Good Day Everyone! Daddy is still about the same although his ankles have gone down in the swelling department, the right more than the left. We haven't heard from the doctor or about the tests, so now we have to wait till Monday, I guess. Daddy sure is cranky, but I am too when I don't feel good. We aren't used to our Cranky Daddy! He is always so happy! Please keep praying for Daddy and also for Momma for so many things I can't mention them all here! Thanks so much for continuing to vote for me for Queen of June. Momma has another great recipe today, but it takes a little more time than the others, but well worth it! (Personally, I just LOVE the name of it!) So here it is:
YOU GOTTA HAVE SOLE
1/2 lb fillet of sole
2 tbl onion, chopped
2 tbl parsley, chopped
salt and pepper
water
1 tbl butter
1 tbl flour
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated
2 tbl liver
1/2 teaspoon iodized salt
2/3 cup cooked noodles, cut into kitty-bite-size pieces (or cooked rice)
Put sole in a small, greased baking disk. Sprinkle with onion, parsley, and a dash of salt and pepper. Add enough water to just cover the bottom of the dish. Cook in a preheated 450 oven for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven, cool, and cut into kitty-bit-size pieces.
Melt butter in small saucepan. Stir in flour and heat until bubbling. Gradually stir in milk and cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Add cheese, liver, and salt; stir until cheese has melted.
DO NOT BOIL Add chopped fish and noodles to cheese sauce and stir well. Cool and serve. Yields 4 to 6 servings. Store unused portions in an airtight container and keep refrigerated.

Thanks for visiting Rainbow's page. Yes he was the sweetest cat I've ever known. and smart too. I had him for 21 years, it was so hard to lose him, but he was very sick which helped to say goodbye a little easier knowing he wouldn't suffer anymore. I went through withdrawls without a cat so 5 months later I got 2 cats Sammy & Aria from the breeder.Come visit me, Aria, Rainbow (in loving memory) 6/85 - 12/06 & Sammy.
