Education: Sweet Pea, like her brother Charlie, went from being afraid of their own shadow to very loving cats.

My favorite tricks and treats are: Sweet Pea brings her toys to you where ever you are in the house to play with her. and Sweet Pea will only eat Pounce crunchy turkey and chicken treats.

Where I hang out: Sweet Pea's favorite spot is in the kitchen nook, sitting on a bar stool in the sun, chattering at the birds.

My favorite grubs: Sweet Pea is very finicky. She really doesn't eat anything but her cat food.

My pet peeves: When the sink water isn't turned on when sitting there staring at you to turn it on.

What I love about my owners: She is someone I can trust and loves me very much.

My cat hobbies: Sweet Pea likes to scare me to death in the middle of the night. She has a toy with a plastic wand on it. In the middle of the night, she drags it down the tiled hall, making a terrible noise. She brings it to us in our bedroom and then sits on the floor yelling at us to play with her.

How We Met

My cat Sweet Pea has a brother (Charlie who also has a profile on here). See the picture below of what we looked like as babies. They were found abandoned in a house at 3 1/2 months old. They were unadoptable, per the Animal Control and were going to be euthanized. A local rescue group took them out of Animal Control and a friend of mine works for the rescue group. She asked me to try and socialize the babies and then they could be adopted. ....didn't happen. I adopted them. I have been told by my husband; no more fostering.

Hi there, Sweet Pea!
It's great to meet you! You are truly lovely with that big, fluffy tail and cute little raccoon mask. I, too, like toys-with-noise. I carry my rattle balls to the top of the stairs and drop them down the stairs, then go get them and do it again! And believe me, these people have no grasp of how many of those balls they have purchased over the years -- I'm finding them ALL and putting them to good use! You are a beautiful cat! We are so glad that you have such a wonderful home. Looks like you have a very fluffy tail. We are glad that you came out of your shell. Isn't it fun to play with the toys in the middle of the night and wake up the humans?
