You are both good boys then eh? I can't say the same thing, I'm afraid. I'm out of the naughty room for now but who knows how long that will last. Hopefully I can be good enough to be out for Christmas. I'm trying but sometimes it gets so hard. Unfortunately our tree is not up yet. Not til Saturday because Dad dosent trust me or Casper to leave it alone. It's always so pretty. We just want to get closer and admire it.

Today it has been one month since I left Dad and the family to become an Angel. Grammy is in the kitchen baking. Not a memorial cake, but a cake to celebrate my life, though short, I had the best few months filled with love. Dad wanted to plant a tree in my honor in the yard like he did for Angel Tig, but it's November and the ground is frozen. Spring it will have to be. On this day, I wanted to make sure my Angels wings carried me over so that I may Thank You for being the family's furiend. The love and support that has given them will never be forgotten. May G-d bless you and Keep you as my eternally grateful heart takes me back to be with the Angels.

You poor boys. I can so sympathize. Not only on the special food but a schedule eating too. OH! I swear the scheduled time to eat is even worse than eating that not so tasty stuff. Glad to hear you all didn't get the weather we did. It was a doozy. Who knew.....thought being this far from the coast we would have alright...guess not. Gosh I'm sorry to hear you have to eat that weight control food stuff. It took us like forever to get used to it after Savanah got her issues and now we all suffer.

Finally making it around to what hopefully is catch-up day, so we can get back to regular correspondence. Grammy being her stubborn self took like what seemed forever to get her settled after her fall. Then Little Leo started not acting his normal self and Dad knew something was wrong. He made an emergency appointment on the 29th, and after an agonizing decision, my little buddy went to go see Angel Tig. They really didn't like each other so I hope the other Angels are helping them get along. Dad says he was glad it was raining as he walked home from the Dr. that way no one could see the tears pouring profusely down his face. Hurricane Sandy was bearing down good as he got home. The lights started to flicker so he quickly signed on here to post of Leo's passing. As he was reading some email....yep....there it went..........all basic services down for 4 days. I know how lucky we are to only be without when there are so many still without, but could never ever have imagined that we would have been hit so hard here near Cleveland. We we're very lucky to only have minor damage......lots of clean up.....he he....lucky Dad....Dad's church was flooded and had to be closed. We also found out that the shelter where Dad goes also got hit hard. Dad being Dad organized a church clean up crew. Got the shelter secure and then they made their way to church. How very lucky and grateful that one of the church voluteers has a son who works at a local tv station. After two days of running a story on the shelter on every newscast. Calls we're pouring in and adoptions made. All but nine of the cats found homes. They could not stay while the remodel was to begin so each of the volunteers to one of the kitties home to foster until the shelter can reopen.....Unfortunately the need is there and the shelter has to reopen....and I know you already guessed but I'll tell you anyway.....Dad brought one home. Her name is Robin. Sweet black and gray shorthair. Dad calls her Pumkinhead. The girls don't seem to like her much. Sahara and Savanah are downright mean to her. I think she's super. We play and cuddle together all the time. After all that drama Dad spent three days going to buy wood and paint and whatever else he needed to build a memorial wall. Grammy says it's a bookshelf...ha ha....But Since both of the Angels' ashes are home Dad had to put them somewhere he felt was appropriate. Have put pictures of my precious little buddy up on what is now called "Daddy's Angels" page. Will let you know when Robin's picture appears as well as Dad's memorial wall. Thanks for reading my extremely long letter. I know I was babbling, but had so much to say, 'cause it's been so long since I've seen you. Love and Whisker Kisses on this cold snowy day.

She is also a cuddle bug and great nurse when her mom gets migraines, never leaving her side except to do her business until the awful headache is gone. Dad tried for a few days to keep us on but he took Tig's passing really hard and being on CC seeing his page and reading such loving warm messages from so many it was just too much emotionally and he needed a few days. Hi! Sorry we missed a few days. Dad needed some time spend most of it trying to comfort me. I guess I really do miss Tig. I myself never understood where Dad's other too legs went. I want to first say Thank You to all of my furiends who have welcomed me and sent such warmth and love to all of us catkids and to Dad! To quickly explain our absence it was financial. With no income for Dad and Savanah's medical costs rising Dad had no choice but to cut back and unfortunately the internet went away. Savanah is well....still a big girl but the Dr. says all is as good as can be. Still making monthly visits(HA HA for her...)but she is well. Dad is fully recovered! I never knew he could walk without something holding him up, it was good to see. Grammy is also doing well...she and Dad's sister would occassionly log on to keep us active learned that the hard way after his accident so a big Thank you to them. The internet was back up on Tuesday the 1st! That was a big YEAH. Unfortunately my big brother Tig sunddenly passed away that afternoon. He was my buddy and I miss him so, and I know Dad's heart is aching. He hasn't stopped crying. We spent the day yesterday trying to create Daddy's Angel page between all the tears it took some time. But wanted to say hello and let you know we are back! I know we missed so much during our absence, hopefully we will meow soon and slowly cath up.

