40 ~*~MY THANKX TO YOU~*~
The temperature was high 47 & low was 37 this morning, now it's 37 feels like 33 with humidity 86% & wind is 5 MPH. Wednesday's suppose to be Sunny☼ & 52.
OMG! We was SURPRISED again with another Cat of the Day winner in our family and now this time it's ME! Thank You, Thank You, Thank You soooo much for voting for ME to win my 3rd Cat of the Day Badge today 2/08/2011! Also, Thankx for the sweet compliments and comments to me, the yummies, gifts, toys, but mostly for your love, support, friendships and prayers for me.
Today, I have been pretty alert, but I am breathing a little hard. I continue to sleep on mom's desk and sneak on her lap when she's not looking. MOL! I got lots of treats and I had some milk, too.

It's nice to meet you! What a nice way to make a guy feel better when he's sick--winning a shiny new COTD badge!! Thank you so much for stopping by to leave me get well wishes and congratulate me on my win! Mom took me to Dr. Scott this afternoon and he could find very little to be concerned about. He gave me a thorough exam, and said I was well on my way to recovery from an upper respiratory virus, but since my temp was back to normal, I was eating, and my eyes had cleared up, I wouldn't have to take any medicine! Yippee! But, Mom was told to keep a close eye on me in case my symptoms come back because then I'd have to have antibiotics. Mom thinks I recovered so quickly because I had so many prayers being said for me, and who am I to disagree. If I may brag for a moment, many of you already know this, but for those of you who don't--earlier this year I was selected to be the November cover cat in the 2011 Petco Foundation Calendar. These calendars are now on sale at Petco stores for a $6.99 donation to the Foundation. Pick up yours today and tell them Wally sent you! Thanks again for being such wonderful friends! The family of Angel KitKat thanks you for stopping by during the past few days to offer condolences and leave your votes that resulted in a wonderful COTD tribute for her on September 15th. As we mourn the loss of our friend and sibling, we would like to think that this poem could have been written by KitKat or any of our Angels who has made the journey across the Rainbow Bridge. LETTER FROM THE RAINBOW BRIDGE
To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say,
But first of all, to let you know that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from the Rainbow Bridge. Here I dwell with God above,
Here there is no more tears of sadness; there is just eternal love.
Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight,
Remember that I am with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you.
It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone,
As for your dearest family they'll be here later on.
I need you badly, you are part of My plan,
There's so much we have to do To help our mortal man."
God gave me a list of things that He wished for me to do,
And foremost on the list was to watch and care for you,

If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
Then you can say to God at night and "my day was not in vain."
And now I am contented that my life was worth while,
