How We Met

My boyfriend bought a 4 acre property a few yrs ago, and she was already living there, along w/2 other cats who have since passed away. She was sort of wild at first-we'd see her in the back fields a lot,probably chasing mice. We gained the trust of her companion (Bairn Kitty R.I.P) after rescuing him from inside of the barn's industrial fan after he'd been stuck there for a few days(he would meow upon hearing us, but as we approached he would be silent since he was wildish & scared & @1st thought I was imagining his cries, but I convinced my boyfriend to climb up into the dark spidery rafters & check & there he was,poor thing)& he was emaciated so we fed him & proved we were trustworthy, & then Sasha started coming round with him. She's never reproduced, & I suspect that she's been fixed/had owners at some point, but they left her & she got into the wild life.She's very nervous & still freaks a little initially when you reach out to pet her, so I hold my hand out just a bit & let her come to me, & then she's very sweet & affectionate. I also suspect she is somewhow related to the other kitties that came later,coz Winston's mom Duchess (R.I.P) was from somewhere in the neighborhood & they have very similiar traits--eyes & body shape.etc...
