Hi Kara
It is not a good day here today. It is downright cold. Mom had to shut windows and tuen our heat back on, it only got to the low 50's and right now it is 44*. It is supposed to warm back up though.

We all stayed in the house today and stayed warm. Mom sat on the couch and watched TV all day. She was watching a "Without A Trace" marathon on ION. Now she has a movie on.

We all got treats and catnip today, mom said it was cause she felt bad we had to stay in all day, but she gives them to us anyway, even when we do go outside.

another rainy day here, we might get thunderstorms again too, mummy likes those, he he! nurse is coming, will probably be her last visit and she'll discharge mummy, mummy wants to get a heart monitor so she can keep an eye on her heart rate, nurse is gonna tell her where to get one. let's snuggle up and cuddle, I miss nuzzling with my girl. love sammins

mummy's dr office nurse call, her bloodwork looks good and she can get a return to work note! part time at first, working back to regular hours. mummy's glad, we need to start making money here, she's been getting nervous. nurse can come thursday and discharge mummy from home health care, hopefully mummy can start working next week. come cuddle me and we'll celebrate! love sammins

a different nurse called, she's coming soon to check mummy and do blood, bet they sent one of their expert blood draw nurses since mummy's veins aren't that easy. she's floating from drinking so much water, he he! she better use her litterbox before the nurse gets here! let's lie in the sunny window, later it might rain and the sun will be gone, let's enjoy it now. love sammins

16 beans won't make much soup, he he! you're so funny sometimes! mummy explained to me there's 16 different kinds of beans, but she had a whole bag, enough to make 2 quarts of soup. so there's plenty for our families, and we have quiche too, bet you'd like that with some cheese on it, i'll make sure it's sticky. love sammins

What a nice day we had today. 80* and sunny and breezy, the wind was not as bad as yesterday, but mom hates it, she wants some calm days.

Mom had a panic attack cause she thought she lost her wallet, but she finally found it and calmed herself down...she grabbed Kelsee as she was closer to her and she cried her eyes out for almost an hour...poor mom.

Now she is watching a few season finales of some of her shows...reruns will start soon and then Mom won't watch TV much...maybe some baseball games & news.

We had a fight with the neighbors kitty...he keeps trying to invade our territory and come into our house and eat our food, and that is not right...mom doesn't have a job and can't afford to feed him, especially when his mom has a job and does feed him.

Mom took the water hose out again today and watered the pretty flowers and we all ran in the house, we do not like the water hose at all...mom would never get us wet, but we hate it anyway.

We had a lovely day today, so we went outside again. The breeze was blowing through my thick fur and cooling me off...I was rolling on the sidewalk, too...that is fun.

It is clouding up now, rain is coming later. But we are still playing outside and watching the birds. Mom has her birds outside on the back porch and you should hear them, they are chirping away with all the wild birds out there.

Tomorrow mom has to go to her moms Memorial Service, it will be a sad weekend for moms family as this will be their 1st MD without their mom, but we will make our mom feel loved anyway. We will not allow her to be sad.

mummy saw her nurse today and signed up with home health care plan, april's really nice and she said i was cute, he he! i checked her bag out while she and mummy talked, but there wasn't anything in there for me. she's gonna help mummy get better, that makes me happy, i love my mummy. and i love my kara too, want some fish tacos? extra sauce! love sammins

you were right! mummy got home about 6pm last night, sister helped her settle in and toss food that spoiled. then we got dindin, then i cuddled all night on the couch with mummy, he he! now let's cuddle and have some 1 on 1 time, i love my kara girl. love sammins

We have had a lot of nice days so far...2 days in the 80's and lots of sunny skies and we get to be outside all day long, which is pretty pawsome for us.

Mom BBQ'd today and she ate dinner outside, she sure enjoyed that, she said the 1st BBQ of the season is the best. Kels and Jesse helped her eat her pork chopper.

Tomorrow mom has to go downtown so she said we have to stay in the house cause she isn't too sure how long she will be and she doesn't want us to get out if one of the neighbors leaves the gate open or something.

Thanks for the congrats on my engagement to Elvis. I am glad I fianlly met the right kitty this time.

How are you and your family today?? Ours is fine. We are having a really nice day today, got up near 60* with a small wind and lots of sunny skies. Mom let us outside and we have been in and out all day.

It is about time that the weather got warm, it's been so cold and rainy lately. Tomorrow will be near 70* and in the 70's on Sunday and into next week. BBQ time...

Mom went for a walk today. She went out to the store and got us some cat litter and she got milk, too. Tomorrow she will go to Kroger and buy us cat food...cheaper there then at a high priced party store.

MEWS: I am engaged. My b/f Elvis proposed to me after our hockey games last week. All the kitties in the arena were cheering for us. No wedding date set yet.

mummy's home! she got kept last night because even though they usually send people home the same day, mummy had trouble with the anesthesia, so they wanted to get her nausea and pain under control. sister came, and she got mummy some groceries, brought a pot of homemade chicken soup, and showed her how to make oven quiche-i could've done that-so she has plenty of food. oh and kitty food too, he he! let's celebrate, we'll help mummy eat some quiche! love sammins

We are having really bad weather today. It started last night and we had thunder boomers all night and today. It stopped raining for a little bit, and mom took advantage and walked to the store for milk.

The wind is crazy wild today, mom can't keep anything kept down in the yard, everything is blowing down...so mom finally gave up on that. It is supposed to get even worse later on tonight...with more boomers, lightening, flooding and high winds again. Can they get any higer then they are???

Mom let us go on the porch, but that wind was so bad, we all came back inside the house. TWC keeps saying we are "under a severe weather watch until 9am FRI morning". This is bad...must be that tornadoe season they keep talking about.

Mom doesn't want to leave the computer on for any length of time cause if the power shuld go out, it will crash her laptop, so I have to hurry and get my blogs out.

At least the Tigers are doing well. The Wings stink!!! they keep losing. Oh well, at this rate KCK will be joining Chubbies Cubbies in the stanbds cheering for the other team in the playoffs.

mummy likes her nighttime nurse, and she's supposed to be working tonight too, hope mummy assigned to her again. she listens, and got mummy extra jellos in case mummy got hungry at night. yeah, mummy saves all kitty pictures, if someone hacked into her stuff they would mostly find pictures of our families, and some rescue kitties too, he he! it's nice out, let's lie under the trees and cuddle and look for pictures in the clouds. love sammins

How are you today? I am doing well. It has been another wet rainy day here in Detroit and cold as well, just made it to 38* for a high. Geesh, and this is supposed to be SPRING???

On a good note though, our Tigers played in this wet weather and won 11/1 over Toronto. That was fun. The rain held off Downtown til about the 6th inning and then it started coming down, but they finihsed the game anyway.

Mom spent the morniing cleaning her room and stuff. The new headboard she ordered is coming tomorrow via FEDEX, so mom cleaned around the old one. Mom can't wait for her new one as this one she has had since the 80's...she sid it is about time for a new one. When she gets a job, she is gonna get a new dresser and chest as well.

Hope you have a pawsome afternoon, we are just being lazy kitties cause of the rain, so we are all getting our much needed beauty rest. Jesse is pacing, and Kelsee is watching mom.
