How We Met
I was being mistreated by some of my human brothers relatives when I was about 4 months old.
When my human brother (moms son)found out about it,he went directly to their house, picked me up, took me to moms and to my forever home.
Then my human brother went back over there and "talked" to them, that is the last conversation my mom and human brother have had with them :)

I hope your radiation therapy helps with your thyroid condition. And that's wonderful news, that you have gained a whole pound! Fantastic! Oh, I will be keeping you in my best thoughts!
You have a nice Valentine picture, too! Thanks for the compliment *blush* That was sweet! We have all been pretty well here. No serious illnesses, just a cold now and then. No severe weather either, thank goodness. Did you have a nice Christmas? I got a heating pad for my little bed, so now I'm always warm and cozy!

I am feeling great this morning I race through the rooms for about 10 minutes ending with my classic leap over my Dad’s chair. It startles him and I get a great reaction from him. Afterward I arrange my bed on the tree and get ready to rest for the hot part of the day. Mom’s feels that my IBD flare up is over for this time. It has been over a day since I last upchuck my food. We had light rain yesterday and a lot of the smoke is gone. The birds are also moving again. On Mom’s and my walk we saw most of the species around. I loved to stalk the morning doves & California quail. I know I can’t catch as they fly away when I get near. When my Dad returned from his breakfast of gravy & biscuits; I tried to get him to go out for our walk. No dice, he said I had been out. Doesn’t hurt to try! I haven’t tried to climb the upper shelves again. Have a pawsome Monday. Shinny Golden Sunbeams carry my furriendships today as by the end of the week the smoke will return.
