How We Met
Monica was a feral cat who my son bottle fed while on a tour of Guantamo Bay Cuba with the Navy. When his tour was over he brought Monica with him to Baharain, then to Italy. When he began training K-9's for the military and got a shephard named Sarge, she hated the dog and came to live with me.

Thank you for stopping by to remember my crossing anniversary on the 19th dear furiend & I apologize for the delay in responding back!
It's hard for mom to believe that I've been gone for 5 years now because the memories she has of me are as fresh as if they happened yesterday. Time does indeed help heal the heart but the pawprints I left can never be erased. Thanks again for remembering me & for showing how much you care by being there for my family!

a big thank you
for dropping by for my surprise birthday party yesterday. we forgot about it if you can believe about that? janet said it slipped her mind what with the furnace going out and then returning to walking early before breakfast and leaving for work on work mornings and garden work, she had her hands full! the guy showed up early afternoon just about when she was going out to work in her herb and mommy's little garden to clean and plant a few things. she's headed out shortly to work on the last of the weed-ing for the next few weeks she hopes. sandy,ana,haley, angelsCome visit me, ana, haley, malachi is my boyfriend! whiskerscotm & sandy, angels, vote whiskers cotm!.

guess what?
janet didn't make her deadline of 1 this afternoon for blogging! oh well she's been telling one and all what she's been doing since she dropped her car off at the garage in north amherst after she got out of work and once again is now carless! she was cooking all afternoon yesterday since the wind was really cold and knocked the socks off of her when she walked with pepper upon getting in from work. she made/froze 2 more pasta dishes, then in the slow cooker a beef vegetable and barley soup which is now ready for supper tonight with italian bread. she's also worked out her easter lunch menu too and is looking up a few other possibilities too! praying that janet's mom has a good report back once she gets home this afternoon from the 'pedic doctor and no surgery has to be done. sandy, ana, haley, angelsCome visit me, ana, haley, malachi is my boyfriend! whiskerscotm & sandy, angels, vote whiskers cotm!.

we're moving

for stopping by my page to wish me a happy 20th Birthday. On my cloud, I had fun blowing out candles on my dandelion kitty birthday cake with my Angel friends. As those dandelion seeds floated down, Mom was thinking of all the fun times we had together and sent me birthday wishes & kisses.
I made my Mama a very happy Mama, you know!! I continue to keep my beautiful eyes perched on her and will protect her always. I'm a VERY LOVED Sweet Angel Boy!
Mom's having a professional artist in Canada draw a combination adult and kitten picture of me. She's can't wait to see it!! All winter she's been creating (2) scrapbooks in my honor which celebrate our life together.

stopping by with a
mid morning visit seeing janet was up early and out walking twice like she does in the warmer weather. first it was to see the sunrise over the eastern sky from the mt. pollux conservation area, then finishing walking the middle street block and once home out the door with pepper around the big block. it's clouded over again, but is brightening some. janet's had a clean dentist visit and goes back in september, so that makes 2 visits in one month a week apart. sandy, ana, haley, angelsCome visit me, ana, haley, malachi is my boyfriend! whiskerscotm & sandy, angels, vote whiskers cotm!.

wow!
is all we can say about today after a cloudy and cool start this morning. clear and sunny out there right now and so nice janet walked twice and wanted to stay outside, but had this to finish up. found out she'll get her car back likely in the next 21/2 weeks as the mail is slow and there's some paperwork coming from the office in albany, ny to here likely a week before she gets that sometime next week. snow amount is down again too from 24" to 11" and likely to go down even more in the next two days as well as today! sandy, ana,haley, angelsCome visit me, ana, haley, malachi is my boyfriend! whiskerscotm & sandy, angels, vote whiskers cotm!.

we could've
left footprints in the snow, but that's all gone seeing it was only 1/4" and that is only left now in shaded/protect-ed areas only. got more chances for a little more tomorrow or wednesday with another front, then warming into the upper 30s to lower 40s and rain and snow showers here on friday, then still the same after that front goes through so we're liking the warming trend, but know the cold air will be back! sandy,ana,haley,angelsCome visit me, ana, haley, malachi is my boyfriend! whiskerscotm & sandy, angels, vote whiskers cotm!.
