No, We don't have any dogs. But my Mom had a Border Collie many years ago when she got her first cat, Cheetah. Those two became instant best buddies - slept together. Mom's got pics of that - so cute. I hear dogs outside - but am not sure if I'd like them, although we Bengals are often called "Dogs in cats' clothing". We're supposed to get along with dogs well. Mom says when she retires, she'd like a Golden Retriever.
Did you guys get lots of snow? We got lots of cold!

It's so nice to meet another Tortie just like me. I too like to spend time with my person and follow her around the house wherever she goes. She even lets me sleep on her bed and when I want her up I sit on her face and then meow at her, even if she it's ready to

Hi there! I left you a vote, and I hope you'll come by and leave me one, too. I am running for COTD on January 29th. Please stop by and leave me a vote. Here's a little bit about me: I love catnip! I don't really need it, considering I always act like I've had some when I actually haven't. Actual catnip just makes me even more of a hyper little critter! I love to chase absolutely everything--my brothers, toys, spiders, dust particles, imaginary things...everything. I also love wet cat food, any type. Normally I only get the dry stuff, since Laura says it's better for my teeth. But, on my month-birthdays and on holidays, I get wet food, and I love it! When Laura (my person) adopted my mom, Viviana, a tame stray that was living on a nearby farm where no people lived (as in, there was just a shed and fields, and it was rented out), she had three tiny kittens with her. Laura kept Vivy (the name we like to call my mom) and me, and found good homes for my brothers Storm and Eric. Laura found me on May 29th, and has been giving me month-birthdays every month during my first year. It's nothing much; I just get some extra-special attention and wet food (which I love!), and Laura wishes me a happy birthday. On the day before my January month-birthday, Laura found this website and thought what a great birthday present it would be if I could get Cat of the Day to celebrate my January birthday. So, please vote for me on January 29th and maybe I'll wake up on January 30th to a great birthday surprise! Thanks so much to everyone who stops by to visit me.

Me and my brothers and sisters so want the windows open to sniff the fresh air and listen to the birds in our yard. We can see them and the squirrels, though! Good stuff.
i have a sister, Molly - Tortie - who looks a lot like you; but she's so skittish and only loves Mom - not other cats. she's "assertive" - says my Mom. Well, I'm top cat and say she's not so friendly toward the rest of us. And she's big and beautiful - just not a cat's cat.
I guess you're used to the cold in Colorado - and lots of snow.
