I hope your Christmas was merry and the blessings and the joy of the day continues to stay. Did you get treats and a toys? Isn't Christmas a wonderful giving time? I think we should strive to keep that spirit everyday. I will try if you will.
I got a mouse and a feather wand, and I could go on and on. Mom got a neat nail clipper with a magnifying glass and a lamp for beside her chair, Christmas cookies, footies, and the most special unexpected rescue.
She fell but did not get injured except her pride. She could not get up and had to call friends out in lousy weather on a Christmas Eve. They got out of bed, came out on a wet, cold night and picked her up off of the floor. That is friendship. Without friends like that Mom would end up in a Nursing Home and well....they do not allow cats in the nursing home . We can not even think about that because my Mom is not going anywhere. Today like yesterday it continues to SNOW, SNOW, SNOW! Speaking as a strictly indoor kitty I think it is pretty. But the cars are sliding, and people are slipping so I guess it is not nice for everybody.

I think it's so cool, because mom has a donkey named Izzy, and there used to be a manx kitty that lived here named Mittins ( she now has a new home, but is doing very well! ) and of course, my name is Calie, but only spelled with one "L"! Hi Callie. Thanks for stopping by on this cold and wintery day. Did you get lots of snow? We have three foot drifts in the drive that Mom is convinced won't go away until the spring thaw, heh, heh.
