Education: We still have a whole lot of stuff to learn, but when mom took us to the vet for our initial exams... guess what?
We passed! We didn't even have to study!
We also received our very own COTD Badge on 5-24-2011 ...SWEET!
My favorite tricks and treats are: We both love to leap for the feather that flutters through the air... it's on the end of the wiggly stick that Mom and Dad keep in the drawer. We only get to play with it when they get it out for us, but we ARE working on learning how to open the toy drawer to sneak it out by ourselves! OH, and we also LOVE our catnip toys, especially the soft catnip ball that we bat around under the dining table... Miranda is going to be a World Class Soccer player when she grows up!
When we first arrived ,we liked to drop our catnip mice and goldfish into our water bowl before playtime... I guess it's a hunting instinct to drown our prey! We didn't know that... we just knew it felt like the right thing to do!
Where I hang out: Tearing after each other up and down the back of the living room sofa... with our catnip toys in our mouths!
My favorite grubs: Anything edible!
My pet peeves: Huh... What's a PEEVE?

What I love about my owners: SERIOUSLY? What's NOT to love about our mom & dad? They're the BEST!

How We Met
Saw a little grey & white kitten on a TV news segment as a shelter adoption...
She reminded me so much of my handsome boy, Garth, that I just had to go get her...
When we got there, we found out she had a sister, not just any sister, but a sister who looked alot like our beautiful Reba... there was nothing else to do but adopt them both!

Soon they see 10 motorbikes approaching as the roar of the engines becomes higher.
Each bike is decorated with colorful catnip balloons. Lola rings the bell and Gretchen & Miranda open their door.
Zoe Monique, Cyndee, Thundie, Mallow, Ammie, Talley, Dasher, Elvis, Kali & Queen Lola get off their bikes and take off their helmets while they say:
-It´s us, the Hairballz Rainbow Riders! And we are here to wish you a VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY full of joy and treats!!
The Hairballz Rainbow Riders give Gretchen & Miranda a huge hug and they sing "Happy birthday!" to them.
They also give them a big tuna and mice cream cake that they baked specially for their friends.

Came on to keep our account active and what do we see but your Mom's arm in the air toasting with her Irish Coffee! Well, Mom had some sort of pale ale, a huge bottle and raised it to good old memories, too. Stopping in for a visit,vote and hoping you have had a great week-end! Levi's passing left a hole in moms heart,but a new Tom kitty has been hanging around,and he is determined to try and fill it! He looks like our brother Samson,and mom thinks they may be related! There is a pic of him on my page,5th row,1st pic! Mom is calling him Freddie(The Freeloader). She won't take him to a vet yet,as she is still working on his socialization! If he hangs around, then she will have him neutered and shots. I am so sorry I have not been by sooner to thank you for whacking my votey button so hard that it rang up 8000!! Our 'puter was a bit messed up due to rainey weather....does that a lot where we live,lately! It makes mom crazy,though,especially when she want's to get on CC! I just read your poetic response to Bar's Spring poem
That's so good of you and wonderful too. You two cats sound just like our wild and playful Gracie Twinkle-toes (GT-t)_ aaaaahh...
I really hope you will be furrend with us and her. She's kinda funny but she chases me to much and although I have repeatedly asked Mom to send her back to the Little Mews Cat Rescue and Foundling Home, ah-well... we are stuck with her.
I am 9 or 10 and she is 2.5. Uncle Buddy Budd is 11 or 12. We are tooo old for her.
She looks a little like Gretchen. She's a black & white tuxedo design and a polydactyl with thumbs. She's smarter than any of us and with those tumbs she can get into lots more trouble.
She would like to sit up on that birdhouse with Gretchen, too.
Well, it's time to go, dear poets. Hope you post more poems for us.

Springtime is just a thought away...
A thought you shared with us today
Thanks for putting it in our heads
It sure helped get us out of our beds!
We rushed to the window looking for sun
hoping to go out for a little bit o' fun
but stopped in our tracks when we got there
and still saw SNOW piled up EVERYWHERE!
