Education: I outgrew my paw deformities. My front legs have straightened out remarkably (see pics), but now I have a bulldog bend and an extra strut in my hips!
My favorite tricks and treats are: I am an expert at enticing mommy and daddy to play and I will eat anything, and if you turn your back, it's MINE!
Where I hang out: Snoozing on mommy's mouse hand while she plays on the computer! I also like to swat at the screen while the cursor moves.
My favorite grubs: Whatever food mommy feeds us, but I make it my business to sample everything.
My pet peeves: I hate it when mommy doesn't pay attention to me! She should never stop paying attention to me! Plus that Nibbler needs to learn to stop biting my tail!
What I love about my owners: She holds me and loves me and calls me her precious. She gives me snuggle time where I sleep in her arms like a baby and she doesn't move until I'm done napping.
My cat hobbies: Play with my mommy! I sidle into the room, and she knows it's play time. She chases me and ruffs me up and I hide behind the TV and attack! And now Daddy plays with me too!
Pet motto: It's snuggle time! NOW!!!!!

How We Met
Mommy took me from her grandparents farm for protection because there was a coyote eating my litter mates. She saved me and my little brother, Wimpy. Grandma told mommy to keep us, but before she could get Wimpy to the vet, he died. She got me there just in time! I had fleas, ear mites, an ear infection, a respiratory infection, and worms. I'm much better now! I'm one of the healthiest cats the vet has ever seen!

Hi Gimpy & Furmily!
Long time no meow! I apawlogize but moving sure got everyone's fur in a knot but we're all here safe. We're not getting let outside yet much cuz its too cold, so I've got a bit of spring fever going on.
How are you & all your fursibs doing? I'm so sorry that you all got fleas; did you guys get that purroblem resolved? I'm even sorryer about How you got them in the first place! I just can't believe that the people below you moved out & left 6 kitties behind!!! For 2 months!!! Didn't anyone hear their cries as they were starving & dying that horrible death? What a tragedy! Do you know if those people ever got convicted? Oh gosh, we've lost sleep thinking about that; can you believe there are such #!$%&~! in the world? I hope they get whats coming to them but it still would never be enough. I'm gonna put a hex on them that they suffer a long miserable death like they inflected upon those poor furbabies!
I'm sorry you all had to go thru the flea thing; gosh I bet that was scary to be taken out of your home so they could bomb the place. Did Bella & Nibbles rash disappear finally? Did the fur come back around Bella's purrty neck? What a horrible time you all had to go thru...not to mention those poor innocent 6 kitties! I feel so bad about that Gimpy; it really bothers me that hoomans can be so heartless!
Well, enough about that. How is your meowm doing & your new daddy? I'm so glad he's taken to you all in the way he has & even cleans your litterbox; thats so cool; the main thing is that you're all happy, including mom! I pounced by & give all your fursibs a votey too. I'm glad all is well with you & I'm so sorry I never got back to you for so long cuz I've missed you all & I hope you're all feelin finer than frog's hair. Meow when you can!

Hi there, Gimpers!
You know, it just seems that Thanksgiving is a BAD time of the year for Mom's family. Our Grandpaw's sister in law died the day after Thanksgiving, then Grandpaw wound up BACK in the hospital right after that. He's having heart issues these days and may have had another stroke to go along with that. Grandpaw is in the nursing home for the 2nd time this year. Mom is very, very stressed out.
WOW! Those poor abandoned kitties! And YOUR FAMILY...getting all those nasty horrible fleas! YUCK! Yeah, Mom has taken us outside when the weather's nice, but Mom puts that nasty stuff on our necks...she calls it Revolution. She says it keeps the fleas, ticks, ear mites and all those nasty critters stay away from us. Well, I for one don't like the nasty smellign Revolution, either! Sure hope Bella and all of you are feeling better now.
Sorry you don't have a Christmas tree this year, but I can see your mom's point. My little brother Piper is 3 years old but he just LOVES to climb our tree and make Mom yell at him. I think he just does it to get attention. I think it would upset your mom if all of you kitties climbed up your tree and broke it.

Hi Gimpy!!!
SO good to hear from mew! How are you all? How is Busty, Bella & all the other fursibs doing? I've thought of you guys from time to time & hoped you all were okay! I'm sorry your meowm had to go thru a hard time at work & stuff but I'm glad it all worked out okay in the end. Is your new daddy good to all of you? Do you & your fursibs like him lots & does he meet your approval? MOL!
Not much mew around here; been real hot & maw & paw are going on vacation fur 2 weeks or so; maybe they can get out of the heat for awhile. I'm just catching up on my blogs cuz we'll be offline for awhile after this. We have our house for sale; no offers yet though. Maybe when we sell it, maw can relax enough to buy that book your maw's reading; the Warrior by Erin Hunter; sounds good! We love snuggling in bed with her at night when she reads but as soon as she's asleep & it becomes the 'witching hour' we go wandering outside into the moonlite & the mysteries of the ravine below.
So good to hear from you's again & we'll meow after a couple weeks, okay?

GIMPY!!!! SOOOOOOO great to hear
from you! Yes, it has been a VERYYYYY long time since we mewed at one another.
Mom and all of us are SOOOOOOOOO HAPPY to hear GOOD things have been happening to you, your family and your mom. She DESERVES good things happening to her!
We have had a lot of changes around here too. Our Grandpaw had a bad stroke at Thanksgiving, then had surgery and nearly died! He was in the hospital and rehab for a very long time, and Mom has been going baack and forth to do things for Grandpaw. She's not home very much any more and we really miss her. She's not on CC very much anymore either...because she says she has too little time for that. She says that she would rather spend time with US than on the computer. And WE AGREE!
Oh...and there have been changes at our house too. Mom and Dad had the ENTIRE YARD fenced in with a new picket fence and that means that every now and then they let us all run around in the gardens. Now they are putting in a fancy stone path and it's interesting to walk on. But it's been REALLY REALLY HOT and they haven't let us outside much in the heat.
