Nicknames: Lou, Loumeister, Loogie, Lewis. Mom thinks I look like a Bombay, and she thinks I'm quite a gentleman.

Education: Besides being strong, dark and handsome . . . I'm an emotionally intelligent kind of guy - I become offended if my people playfight, and will do my darndest to break it up . . . I get their attention by reowing. sometimes I sleep on my back just to confuse those who say cats don't do that! I put up with my teengirl dressing me in silly clothes. I cuddle with my teens in the morning.
My favorite tricks and treats are: I stand on my hind legs and stretch up high for treats, and if they pick me up so as to put a paw on each shoulder . . . I'll lean in for a hug. and My fave treats are 'Temptations' - any flavour will do, and small bits of raw burger when Mom is cooking . . .
Where I hang out: chair close to the wood stove
My favorite grubs: Chicken or beef chunks with gravy. I really like gravy, so I get my people to add water to make more of it.
My pet peeves: I hate freezing cold and snow days, and I don't like being left out when someone's in the bathroom . . .
What I love about my owners: I get fed often and regularly !
My cat hobbies: typical male - I luv to hunt, eat, sleep !
Pet motto: Tres cool - I am the gentleman here . . .

Good Day Everyone! Daddy is still about the same although his ankles have gone down in the swelling department, the right more than the left. We haven't heard from the doctor or about the tests, so now we have to wait till Monday, I guess. Daddy sure is cranky, but I am too when I don't feel good. We aren't used to our Cranky Daddy! He is always so happy! Please keep praying for Daddy and also for Momma for so many things I can't mention them all here! Thanks so much for continuing to vote for me for Queen of June. Momma has another great recipe today, but it takes a little more time than the others, but well worth it! (Personally, I just LOVE the name of it!) So here it is:
YOU GOTTA HAVE SOLE
1/2 lb fillet of sole
2 tbl onion, chopped
2 tbl parsley, chopped
salt and pepper
water
1 tbl butter
1 tbl flour
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated
2 tbl liver
1/2 teaspoon iodized salt
2/3 cup cooked noodles, cut into kitty-bite-size pieces (or cooked rice)
Put sole in a small, greased baking disk. Sprinkle with onion, parsley, and a dash of salt and pepper. Add enough water to just cover the bottom of the dish. Cook in a preheated 450 oven for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven, cool, and cut into kitty-bit-size pieces.
Melt butter in small saucepan. Stir in flour and heat until bubbling. Gradually stir in milk and cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Add cheese, liver, and salt; stir until cheese has melted.
DO NOT BOIL Add chopped fish and noodles to cheese sauce and stir well. Cool and serve. Yields 4 to 6 servings. Store unused portions in an airtight container and keep refrigerated.

I am begging Mom to make this one for us! It sounds soooo yummy! Actually, I think SHE wants to eat it! (minus the liver though!) Please pray for all our sick kitty friends and their families. Wrap them in your prayers and keep them snuggy in your heart.

Hi Louie,
We just went and visited with your sis, Safira.
So what have you been up to buddy? Is your weather getting warm yet?
We've had lots of rain and to tell you the truth it's kinda nice being on the inside watching it rain instead of being out in it :)
When we have the thunder boomers there's not enough beds for us to hide under, hehe.
For an ole feral like me you'd think it wouldn't bother me but I'm usually the first one to hide under it.
