The Friskies, the cat Oscar award
All CatChannel felines are winners!
An hour and 25 minutes of funny, cute and interesting short feline videos consisting of four categories:
1. CATness: the essence of cat behavior, capture a cat (or multiple cats) just being a cat, moments of pure cat wonder, quirkiness, and delight;
2. CATcom: capture a cat (or multiple cats) in a humorous situation;
3. CATventure: capture an indoor cat (or multiple cats) on an adventure;
4. CATchall: miscellaneous category for Entries that don't fit in to one of the other categories.
Judging criteria:
Originality & overall artistic impression (25%)
Cinematography & overall technical production (15%)
Audience appeal & entertainment quality (15%)
Portraying cat playfulness or quirks (if appropriate) (15%)
Sense that there's a story being told (15%)
Portraying cat's perspective (15%)
This year's awards took place in October but never to early to videotape kitties for the next event.

I couldn't get the hang of the avatar either. to gain points you can vote for other cats by clicking on Club Cat Profiles in the upper right hand corner of the webpage.
when you go to each Club Cat Profile there's a vote button on the upper left hand corner. you can only vote and leave comments for a profile once everyday.Come visit me, Zoe, Kitty A.K.A ~ Shadow & Sammie.
