KITTY RECIPE #27 ~AND~ HUMAN CAKE RECIPE
Since alot of you wanted to try the BESTEST, EASIEST made from scratch cake ever, Momma is adding that recipe to the blog today too! Please try it. It takes about 5 minutes (not including the baking time). You WILL NOT be disappointed! First the kitty recipe:
KOOKIES FOR KITTIES
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp catnip
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup powdered milk
2 tbl butter or vegetable oil
1/4 cup Soy flour
1 egg
2 tbl Wheat germ
1 tbl Unsulfured molasses
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients together. Add molasses, egg, oil and milk. Roll out flat onto oiled cookie sheet and cut into small, cat bite-sized pieces. Bake for 20 minutes and let cool. Store the cookies in a sealed container.

NOW FOR THE HUMAN CAKE RECIPE:
DUMP CAKE TO DIE FOR
2 Cups Flour
2 Cups Sugar
2 tsp. Baking Soda
2 Eggs
16oz. Can Crushed Pineapple (not drained)
nuts (optional...I use chopped walnuts)
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. (I spray a casserole dish with pam) Dump mixture into casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

C- REAM CHEESE FROSTING
1-3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Stick Margarine
8 oz. Cream Cheese
Mix with mixer until it looks like frosting. FROST WHILE HOT!!!! After cooling, Refrigerate! (This is a recipe that tastes even better the next day, by the way!)

Enjoy! I know you will just love this recipe. I take it to picnics and even used it for an anniversary cake, by request. You can also substitute other canned fruit for the pineapple (just make sure it's crushed) but I really like the pineapple best.
