Hi Apollo
Thank you so much for stopping by the other day to congratulate me on my COTD win. Winning COTD was such a nice surprise for me. Right now, I am feeling a bit under the weather. Mom noticed I was coughing a lot and having some labored breathing yesterday. I seemed to be running a fever as well, so Mom started me on some antibiotics. However this morning, Mom talked the vet and he said I should be getting a different type of antibiotic as I probably had an upper respiratory infection. Mom thinks I have pneumonia as there is so much noise in my chest (other than purring, which I do a lot of). The treatment is pretty much the same, so I'm taking Clavamox for the new few days. I DO NOT want to have to visit the vet so I'm trying to feel better. I don't think they want to see me either as last time I was there--for my big boy surgery--I tried my best to trash the place....oops! Thanks again for stopping by! I have made so much new friends--that's the best part of this whole experience! Hey Apollo! We're all resues, too. We're glad you found a good family to give you lots of love. Mom says she can tell that you are a sweet boy. She's been to the island of Delos, in Greece, where your namesake is said to have been born. We hear it gets cold where you live and snows (! although we don't believe there is such a thing - sounds horrible) so we hope you get to stay inside and have a nice warm place to snuggle.
