Thank you so much for the COTD (Cat of the Day) award. I am so excited for the opportunity to get to know so many new kitty friends and for all my new friends to get to know me.

Since it is very cold here in Pa. I will lay by my human as she attempts to visit as many of you as possible while she pets me all day long. My treat will be human grade tuna fish as that is my favorite meal of all. Question: Why does tuna fish have soy oil in it all of a sudden? I'm suppose to be on no wheat, no corn, no soy no grain diet like a carnivore should be and here the real human tuna fish has soy in it.., Why?
We may or may not take our daily short stroll outside but if we do I will be in my stroller and my feet will not even touch the cold snow. I'm getting use to this whole indoor cats thing, although I will be happy to get to my real home and visit all of my favorite outside trees. My indoor cat tree needs some repairs and so maybe that will get done as well since I am Cat of the Day.Come visit me, Vicki, Tina, Izy & Magellan.

I went over and left a note on Savannahs page. Mom was out of town for the weekend and busy last week getting ready. So I didnt even see the messages until tonight. I am hoping we kindle our relationship but I also am a little afraid of being hurt again. Most of all I am so relieved that she and her family are ok. She wrote me a little song. Thanks for being so prompt in your response regarding my furbrother, Red. And thanks for the advice, too! I told Mom and she says she will keep an eye on Red and if he continues to eat the kitty litter, she will get rid of the clumping kind and replace it with something else. I sure hope he quits eating it, 'cause we all like it much better than the ole clay litter! Mom has been concerned about that stuff plugging him up, too, so she has been giving him some Temptations Hairball Control treats, hoping that will help. He doesn't seem to be anemic. He had bloodwork done just a couple of weeks ago, but Mom doesn't know if they check for a mineral deficiency. She may call and ask them tomorrow. Anyway, thanks, again. Dear Abby Katz,
My furbrother, Red has a heart problem and has to take medicine for it. He's doing okay, but he then developed a UTI which he is now taking an antibiotic for. He takes pills pretty good. He has recently developed a habit of eating kitty litter! Mom uses the Special Kitty Citrus scoopable litter and he has never done this before! Do you think he is lacking something in his diet, or maybe a result of taking the antibiotic. The name of the drug is cefpodoxime and he gets 50mg once a day. Got any ideas, or how we can stop him from eating the kitty litter. He has 3 days left on the medicine.
