Lend Me a Kitten
I will lend to you for a while
a kitten, God said.
For you to love while she lives,
and mourn when she's dead.
Maybe for twelve or fourteen years,
or maybe two or three.
But will you, 'till I call her back,
take care of her for me?

Thanks for the vote. I am leaving you a vote, too. I think all the kitties are such cuties! I'm sorry that it appears so many of them have passed. Were they from the same litter or just different over a period of a long time? Well, it's always sad to lose our furbabies. We lost Bundles and Lil' Bit awhile ago and still think of them often. Hi Striker!
How sad to cross the bridge so young. We had a foster kitten cross at 4 days old. Mom still misses her. We have a very active Angel Community here on CC. RIP Striker
I had three kittens rescued from hurricane Floyd. Flo was a sister to Lucky and Rhuby. She saved their lives because we didn't know they were fill of worms. I understand your grief for a great baby.
