Vote Tiger #221788 for COTD on 6/30!
Tiger #221788 is quite a unique cat; she is usually grumpy on the outside, (which seems to be the only trait she picked up from her mother!) but on the inside she can be sweet and loving. Tiger’s mother was a pregnant stray, looking for a safe place to have her kittens. She soon came upon my Aunts barn, where she gave birth to four kittens, on April 25th. Tiger was kind of the outsider in her family, her siblings were grey, black and calico, her mother was also calico, and Tiger on the other hand was a stunning bright peach. When Tiger’s mother brought in dead birds and mice, Tiger’s siblings would play with it, but Tiger wouldn’t touch it, she would rather play with us. We soon fell in love with Tiger and brought her home on Father’s Day June 17th. Tiger’s bright peach coat turned to a stunning rusty brown, and is continuing to change.
Tiger is now six years old, and never ceases to amaze us with her many sudden burst of energy. Tiger enjoys basking in the sunlight, playing in the corn field, chasing butterflies, and stalking birds. Tiger comes from a long line of tough strays and farm cats, but Tiger doesn’t seem to carry any of those any of those traits! Tiger wakes me up every morning around 7:00AM so I can give her treats; Tiger only has two treats a day because of her corn allergies. And if she isn’t doing any of the above, then she is sleeping.

I'm going to miss my baby Rastus
Rastus Harley passed away May of this year... he was only a year old. Don't know exactly what happened... but I will always love my little man.Come visit me, Rastus Harley & Sammy Lynn.
