An hour and 25 minutes of funny, cute and interesting short feline videos consisting of four categories:
1. CATness: the essence of cat behavior, capture a cat (or multiple cats) just being a cat, moments of pure cat wonder, quirkiness, and delight;
2. CATcom: capture a cat (or multiple cats) in a humorous situation;
3. CATventure: capture an indoor cat (or multiple cats) on an adventure;
4. CATchall: miscellaneous category for Entries that don't fit in to one of the other categories.
Judging criteria:
Originality & overall artistic impression (25%)
Cinematography & overall technical production (15%)
Audience appeal & entertainment quality (15%)
Portraying cat playfulness or quirks (if appropriate) (15%)
Sense that there's a story being told (15%)
Portraying cat's perspective (15%)
This year's awards took place in October but never to early to videotape kitties for the next event.

My Mommy Ceci and I would like to wish you,your sweet Mom Susan and all at your home a Very Merry Christmas!!
Thanks a lot for your loving message and nice words regarding me crossing to the Rainbow Bridge. They mean a lot to my Momma because she misses me with all her heart.
It´s lovely over here at the Rainbow and I can see my sisters playing with Mom and getting ready for Christmas.
Lola spent most of the day staring at the birdies that come to say: Hi! in our balcony and little Sally caught a buggie in the kitchen. It was a hard work for her. It´s too bad that Mommy took it away from her. MOL!!
Maybe you would like to come to my cloud and stay for dinner with me and my sister Angel Blackie. Our friend Angel Paw Paw will be coming too.

Thank you Angel Tigger & family...
As the families spokes kitty I wanted to thank you for your kind words, they really are quite comforting. We feel truly blessed to have so many friends on cat channel who have taken the time to remember our family. It is such a comfort to know that so many friends and kitties we did not have the opportunity to get to know have taken the time to vote for our brother Sammy to be the Angel COTD. Mom feels so lost right now and did not think we would be able to send out these thank you notes but in some strange way it feels good to be back on cat channel and even though we are crying as we sit in front of the computer it has brought us closer to our friends and that is all of you and we want to thank each and every one of you for making the pain a little easier to bare.
