1st Proclamation from newly crowned Queen Felicity
Hear Ye! Hear Ye! The Cat Channel community bells are ringing and November's splendid King Spongie has presided over the coronation of our December Queen of CC, Queen Felicity the Fabulously Fluffy Feminine Feline, #92039. Queen Felicity, our yellow rose of Texas, is a Royal 4F thanks to the love and support of so many of you kind CC kitties!!!
As her CC court jesters, we are here to post her first royal proclamation, signed with her special seal ~ a yellow rose:
