How We Met
One day my husband came home from work and he was on our deck. As soon as he said "Hi, where did you come from" He ran up and wanted attention and tp be petted. When my husband unlocked the door to come inside, Oscar flew by him and ran into the basement. We decided that someone must have dumped him here, so we took him into the vet and got his shots taken care of. He is the sweetest cat! Guessing his B-Day 11/18/08

1. CATness: the essence of cat behavior, capture a cat (or multiple cats) just being a cat, moments of pure cat wonder, quirkiness, and delight;
2. CATcom: capture a cat (or multiple cats) in a humorous situation;
3. CATventure: capture an indoor cat (or multiple cats) on an adventure;
4. CATchall: miscellaneous category for Entries that don't fit in to one of the other categories.
Judging criteria:
Originality & overall artistic impression (25%)
Cinematography & overall technical production (15%)
Audience appeal & entertainment quality (15%)

This year's awards took place in October but never to early to videotape kitties for the next event.

Hey Oscar & Kat Friends,
WHY, What???? I got Mom Margo to log on today to help me with more campaigning,and to send out a vote for my COTD campaign that I was hoping to win tomorrow. SOooooooo needless to say, I was very much amazed to see myself in the winners box a day early, I am shocked to say the least and, not quite sure how this could have happened. I will be rubbing it in my brother Zachary Pierre's face today, like he did to all us girls when he won. Thank you all my kat friends out there for this big surprise a day early. I am at a loss for Meows and feel very special, lucky, & blessed to be your Queen for the Day. Thank you to all those behind this surprise, It is amazing to me and Mom Margo.

Hi there Oscar & Family!
Thank you for stopping by again and “ConCATulating!” me on my big day. It means a lot to me to have so many furiends who care about me so much. I never would have dreamed that an abandoned stray like me, taken in by a loving family, would ever be given such an honor as this. I would like to dedicate my badge to the abandoned pets of all kinds, everywhere. I hope one day they will feel the way I do now ~ Happy, Loved and Secure.
Also, I am overwhelmed by the generosity of everyone here at CatChannel and the people who made this day possible for me. To everyone who gave me treats, piñatas, cakes of all kinds, catnip balloons and toys ~ Thank You! ~ I have been in heaven all day & will be there for quite some time. The temperature is at 88 with humidity at 18% & wind is N 14 MPH. Tuesday is suppose to be Sunny & 93.
WE ARE IN THE RED FLAG HEAT WAVE FOR A COUPLE DAYS.

We are not Basketball fans and don't watch it. Our Basketball and Football teams in Eugene are the Oregon Ducks and our Baseball Team is the Eugene Ems (Emeralds).
I was a bad bad boy yesterday (Sunday). I was in the cattery with Bahneetah and mom was on the couch holding Whyskrs when I attacked Bahneetah. Mom had to use the squirt bottle on me several times before I would quit. Then several minutes later, mom heard some hissing in the cattery only to see it was Sassee hissing at me as I was trying to attack her, too. Mom had to squirt me again but that time I decided it was best for me to come inside and lay on the bed, so I did. Mom gave me a petting and said she loved me, but I wasn't allowed to fight. She also said that it was a good thing dad wasn't here.

LIBBY'S 28430 Momma went back to half day work.
LIBBY has gum infection (on Amoxicillin) & hard tartar on back teeth which was removed. On pills for thyroid.
HAYLEE 59869 is feeling much better.
LEO'S 129433 Momma Janada had drainage tube removed and no more TPN (food bag) on 9/18; remains on antibiotics til 9/23 when PIC line is removed.
RUSTY 80100 Blood work indicates intestinal lymphoma and not Triad Disease.
GIN GIN 12433 ATLANTA, GA has much flooding and there are lots of rescues of people and animals going on. READ HER UPDATE ON THE CMR 46883.
