Power of her words <<..•.¸¸•´¯`•.¸¸Emmeline Pankhurst¸¸.•´¯`•¸¸.•..>> Speech on women's suffrage on November 13, 1913. "I do not come here as an advocate. I am here as a soldier who has temporarily left the field of battle in order to explain what civil war is like when civil war is waged by women. I am here as a person who, according to the law courts of my country, it has been decided, is of no value to the community at all. Women, many of whom you respect, women whom you know have lived useful lives, women whom you know, even if you do not know them personally are animated with the highest movtives, women who are in pursuit of liberty and the power to do useful public service...unless you are prepared to put back civilization two or three generations, you must give those women the vote. Now that is the outcome of our civil war." «-••.•´¯`•.•• ••.•´¯`•.••-» «-••.•´¯`•.•• ••.•´¯`•.••-» Moving conscious awareness into the field of future possibilities (or probabilities) gives us a degree of conscious choice or control over the future our subconscious mind creates. The Sanskrit word for "to know" literally translates into English as "to go through". Until our conscious mind actually experiences an event or manifestation of physical reality it cannot "know" that event or manifestation. «-••.•´¯`•.•• ••.•´¯`•.••-» «-••.•´¯`•.•• ••.•´¯`•.••-» Emmeline Goulden was born in 1858. She married Richard, an attorney, in 1879 to Richard. He shared her convictions about women's rights. He drafted the bill giving married women absolute control over their property and earnings, a bill, which became law in 1882. She was a striking, charismatic woman and an inspiring speaker. "Perhaps it is difficult to rouse women, they are long-suffering and patient, but now that we are roused, we will never be quiet again." In June 1918 British women over age 30 won the right to vote. On July 2, 1928, just three weeks after her death, a law was passed allowing all women over the age of 21 to vote. Her 3 daughters benefited from her steadfast campaign for social justice. Hi Princess You look like my brothers and sisters that were given to a nice lady with lots of kids. My Kitty Mama is a feral kitty that still lives in our neighborhood. My human Mama trapped her and took care of her when she was very pregnant. Then she had her spayed and let her go back to her friends and family. There were 5 of us. Mom found a home for four of us and kept me because I was so cute. That's what she tells me. She is always calling me her cute little booger. I now belong to a big family. Come and visit me and the rest of us. Gave you a vote . RileyCome visit me, Samantha, Twerp, Sweet Pea Penelope, Louisa & Riley.