I honestly have to say that I don't even know where to begin! I know Dad has been so touched by all of the love and support shown to him since joining Cat Channel. I am pawing by with belated Valentine Wishes and some catnip cupcakes. Dad is feeling stronger but he is still struggling a bit with the extra exercises he is now doing. Also want to share some wonderful news with you as Dad's sister gave birth Sunday night. Labor was very difficult but thankfully all is well and now the family has a new healthy beautiful girl. They went home yesterday but between PT, the exercise and hospital visits we are still behind. I am fighting the good fight though trying to catch up. It may take a few more days of adjustment but Dad promises to have complete catch up by the weekend. Our weather has finally improved and most of the snow and ice has gone to wherever it goes. I am just happy to look out of the window and see some green and birds. Hurray! Maybe the silly groundhog was right and spring is on the way. Savanah and I are starting to plan our big birthday pawty celebration and can't wait to share it with you. As the final hours of 2010 tick away Dad and I can't but reflect on it. What a year it has been. He saves Savanah and me, His accident, he rescues Casper and the best thing of all we find Cat Channel. All of the prayers and get well wishes for Dad has been so overwhelming. This snow sure does stink dosen't it! We are in the middle of another two day storm. This is so not fair. We should send some of our snow out west for Christmas. We will have over 3 feet by tomorrow night. Dad says it's so early for this cold and amount of snow. I'll take his word for it. He spilled some dry all over the floor and instead of leaving it because we would have eaten it, or calling his neighbor for help. He cleaned it up. We are under a winter storm warning here. It is cold the wind is blowing and the snow is falling. Several inches today, more overnight then hopefully ending tomorrow so they say. Sure hope you have better weather than us. Dad is feeling the pain today. He kinda over did it this weekend. His birthday was Saturday so he went out to dinner with his neighbor and grammy, went to Church yesterday which he hasn't been in months. He was feeling OK but after PT today he is feeling it. Wanted to get online and send a message before he takes his pills and crashes.......BOO HISS Grammy is going home Thursday! She's gonna stay til then.....Ha Ha Casper wont have her lap no more. HAPPY THANKSGIVING
Wanted to get on a bit before Dad head's to his sisters for turkey. He swears he's bringing some home. We are deifantely giving thanks this year. There are too many things to list but here goes Dad's overall health considering, that he is a stubborn ol fool who got on the computer so he could hear the kitty and find it, that he seems content now, that we live here in America being able to celebrate such a day, family, the shelter and all the kitties there, and lest of all such furriends. Sorry for the late start today. What a night! Dad was feeling good so wanted to get on CC for a little bit. While typing he heard a screeching meow. Over and over. He got scared!! Thought one of us got out somehow. The big boys like to try and sneak out. He called his neighbor for help. The screeching continued. He couldn't wait silly boy. He climed the stairs and got out and followed the cry. He saw it. A tiny kitten was running back and forth. He tried to get it but couldn't. It ran into the garage. The neighbor came over and after a bit they finally got him. Poor thing was all wet, filthy and hungry. He's settled now into Dad's downstaris bathroom. After all the drama dad was exhausted and slept way late. But sure wanted to come say hello to my furriends before he heads off to PT! Physical Therapy went as well as it could. Dad sure hates it and so do I cause he comes home takes his meds and is down for the count. Kinda like me and Savannah after our big girl surgeries. Wanted to update on his progress.....No Therapy tomorrow yeah cause he has to go see his OS but they are making him go Saturday instead...Boo!!! It's all for the best. His PT says his legs are getting more mobile so hopefully the painful braces will come off soon. The painful breathing 'cause of the cracked ribs well that is gonna take a few more moths they say.....One day at a time.... One foot in front of the other. good morning
Long time no Purr I know!! I want to apologize for the lack of contact but my Dad was in a very horrible car accident! He was on his way from visiting with grammy and a bad storm hit. Some idiot was talking on their cell phone instead of paying attention and lost control, spun out of control and crashed into dad's car and it went over an enbankment. He was in hospital for three weeks. It's been rough with physical therapy and taking care of us little ones. He still has pain but alot less so will try to keep in touch as much as possible. Thankfully his sister and brother have helped out as much as they can. I sure do miss cuddling with him but I understand. He says hopefully by Christmas he will be able to walk up and down staris without help.....paws crossed! I have missed you.
