My favorite tricks and treats are: He thinks it's beneath his dignity. ;-) and Senior cat treats, hip action. hairball tubes
Where I hang out: Middle of the couch. Everyone else must sit on the edge!
My favorite grubs: Purina Cat Chow Naturals. ANY canned food.
My pet peeves: Being bothered when he tries to sleep and having his ears or teeth cleaned.
What I love about my owners: Good natured, affectionate, funny.
My cat hobbies: Sleep.

Was looking for a yellow Maine Coon but his foster mom talked me into holding him at adoption fair. He was so relaxed and sweet.

Please pray for gentle Rufus
Rufus has CRF and arthritis and is not doing very well, and may have to be euthanized. My heart is breaking. Please say a prayer for Rufus that he will either get better, or will have a peaceful crossing over to that big heavenly field of golden grass where he can just lie and watch the clouds all day. So many FurFriends have helped me reached my first 100 votes since April of this year. Then on September 26th, I was selected Cat of the Day. I received over 130 messages. Look forward to the day when your photos are placed at the side of the page.
My notes are based on a historical event that occurred on the particular day, a monthly calendar observation, can either be a poem or a song, a pretty ASCII design, a riddle or any other interesting news. I am always learning from every message I receive.

Getting old
Ah, dear friends I must tell you that I have just been diagnosed with kidney failure. Luckily it is rather mild at the moment. Everything slows down when you are a senior citizen, but I am making the best of it. Still living with that young whippersnapper, Priss, and we get along a bit better. Sometimes she even gives me a kiss, which I secretly enjoy! I am taking many medicines, but my owner is buying me canned food (yum) so the medicine goes down a bit easier. Best wishes to all fur persons out there. : )
