom also put some pictures of Missy outside on Gangs page,look at the one where the pretty yellow butterfly flew and landed right by MissyWonder why Rosie is chasing you, maybe if you tunred and let her see you are not going to run she will stop that.Thanks so much for always thinking of mom,today has been a little less pain,seems like one day good,one bad,pawhugs,Spongie,Gang,Angels.

How are you today.Mr.sun came out for us awhile today and I got to go out for a few minutes,I sure was glad to get back outside to explore, I got out and said hi ole mr.sun,sure glad to see you today!It was a little to cool for Missy to be out so she just stayed in,napped.Got to explore under all mousey bushes nothing there,ate grass,I love my grass,explored in the tall grass,I love doing that,mom said I must like to think I'm a Lion and hide in the grass,hehe!Then we came around the building where the groundhog hole is,did not see the groundhogs,but all of a sudden one of them darted out of the hole and almost ran right into moms leg,scared me so bad I ran into the fench and got my tail caught,mom said the groundhog was comming out to eat grass and did not hear us and ran right out in front of us,ole groundhog scared the fur off me and scared mom also,she said Spongie think I outta take after ole groundhog with mean ole cane,yep mom,thats the thing to do I said,but he might get you cause you can't run fast enough,them mom groundhog would come out on you,hehe!Ole thing made me pull the fur on my tail on that ole fence!I outta wack that thing when he sticks his head back out,hehe!Mom did not have her camera, would not have did any good as fast as that groundhog ran!Walked a little more,watched the birds, and Oreo,Spotty jumping through the tall grass,sat in mr.sun for a few minutes then mom said time to go in,so in we came.I took a race through the house,things went flying all over this time,mom said slow down Spongie,can't mom gotta get muscles in the ole legs,paws so I can run from ole groundhogs,hehe!Then out came ole pinching stick to clean up my mess I made in the floor,then he found 2 of our cat toys under the desk.Then mom could not find mr,innertube for me to carry,I was looking all over,mom fianlly found him sticking out from under the bed,guess I must have hid him there during the night,then I rested a little while with mom.Now I'm laying on my toy rug looking out the door,mr sun is gone and it looks like rain again,ole rain.Gang are all naping in thier usual spots.You should have heard Wicket take a run through the house today,he was sliding all over the wod floor,mom said it sounds like a little horse when Wicket takes a run,hehe! Mom said thanks for always thinking of her,yes this damp weather sure makes her hurt lots more,Pawhugs,Spongie,Gang,Angels

daddy is now starting week 4 without working as he paints houses and this weather is holding all that up for now so momma cant afford to get our home puter fixed till he gets back to working and she can only blog for us when at work and she dont want to get in trouble so our blogs will be few till home puter can be fixed.
we have had rain all weekend plus most of last week also and is bad cloudy today with dark clouds so it will probably rain again today.

May 6, 2013--- Guess its about time!
Good Monday Morning! Have a super day! We want to apologize that it has been forever since we did a good round of blogging on CC. We are well and have told a few friends that mom is planning a big trip to visit family in Norway this summer. Also, a cousin from Norway will be returning here for a visit after. Mom has to do some painting and work on the house too or arrange for it to be done. Kitty care and a house-sitter is arranged. Doggy care is in the works. Mom got her e-ticket and her Passport came Saturday.

We also feel guilty that K.Barney did promise continued stories time to time and so far we have not! Well, we do have one for today, but will have to keep it short. Not a story mom is too proud of, because she should have listened to Angel Pasha, who you met during our Catpaign. One summer night he bit her arm to wake her out of a sound sleep and then ran to the window. To mom's credit she looked out, but did not see anything, so chased Pasha from their room. He tried to protest and kept running to the window, but mom still did not see anything and did not investigate further. Well, she did lean her lesson----- in the morning she talked to her neighbor and found out he had been gone that night and his house was robbed! Mom felt so guilty that she had not done more, but she was so tired and did not see or hear anything from where she was. She sure learned that cats may have more of a sense when something is wrong than most humans realize. Of course, there are still times when we kitties just can't sleep and we want some company.

The temperature was high 87 & low was 48 this morning, now it's 86 with humidity 23% & wind is 19 MPH N. Monday's suppose to be Partly Sunny & High 75.

♥ It has been so warm it that for the first time, mom left the front room windows opened all night!!!! Today, we stayed out in the cattery all day!!!!

♥ Mom and dad didn't do much of anything. Mom did take the garbage and the yard debris recycle bins to the sidewalk curb for morning pickup.

♥ Mom was sitting outside on the bench swing in the front yard today letting Bahneetah 10641 have her outside time when two boys was walking their doggie and looking for their gray kitty. They asked mom, but mom told them she hasn't seen it!!!!

♥ Mom changed my profile photo to a new one that she took in January.
